As far as food I got the bubble waffle with strawberry topping, strawberry drizzle, condensed milk, vanilla ice cream and whip cream on top....IT WAS WONDERFUL! The flavor and the presentation was mouthwatering and beautiful! As far as service the owners were extremely friendly welcoming and very helpful! Even offered me a sample of the boba flavors I hadn't tried before. Ambiance was nice a very peaceful and calm setting. Perfect experience overall no complaints! The drinks are all perfect I can't complain at any of the drink I ordered from the passion fruit tea with strawberry and mango popping boba to the chai with tapioca boba Borge were just excellent!

Was running errands in Maitland when I got hit with a boba craving- I'm visiting family from SoCal so it was kinda expected. I didn't want to drive down to Mills50 and deal with the traffic, and Yelp said this spot was close so I decided to give it a try.I was the only one in the store but it looked like a nice spot to hang out after grabbing a meal. There's an order kiosk along with a choice to order at the register. Menu is pretty good, with some specials along with the standard milk and fruit tea flavors. Didn't try the bubble waffles but they looked great.I got some kind of earl grey/black tea mix with normal milk, boba, and custard, with 25% sweetness. Took a bit to make but the person behind the counter mentioned that she was brewing the tea fresh which is a plus. The 25% sweetness was a mistake because there was unfortunately no flavor at all besides a bit of bitterness. Custard was plain as well. Boba was nice and sweet and the texture was great, but it was served hot so it made the ice in the drink melt- which made the whole thing watery.Maybe I'm spoiled by the California life, but this wasn't the win I thought it would be. Would probably make the drive to the Mills50 district and find a spot down there that's more popular. I would be willing to try again if I'm in the area and get a different drink, maybe one of their specials, but definitely wouldn't go out of my way.

Located in an unassuming strip mall is Chilly Bubbles & Co. Inside is fairly minimalist but does have games on tables for quiet play and would be a nice quiet spot to work with a beverage!We have ordered take out a couple times and I usually get a fruit tea 50% sweet which is always perfectly refreshing with nice flavors! I have also tried their traditional Boba! I am not a boba expert but I really like their tea and their boba is nicely chewy! The service was very nice and we felt welcomed!

I went here with my cousin because we got some pho nearby. I ordered brown sugar milk, tea, my usual go to, and I wasn't a big fan of it I admit. The Boba spot itself is pretty nice and well kept but I almost gave this place three stars. What saved it is my cousins Boba order, which was actually quite good! I have a picture of it, but I unfortunately don't remember the name of what he ordered (possibly Taro)? His was really good, so out of the kindness of his heart and me being a guest in Orlando he let me have his. Brown sugar is just not their strong suit. I'd be willing to go back and try something else.

Very sweet workers, very patient and helpful when deciding flavors. The bubble waffle was delicious, crunchy and fresh. The drinks were pretty good as well, I wasn't the biggest fan of the tapioca balls tho, they were falling apart and a little mushy. But other than that it's a cute little place to stop by and they're open pretty late.

First time here and they actually have non dairy milk. I'm so shocked! I got a mango lemonade 1/2 sweet. The boba balls here are an add on for 1$ extra. My lemonade was 6.75$. The lady at the counter was super nice and asked me if I'd like any treats and I said no. I got my tea super quick! The ambiance reminds me of a Korean tea house with trendy art and yummy teas. 10/10 definitely recommend

First of all, I want to say that the worker inside (thinking she might have been the owner?) was wonderful! She was super friendly and helpful, and was very attentive to everyone. I got the Thai Tea and it was very good! My boyfriend got an Iced Cafe Latte which he also really liked! There is a good selection of seating and this could be a great place to get some work done or meet up with friends. They also have a great selection of pastries that sounded delicious. We didn't try any this trip, but will definitely be back to try some! Parking was easy to find out front of the store.

This is one of the spots I used to go to when I used to work in this area. I visited today and decided to get the crème brûlée Milk Tea & it tasted like absolutely nothing. On top of that everything is an up charge. The ambiance is cute but I wish the drinks matched up to the cuteness.

The drinks were okay. We ordered Thai Milk Tea and Mango Passionfruit Fruit Tea. I found the Thai tea to be a little lacking in tea flavor. The Mango Passionfruit was decent. The staff was very friendly and we were greeted right away. The place is nicely decorated with some games on the tables for customers to play. Clean and tidy tables and it was nice to sit and chat for a bit.
