Cilantro Urban Eatery

Ate here at the Disney springs. Got a Cuban sandwich. Definitely one of the better Cubans I've ever had. I will make sure to make this a go to stop anytime I am here. The sauce made it even better!!Edit: went there the night after and was a little bummed they refused to give me extra pickles.

We stopped here after watching a bit of a concert at the House of Blues! It was a quick bite on our way out, so we weren't expecting anything too special.It is a good truck and we went around 11pm, so they were running out of their menu. We ended up ordering the empanadas and they were fresh and out pretty quick!The ladies working were very nice and polite and made sure we got our food and napkins before we left their stand.

Decent Cubano sandwich. Good size. May need more pickles though. Wife had the empanadas and she liked them.

Loved it! Had very tasty tacos and the sauces are delicious. Nice for a quick lunch or dinner. I will definitely be back!

When we were visiting Disney springs, we stumbled upon this food truck and couldn't have been more excited! The food was amazing, the service was impeccable and we were thoroughly happy. The prices were typical food truck prices but not overpriced like most things at the theme parks. Most items fell in the 10 dollar range. We got the cuban sandwich for 14 bucks and it was amazing. The portion size with the plantain chips was more than enough for two of us to split. The flavors were so vibrant and fresh! 10/10 recommend!

You will not find a better authentic taste in town. Cilantros has some incredible burritos and the service is always amazing. Steak burrito is my go to, love the authentic salsa they make. I could eat at this food truck weekly, just need to catch them in the community!Try the cow tongue if you dare!

One of my absolute favorite food trucks in the Orlando area. The Urban Burrito with Latin pork and mango salsa is my go-to when they have it - it's a special, but you really can't go wrong with any menu item. High-quality ingredients and a friendly, passionate chef/owner is the killer combination here. He makes his chipotle mayo from scratch, and it's definitely a highlight on the burritos. Don't miss this truck when it's near you!

Tried Cilantro Food Truck at a benefit for the Carson Springs Wildlife Sanctuary in Gainesville, Florida. The word on Cilantro tacos is simple fresh ingredients prepared carefully and quickly. The wife and I tried the chicken tacos with sour cream and the shrimp tacos with hot sauce. The chicken was perfectly bite size and tender and the onion lettuce and cilantro were extremely fresh. The shrimp were tender and well seasoned and the veggies were perfect. It one of those meals were you feel full but not weighted down after eating. I love their hot sauce too. Overall great food. I'd like to try their burritos and quesadillas.

So. Good. We got the Hawaiian bowl and the Boricua bowl... both were AMAZING. You won't be disappointed.
