Chipotle is a staple stop and it's hard to get a miss on the food. Overall the food was great but this location suffers from the lack of attention to the dining area cleanliness as far often many tables are left dirty from other customers, and you have to clean them themselves, as well as the forks and knives area is left a mess if not completely missing the utensils you need

Ordered the steak bowl and the steak was cut up into tiny little pieces (almost like scraps) and was so overcooked. The restaurant was a mess, all the tables were dirty, and no silverware or napkins were stocked. What really ticked me off was I had ordered a side of guac and chips and was told they only have large bags of chips available and then charged me for the large instead of making a small bag. And on top of that the chips were stale. Would not go back to this location again

This Chipotle is always busy. They have a full staff behind the counter. The tables and floors are messy during the busy time. They don't have enough staff to clean the tables but when we ordered food, it was quick to go thru the line. One of the better chipotles we've been too. Food was good.

The absolute WORST location and customer service. I ordered two veggie burritos on the app. When you order a veggie on the app it says, "Includes Guacamole." I ordered two veg burritos and get home and only one has guac. I called the store to let them know one was wrong and can I stop by tomorrow and have them remake it the right way with guac. I had a 24 minute phone call with Megan and then a manager named Chris who said nope but I can pick up a side of guac. I asked, what am I going to do with a side of guacamole? They did not respond. They kept repeating the same thing over and over. Guac was not on the ticket, so thats why I didn't get any. Even though Megan said, guac is the "protein" for a veggie burrito. I said if thats the case, why wasn't it on there. She said I needed to ask for it. I told her it says it on the app for the tenth time. I finally said, I just need this burrito made and I will pick it up tomorrow. Chris the manager said, I don't know if they will make it for you. I said Im asking for a tortilla, guac, cheese, beans and sour cream here, not a hundred dollar item. You're a manager and you cant leave a note to have it made?? He said I can, I don't know if they'll make it. By this point, Ive now lost IQ points and was over this 24 minute phone call. I said, if I come now can you make it? He finally made a decision and said yes.I go to restaurant and ask for Chris. I am met with neither Chris nor Megan thankfully. I was met with another manager who was incredibly smart and so sweet. She said sorry and remade the burrito in less than two minutes. I showed her the app how it says "guac included" and how I was on the phone for 24 minutes with two simpletons who wouldn't help me out with a nine dollar veggie burrito and just say, come in and we'll remake it. She was the only smart person in that restaurant. Stay away from this restaurant at all costs. Not worth your time, money or headache. I would give zero starts but it won't let me.

The food from this chipotle has always been terrific, the line staff is very attentive. Management should make a better effort to schedule more people, its not fair to the employees or the customers the way this store is operating. Management and corporate seems to be milking the line staff and customers both for money and time. Two thumbs up for everyone preparing food and cooking food, two thumbs down for a business model that disregards both the customer and the hourly employee.

I arrived Chipotle around 1:20. I missed the rush hour. The dining area was clean. The help was very friendly. I did not know what I wanted so they helped me through the process. I was even helped to my table because I walk with two canes.Thank you

This Chipotle was the absolute worse. On top of the dirty tables and dining area, the food quality control was terrible - resulting in a waste of my damn time. I ordered two kids cheese quesadillas to go. Upon driving away, I discovered that the cheese quesadillas were both undercooked, and that the cheese was not melted at all. So I had to turn around and go back to the store. The staff was friendly and offered to remake the quesadillas for me - cool. The first quesadilla was made perfectly, cheese was melted this time. But they left the second quesadilla in the heat press way too long and it ended up nearly burning the quesadilla. When I got it back, I could barely peel the aluminum foil off because it was stuck to the tortilla shell. Tortilla shell was extra crispy and nearly burnt. Well I wasn't going to go back to the store a 3rd friggin time so we sucked it the F up and at a trash quesadilla. I don't expect Michelin Star quality from minimum wage millennials serving my food but an imbecile could make a cheese quesadilla properly. There's a minimum standard with any business and this Chipotle didn't reach the minimum expected standard. The worst part of this experience is the waste of my damn time. No food remakes, refunds, gift cards or half-butt apologies can buy back my wasted time. Business owners, managers and leaders need to tighten up and square their staff away! And this Chipotle is a prime example of subpar output due to a lack of proper training, attention to detail and leadership. Hence the terrible overall rating!

if I could give it a zero I would. WORST chipotle experience of my life and I love chipotle. i am highly annoyed about my rationing of food. when given little to no rice , I asked for more, therefore rudeness was exchanged. when given a drop of sour cream I resorted to asking for more. then a second drop was added, not even equivalent to half a normal serving size of sour cream. what the actual flip. my burrito was cold and sad. the chips i ordered were stale and diminishing. with only 5 chips in the bag and no salt on them it led me to cry in the parking lot and question my life choices. whoever this jit was who was scooping the scraps out the bowl needs to get his life together. Placed our order through the app. We went in to pick up our food, which was still being worked on. We asked one employee if that was our order that another employee was working on, and he replied: "Could be." Then when he was done, he handed our order and said they were out of chips and that we'd have to call corporate to get a refund because they don't do refunds in store. If this location was out of a food item, they should have updated the website so no orders come in for it. Also to run out of chips at 9:30pm when the store is supposedly open until 11:00pm on a Saturday doesn't seem right. I thought Chipotle made their chips in house. When we got home, there was an order missing. I called the store to let them know that I was coming back to get it, they hesitated but ultimately said "that's fine." When I got back to Chipotle it was 10:00pm and they had put up all the chairs in the restaurant like they were getting ready to close but there's a sign on the door that read "Now Open Until 11:00pm" and the regular business hours on the door also said open until 11:00pm. When I finally got back home to start eating, my order and my brother's order had white rice but the both of us ordered brown rice. The service at this location is not worth coming in. There is another Chipotle on 50 & Dillard that is much better than this one.
