Chipotle Mexican Grill

I'm giving most of the stars to all the staff member's amazing personalities. There's an older white lady who works the cash register who is sweet and hilarious. A young black man who is also sweet and likes to pack your bowl! (I think he's part time since I don't see him often) This location likes to make items extra salty and spicy, my rice was so over salted one time that drinking salt water would've been better. I also got the vinaigrette that was extra spicy for some reason another time. I also got a VEGGIE bowl last night (12/06) and it had pieces of steak in it, my dog appreciated it though lol Last thing, everyone complains about trader Joe's and Costco parking lot......has never been to this parking lot! It's a hell to get into since it's so small. I suggest parking next door at the Verizon store for a clean getaway lol

I've been eating at Chipotle for many years. At a prior job I ate it almost every day, so I've had everything on the menu literally. Ordered basic tacos from here tonight with just chicken, salsa, lettuce, cheese and sour cream. They were so incredibly salty I could not finish them. I'm not sure if it was the salsa or the chicken or both but WOW. Unbelievably over-salted. It's the only flavor I got from the food at all. I need to go drink a gallon of water now. Will never eat from this location again.

I just took advantage of their BOGOBURRITO deal that they offered to get me to start using their app.Not a great experience.With two burritos, of course I ordered takeout. It seems they took the steak from one burrito and split it into the two burritos. It seemed more like a rice burrito than a steak burrito. Third bad experience in a row with Chipotle over the last few months different locations sad to see .

absolutely worst experience & chipotle i've ever been to. steak was cold. missing chips. queso. sour cream. vinaigrette. napkins. wrong beans. lowkey disrespectful go Cava or Bolay. trust me.

Management needs to take control of this location. It is truly so sad when a brand is tainted because of its employees. It is 8:16pm this location closes at 11pm. That is three hours until close. They claim to have no steak for the rest of the night. Which we ended up ordering online because they can make steak for online orders... the woman cleaning blocked off the entire restaurant seating area for the night so you only have two tables to sit at because she already cleaned. I literally witnessed a couple have to sit at a DIRTY table because she was too busy cleaning the rest of the restaurant that she closed down three hours early. All of the staff are basically teenagers eating where they are cooking and singing/yelling at eachother. Who is in control of this establishment?????

This location is not it, the line was almost at the door, the service was really slow, there was only 1 person taking the orders and one person checking out, but she was also taking forever at the register. I'm assuming that they were in the process of restocking, but there were a lot of things unavailable. It took about 20 minutes to get my food.

Decent restroom, good service, busy on Sunday morning! Consistently good portions and flavor too as always . Parking lot can get a little hairy at times due to how busy it can get.

Very average location. Employee station in quite messy with food everywhere.Employees also fill bowls halfway. It is filled only on one side of the bowl and the rest is empty. Pretty weird.Taste-wise, it is solid and consistent.

This place seems to have stepped their game up. The food is fresh every time I've come for the last 3 or 4 visits. The employees are really helpful.One employee that stands out every time is Azoria. I believe that's the young lady with the piercings. She always is so calm at the busiest parts of the day, makes great recommendations, and tells you to have a wonderful day.

Pros: Food tasted good. Cons: Very limited parking. Long and very slow line. Cook is wearing a hat however, his long hair is exposed and I feel like it should be tied away or in a hairnet. The point of restaurant employees wearing hats is to restrain the hair from contaminating food. The way his hat is sitting on his head looks like it's restraining nothing. Soda machine area was dirty and out of napkins.
