I came here during the covid pandemic. All of the staff I saw were properly wearing masks.I got my food to go. it wasn't very good. The paneer naan was a little to burnt. I had the chicken mahkani aka butter chicken was not good. It was to sweet and to salty. Neither my wife or I liked. We did the rare thing of throwing away our leftovers. Speaking of leftovers. The portions are not very large here. Had we liked the food we probably wouldn't have had anything left over. The staff were all nice. I would give them 2 stars for food and 4 stars for covid safety and staff friendliness.

I have been here three times within the course of a week! We just recently moved to the area and on the first night, we were looking for dinner and found this place. A lot of the Indian restaurants around Orlando I have found to be...just OK. But this restaurant has left me addicted. Even just walking into the restaurant and taking a deep breath with tell you that whoever is cooking here knows how to use spices properly. The naan is actual naan. I can't believe I have to point that out. But I have been to so many disappointing places around Orlando that called chunks of grocery store pita bread "naan." And the chicken Mahkini is out of this world delicious. A little on the higher price side, but it does come with rice. But the spices in it are perfectly leveled within the gravy, and perfect for a chunk of buttered naan to dive right in. I will definitely tell everyone I can about this restaurant because I don't want it to go anywhere. Because not only is it the best Indian restaurant on 192, but it is (so far) my absolute favorite restaurant on 192. I highly recommend going if anyone is here to decide. Just go. Enjoy! Oh, and get a samosa! They are absolutely fantastic as well! And a special note to the owners: Thank you for being open and allowing guests to have a taste of your food. You have amazing cooks behind your walls and friendly staff in front of them. Keep it going! I eagerly await my return to your establishment.

I had some delicious chicken Korma from Epcot! I was hoping it came from a local restaurant. this wasn't it though. it was really good! a little on the expensive side, but I'm from a not so big city, so probably normal to everyone else here. delicious food, good customer service, clean restaurant. I would come back.

Good Indian restaurant near Disney. It is in an old Waffle House and next door to Golden Corral. It is nice inside and the people are friendly. The vegetarian appetizer platter was very good, 2 samosas, 2 fried onions things and 2 fried chick pea things. Good flavor. Pappadam was excellent, lots of it. The fried bread and garlic naan were my favorite of the meal . I had the pea and cheese dish, I asked if it had a cream sauce and was told it did, but it had a tomato sauce instead. Not my fav. Ordered medium and it was sooo spicy, too much, but good anyway. Love Indian food. No beer or alcohol either, which is fine with me. Overall an okay experience, had better and a lot worse.

We had a business dinner here with couple of colleagues. Clearly the start itself was wrong. There was a stink inside the dingy restaurant. One of the staff people was dusting and vacuuming the place, while we were waiting for our order. There was some bizarre music playing and we requested to turn our side of the speakers down as we wanted to talk. The request was rudely denied. The restroom was like a dumpster. Something sticky on the floor. I did not use the restroom after seeing that suspicious goo on the floor. We ordered the panir tikka Massala which came in an unnatural red color. The nans were ok. The dall seemed stale and stinky in bad way. I found a rotten tomato piece in the jalfrizi curry and a small hair in the dall. It seemed like some of the dishes were stale and just reheated. Our waiter who was filling the glasses had a cold and was coughing all over. After this outstanding experience, the bill was presented to us. Only at the Clay Oven, do they charge for raw onions and lemon wedges on the side. A whopping 2.50. I should have snuck in a raw onion and a lemon so I wouldn't have to pay for it.The gratuity was 20% and there was also a tip request. They refused to accept a group coupon we had from the entertainment books, which actually had Clay oven name listed on the index! I was feeling sick after visiting this place and got a food poisoning. Am pretty sure it was because of the food eaten here.

This places deserves a solid review! Many of the other Indian restaurants on 192 have NOT been living up to their reputation. Thus, I decided to give this place a try. I like my food really, really spicy and no matter how many times I have told near by restaurants to make it spicer, they won't! We ordered the navratan korma, paneer makhni, and chicken vindaloo. All were very spicy and very delicious. I wish this place still served the Taj beers, but I understand that is not their focus.Atmosphere here is decent and prices could be a few bucks lower, but overall very good. Service and food were great.
