Clermont Cafe

I have visited Clermont Cafe twice now and both times my breakfast meals have been delicious. The first time was bacon and eggs over medium which were perfectly cooked. The second time I decided to go with the sausage and egg burrito, which was more than I could eat and very tasty. I would go more often if they opened earlier since I normally go there before playing golf.

What a wonderful little gem the spice is. Great food, great service and a very quaint atmosphere. The tuna melts are phenomenal as is everything else I have tried. You will not regret your decision to have lunch at the Claremont Café.

This place is just spectacular for sandwich quality! I don't know how anyone can complain about any of it! The reuben is the best I've ever had and it's about 4 inches high, loaded with so much corned beef. I've also had the Philly Cheesesteak and it's very good. All other sandwiches ordered by my companions looked great, as well as the soup. They also had a piece of home made chocolate cake and said it was to die for. I love the local art displayed on the walls, available for purchase. Service is always great. Prices are sooo reasonable. Portions are huge, and we usually take half home for later. I also love that they don't serve fries at all.This restaurant sets the bar for me for sandwiches (the bar is very high now) and there's just no one locally that comes even close!

This is a small cute cafe in the old town center of Clermont. We searched it out because I was craving a good French dip lunch and didn't want to eat concession food at a college softball tournament across town.It's run by a husband and wife team and that's all! Very simple but pretty big menu. Breakfast and lunch stuff and decent prices. When I ordered a French dip a couple of older ladies next to us did too! And so did one of another couple that came in after us that saw what I was served. Everyone loved it and the two ladies were graciously given a pre empted Togo box and they had dinner two!My shortcomings were simple and not too big a deal. I was craving one cold beer on a hot day but there is no adult bevs and only bottled things. I also expect fries with a French dip and sometimes like a little side salad too. She was friendly but explained they don't have a fryer and it's just them working there. Just bagged chips and potato or pasta salad. The pasta salad looked good at another table and the potato salad is probably good too. But it was a big one and had generous cheese which I usually don't order on a FD. My wife wasn't as hungry so she ordered hummus and naan bread. It was very good. She thought the naan was house made and it was toasted nice and seemed fresh but if they don't have a fryer I highly doubt he has a clay oven back there!! The hummus could have been made fresh and had wonderful tartness to it and served in a generous cup with seasoned olive oil and a couple olives on top. She couldn't finish it but I tried some!The water had a funny taste but to us Seattle folks, most water not from a bottle down here does too.The soups of the day looked good too!And what's cool was both sides of the place were lined with wonderful (and some not) consignment art. Give it a try if you don't want the chain crap!They're real folks serving real food!!

We tried this place after seeing recommendations on social media with some photos of the offerings. We were thrilled with the quality of food and the generous portions. In a matter of a few days this has become our go-to for delicious soup and sandwiches. I've tried two soups so far-creamy meatball and lemon chicken orzo...both delicious! You can tell their food is made with love! The pastrami sub was a hit with my husband. I loved the BLT and the Reuben and had enough for another meal both times we've ordered.

It can be hard to find something new and exciting in your hometown but Clermont Cafe consistently delivers! This place has been a staple of downtown Clermont for years. Even though they aren't the biggest or the flashiest, they are just as consistent as my 2001 Toyota Corolla. Everytime I come here I get a great meal with an even better atmosphere and service. I absolutely love the French dip, the Philly cheese steak sub and the club sandwich. You can't go wrong with any of them!

Clermont Cafe never disappoints. On this visit I tried the Turkey Reuben. It was excellent! The. Read was grilled perfectly, lots of turkey and sauerkraut. Their thousand island dressing is really good too. It really makes this Reuben 5 stars!I had my sandwich within 10 minutes of ordering. Next time I'll take pictures of the walls. They are full of art for sale from local artists!

Definitely a hidden gem in the quaint downtown Clermont area. The food was delicious & the service was excellent. My husband said it was the BEST club sandwich he's ever had. We heard other customers commenting how delicious their meals were too. We'll be back!!!

I had the Ham, Cheese & Egg Sandwich Bagel and it was amazing! The service.. ALSO AMAZING! The whole atmosphere was spectacular. The walls are covered in artwork that's for sale and I would've beat myself up if someone snatched the piece I wanted so, I walked out with this beautiful canvas. It's already hung up on my wall! Will definitely be visiting this cute cafe again for the food and more artwork! 10/10 experience!

Excellent lunch here! Both Simple and wonderful.. great people, great food all at a reasonable price point..
