Listen to the reviews and don't come here. We placed a mobile order tonight and almost everything was incorrect. I'm not sure how two steak bowls can have one with steak and one with chicken, and adding ingredients that were listed to not have. They forgot part of the order, and the only thing that was correct was the additional guacamole which was packaged horribly with the lid not being on tight and the guac on the outside of the container. They're also fudging their ticket times by clicking off as ready for pickup almost as soon as you place the order, but when we arrived at our pickup time (20 minutes after it showed as ready in the app) the team working said it still wasn't ready. Everything seems careless and could be fixed if the team just slowed down.

I went on a Thursday afternoon, and while there was a line, it moved quickly. The customer services was great, and the food was fresh. I tried the new brisket. It was okay. It's good yet "sweet" to me for my ideal burrito - as a half black, half pinto, half steak, half chicken kind of gal. The restaurant was clean, and there were several people [individuals and groups] dining inside and out. While I typically order from this location via Uber Eats, I'm glad I stopped in. It was a good experience, and I was able to earn points via the Chipotle app. Oh, my most favorite-ist thing was trying the watermelon limeade [a recommendation from a friend]. It's amazing!

Went in for 2 meals on Friday night around 8pm. The employee was scraping the bottom of the rice pan to put in my bowl. They had no beans at all (black or pinto). They also had no tortillas. Then they told me they were out of steak. Then after purchasing a fountain drink, the soda machine was either broken or needed to be refilled. How embarrassing for a restaurant on a Friday night. It was a disappointing meal. Chipotle is usually a staple but I won't return to this location.

This store needs help. Came here during the lunch rush and it was definitely a rush. A line that ended at the door which meant the food wasn't being made fast enough no matter how many people were on the line. It may be because the food wasn't being cooked constantly so the line kept running out of food. After maybe 20-25 minutes in line, it was my turn to order.I got the steak bowl with white rice, sautéed vegetables and other sides in it. The portions are extremely small and I literally got half a scoop of steak bites which in total was 10-12 pieces. Not big pieces either. The girl was literally scooping air into my bowl. Didn't even yell to the cook to that they ran out of steak. This was disappointing... to witness them giving you the bottom gunk of the batch.This location is also the dirtiest I've seen. They cross contaminate the food by using gloves for the meat and the same gloves for the fresh sides. Corn inside the sour cream and tomatoes inside the queso. There's bits and pieces of food everywhere on the counter and floor. Tickets are all over the place. The visit could have been a 1-star, but the cashier was so nice and chippy, and thanked us for our service for being healthcare heroes.

Just left this location at 3 PM on a Tuesday and couldn't even wait to get home before leaving them this review. It's been a while since I've physically gone into a Chipotle (I usually do DoorDash lately) so I've forgotten how phenomenal the staff can be. The crew that was here today had such an upbeat, positive attitude despite being completely slammed, and with one person short on the line I'm pretty sure, because there was only one person doing both ends of the line. He was hilarious, quick, and friendly, and the woman working at the cash register was the same. She had two minutes between ringing me up and needing to ring up the next customer and in those two minutes she was out cleaning up the drink area and had just the kindest attitude with everyone.This experience is a real testament to the management at this location and their sense of people in the hiring process. Hopefully also to the way chipotle as a whole values its employees because employees who are undervalued usually pass that attitude along to the customer. Makes me feel real good about spending my money here even though a chicken bowl is $3 more than it was a year ago!

Just pay close attention with gloves and hands , one person has no gloves handing items to another person with gloves that ends up wrapping your curb side or mobile orders . The same apron they use to go to the restroom comes out to your food . Now I see why everyone complains food poisoning .

Was served 6 pieces of chicken and told it was a normal portion, had to do double chicken for a normal sized portion and bowl ended up being $18.00. ridiculous. My friend also ordered chips and guacamole and got an orange instead. Will go to moes next time.

This store charged me doubled for one meal and I found out. They told me it's the machine automatically charges me which it's an error, so they refunded me the rest. The fajita is raw too. I just saw low rating for this restaurant which i believe there's a reason.
