Church's Chicken

Avoid this Church's. I ordered from UberEats because I keep seeing it on TikTok. I called because my order wasn't correct. No one wants to talk to customers or take accountability. They were out of okra so they subbed it for a tiny Mac and cheese. I know this tiny cup is not worth $4.29They didn't add the jalapeño peppers or the side of gravy but it's all listed on the receipt and I was charged.The chicken was not fresh and I believe they just refried it because it was dark and had a nasty after taste like the grease was old. I called and someone answered the phone "Hello?" I replied "hi, is this church's chicken ?" Why do I have to ask if this is the correct number and is this the manager ??????? I spoke to "the manager" and they told me to "take it up with Uber Eats."I knew they weren't too bright when they spelled okra wrong idk why I thought they would at least have good customer service. Very dissatisfied and disappointed.

The food is ok, but the people working there need improvement. Corporate completely disregards legitimate customer complaints. My original review was updated on 10/16/2024, with several attempts to follow up my complaint via DM on twitter, I still to date, have received no response. I filed a complaint with BBB because my complaint involved paying for items that I never received. Corporate has even ignored the attempts by BBB to contact them regarding this issue. They have no respect and zero integrity when it concerns customers. My suspicion is that this organization may be seeing its lasts days and could be in "the fast food graveyard" soon.

The chicken was only ok, the Mac and cheese also only ok, and while I do love that they offer corn on the cob it was pretty blah. But if you've ever been to Church's you know the star of the show are those warm honey biscuits...I would go to Church's just for the biscuits and be happy! Also the service we received from a young man at the drive through was great, he was super sweet and friendly and kept us updated on our order which was taking a bit of time.

I had it delivered and have to say. They have really good chicken tenders. Nice and crunchy and the breading stays on. The only issues is you. Any tell the spicy from the regular. It come with a honey biscuit and a side. I got the mashed potatoes and enjoyed them for being fast food. The biscuit was not shabby either. Will have them again

Good chicken don't have those biscuits doe! Look like shot on the out side but it cool on the inside!

This F&$&ing place isn't worth the star , staff is beyond unprofessional, you have better customer service at a 8 year old lemonade stand. Lady at the counter was eating while taking order, I wish I was making this up, while the manger or shift leader I don't know what the hell he was just standing there not doing a dam thing, unhoused loitering in the parking lot, while other looking thru window waiting to ask you what did you order, this place needs a major remake, fire everyone and rebuild from the ground up. I wish I was making this up, I should of recorded this and sent this into news. I don't see how they even passed health inspection. Probably thru all the dirty and old s$&t in a storage locker and locked the door, pulled a Houdini like telling your kids to clean there room..

Don't let the closure of the Semoran location dissuade you. This location is the real deal!We stopped here for a quick bite on the way to Camping World Stadium. We had the 3-piece special with a side of okra and an apple pie. The crust on the chicken was a bit overdone, but the chicken inside was cooked perfectly. The okra was on point, and the apple pie was heavenly. We ordered one more to go.We're rarely in the area, but next time we are, I'm sure we'll stop in for another pie.PROTIP: When there is an event at the stadium, Church's locks its restrooms. Too many non-customers come in crowding an already small place.

Stopped at the Church's on Church St. The food was not what I expected at all specifically the chicken. It tasted like it had been fried in old oil and was overcooked. The taste was bad. Also ordered the fried okra as a side item; it was the same as the chicken. A couple of items was omitted. I didnt know until I got home and was too far away to return to the store. The service was good, but there was no ambience. The place was very unapealling. I will not be returning there. This location was closed before now it has been reopened and doesnt look like there were no improvements made to the building at all.

Made an online order, paid online, but per some rule not listed online I had to come in the store. My order was not ready even though it stated this online. Probably why they made me come in the store. They didn't give me everything I ordered and the tenders were dry and cold. I will not be returning. To many nice places in downtown Orlando, to waste my money on ill prepared food. Ambiance was a mess, there was a bicycle in the lobby and it was in disarray.

The best church's I have been too. Came here while on vacation. Ever since we left CA, we've been craving Church's, which isn't available in NH.The Wait staff was extremely friendly. Restaurant was clean. The biscuits and chicken were delicious and freshly made. I had a big order and they went out of their way to make sure it was right. Great waitstaff and food.
