Chipotle Mexican Grill

I went to this Chipotle location for the first time and ordered a steak burrito bowl. Service was ok, it was a little slow and there was a long line to get food. I also asked for coke in a plastic bottle and was given the coke in a glass so I just accepted that since the workers had a lot to do and it would've taken time for them to help me. There is a lot of seating inside.

Worst chipotle I've been to in a long time. Ordered two bowls, the brown rice was either stale or undercooked because it was hard to the point that it was inedible. I had to contact Customer Service via the app just to get the order refunded through rewards points. I'll never go to this location again.

I got a salad bowl with chicken. I had to spit out most of the chicken because it was nothing but fat and grizzle. I always cut that crap off before I even cook my chicken at home - why don't they? I got my order to-go so I didn't know I was jipped on the chicken until I got home. It was unsatisfying to say the least. I'm done with this location.

This is ridiculous. This is not the first time I've had to wait for an order but this the longest. I placed an order for 2010 hrs giving the restaurant 30 min to prep. It is now 2030 hrs and my order states that is still being prepared. Really?!?! People are coming in, placing orders, and getting them. Why is there even an app? If I return here, I think I will opt to stand in line as this is highly frustrating especially if you are on a schedule. Again, this has been my experience at this location multiple times. This evening is just the worst. In addition, I have to check my order as it is also common to leave things out or to prepare the wrong meal. Chipotle, you can do BETTER. This is NOT it

Literally the worst chipotle I've ever been to. Out of most of the popular meat in the middle of the day on a weekend! Online orders were backed up. Probably best people learn how to make their own bowls then go to this place smh.

I usually order a salad bowl... but this time i had to try the Keith Lee special which can only be placed online through the app. I ordered a chicken fajita quesadilla with a side of sour cream, the green sauce, guac and of course the vinaigrette. I mixed the vinaigrette and the sour cream together as recommend by Keith Lee and devoured my meal. I enjoyed it and my food was ready right as i walked in on time.

Ordered bowl online. Pick up time, was 4pm. Multiple employees have clocked out since being here and it seems to be understaffed. Multiple walk in customers have got food before us. There's been no acknowledgment from the team .I officially got food at 4:38 with no explanation.Thanks guys

This used to be one of my favorite fast food spots. Now the cleanliness of the restaurant and the taste of the food has changed drastically. Also this location looks filthy, and is a direct reflection of the management team. Windows are dirty, floors and window sills are dirty, restrooms are smelly, and serving line was filthy. PS, it wasn't very busy either. Smh ‍ Also I purchased Guacamole and chips and it was stringy and bland, and the chips had been sitting for a while.

So again Chipotle does this thing where they know you ordered a limited time only item online but to compensate and make you feel the order has "weight to it" they load it up with rice condiments which is appreciated but will not give a full serving of Al Pastor chicken? Makes no sense to load the plate with rice and condiments but not a full scoop of al pastor chicken. This location has had consistent bad service

The customer service at this place is definitely not a priority I just spent 20 in line waiting with only 4 people (3 of them was together)ahead of me only 1 worker actually working the others are doing everything else but servicing the customers. I hate when a business doesn't appreciate the Customer's that coming to them and they give crappy service. Quality of food wasn't the best. Definitely not coming back to this location
