Church's Chicken

Passable Hot fried Chicken.This place has been here for years and we have been here several times it's always been good. Now if we went inside and looked at the kitchen we probably would never eat here again but that's not going to happen today. Because I want chicken now! Today we got a box of chicken 10 piece drumsticks and thighs for $10.99. it was good.They won't let you go inside the store so...we had to go through the drive-thru. Took about 15 minutes.Go get ya some!

Terrible. Rude. Disgusting They don't give you what you order and pay for. Then, like most places, claim it isn't their problem.

Tonight (11-17-19), we had some family in town and we were limited on time, so we opted for Churches Chicken for a quick dinner. We received some new coupons in the mail and figured we would save a few bucks by going there. The coupon stated it was good through December 29th 2019 but the staff said the coupon could not be used yet. After a few minutes of debate, the manager authorized the use of my coupon. I ordered the 5 piece (dark) mixed for $6.00, which comes with two sides and two Honey Butter Biscuit's. My sides were Mashed potatoes with gravy and Cole slaw. Along with this meal, I ordered 6 more biscuits for an additional $2.99.I do not usually have problems with my take out orders here but when I got to my destination, I realized that the staff neglected to include the mashed potatoes w/gravy in my take out bag and did not provide any honey for the biscuits. Yes, I probably should have verified my order before I left but come on people! I was the only one in line. How do you mess up your only customers order???Anyways, the Chicken and Biscuits were on point as always but I am definitely not impressed with the service or cleanliness of the Restaurant. Unfortunately, not much has changed since my last review.

I came trying to pick up an order for a client. First the lobby was closed by 8:30pm. So I proceeded to drive through. I was told they could not complete order due to not having chicken for the order. This was upsetting. Called delivery service and informed them. When they called I was informed to try again they would have the order ready. I do understand the dishonesty. After a significant amount of time they brought me the order. Very unprofessional.

Church's makes the best fried chicken that I have found. It is truly incredible. I don't eat fried food often, but when I do, I want the very best and I will drive 15 miles to get it.

Real Bad bad costumers service the manager has no education. it's nothing professional

Don't waste your time or your money. Will take your money (on line order), when you go to pick up your order wont have what you ordered (Spicy chicken). Shift manager was a snot! I called 800# to get my refund, was told 7-10 days it has been 11, had to dispute it with my bank. I called 800# 3 times, was told someone would get back to me in 2 days...still waiting. NEVER again!!! If I could rate them a 0 I would!!!

We pulled up.to the parking and the cook came out running to tells us they are short staffed and had ti order to go. There was no cars and not one customer at 1830.

Staff was rude to every white person that came in (3) to be exact. We and the other two did not get even acknowledged. There was no one inside but us and one in drive. We stood there for a least 10min. Before our order was taken. On that note.....food was awesome!! Several ppl of color came and were immediately greeted and got tons of free food.

One star is way to much for this place --5 would be good. I do contract work for all the churches and let's just say your lucky if you don't die from this food. Lord I've never seen so many bugs on the chicken. And terrible service.
