Chill-N Ice Cream Lake Nona

It's a tad pricey for a cup of ice cream but it's all worth it. You get to choose the size, then your base (yogurt or ice cream) and then your flavor. End with the toppings, and then, they make it!!I got the cubano coffee with Ube ice cream with some chocolate chips and almonds. Mama mía! That was amazing. We came in at a good time, there were only two parties ahead of us. The moment we sat down outside to devour our treats, there were a group of families with their kids storming in for the yummy treat. Highly recommend this place. I will definitely go back!-

This place was so fun! Highly recommend coming especially if you have little ones. They make it right in front of you. First choose your size. Then: 1. Choose your base: Ice cream, yogurt, coconut milk, tart yogurt, oat milk, almost milk 2. Choose a flavor: vanilla, chocolate, strawberry, mint, Nutella, the list goes on... 3. Mix-Ns (toppings): almonds, banana, brownie, caramel, etc. It's great to see the liquid nitrogen flowing down the counter & it tasted fresher! The staff were also helpful when I asked about their opinions.

I'm genuinely disappointed with my recent visit to Chill-Nitrogen Ice Cream in Lake Nona. This used to be one of our favorite spots due to its variety and quality, but last night's experience fell far short of our expectations.We arrived at 10:57 pm, just three minutes before closing time, only to find the employees already in closing mode, visibly annoyed by our presence. Despite their disapproving looks, we politely asked if we could still order. Reluctantly, they agreed, and we promptly placed our order since we already knew what we wanted.The most frustrating part was the slow service. Out of the three employees present, only one was preparing the ice creams. Meanwhile, the employee who packed our order (a blonde female) kept glaring at us and later slipped a note into our bag. This note, which we discovered this morning, said, "It's common curtsy to tip when you come after closing :) just thought I should let you know!"I find it incredibly unprofessional for employees to take the time to add a handwritten note insisting on a tip for simply doing their job. We did not arrive after closing; we were there before it. The employees seemed more interested in closing early than serving us. If there are issues with staffing or wages, that's something to discuss with management, not to take out on customers.Customer service was severely lacking. Their hostile attitude made us feel unwelcome and uncomfortable, which is not how anyone should feel while buying ice cream. Naturally, given such treatment, tipping was out of the question.If Chill-Nitrogen Ice Cream expects customers to leave tips, they should focus on providing excellent service rather than leaving passive-aggressive notes. Next time, if they prefer customers not to arrive near closing time, they should communicate this professionally, not through covert notes.I hope management addresses these issues promptly to maintain the reputation this place once had. As it stands, I'm hesitant to return based on this experience.

I went to the soft opening for this Lake Nona location. The ice cream I got was amazing and had a gelato taste. It was very creamy and tasty. I did expect the nitrogen place to have rolled ice cream but the ice cream is made to order so that makes this unique. Everyone was really nice and helpful as it was super busy for their soft opening. It is a small space so do not expect to eat your ice cream there. They only have one table inside and one outside so far.

We really enjoyed the experience here they walked us through how to order everything and gave us recommendations. We got a milkshake and custom ice cream and they were out of this world delicious we couldn't believe that it was oat milk because of the nitrogen makes the oat milk nice and smooth really good texture ofice cream they offer a lot of vegan options and gluten-free options and we can't wait to come back to try more things. It's such a unique experience.

This is our FAVORITE ice cream place. I crave Chill-N Nitrogen throughout the week and look forward to treating myself on the weekend. I've had ice cream made with nitrogen before and it was an icey consistency. In comparison, Chill-N is so creamy and rich. I love their biscotti add in and their Dulce the leche flavor the most. I would 10/10 recommend. Service is always great. We ask a lot of questions to help decide what we'd like and they answer honestly and patiently.

Went to the grand opening and it didnt disappoint! Ice cream base with dulce de leche flavor and NY cheesecake mixin! So delicious!

I have been to this chain in my area and I was staying at the hotel close by so stopped in for dessert. It was delicious and I ate it all on the walk back! A little hard to find via GPS walking. This location is smaller than the one by my house so if you plan to eat in there was only one table inside and a few chairs outside.

Nitrogen ice cream with UBE and Oreos YUUUUUM!! This is the grand opening and today only they are giving free ice cream from 12-5. The establishment is located in the plaza next to Apricot lane. It is a quick service ice cream shop that has a small indoor seating available and well as benches inside. I had the pleasure of meeting the owners John and Chris. They were incredibly hospitable, friendly and knowledgeable. While waiting in line John greeted all guest coming into the establishment , gave an overview of how to order and explained the process with nitrogen ice cream. I'm blown away by the dairy free options, the choices of flavors and the quickness of service. Upon ordering I was greeted by Rylee who recommended I get the Ube with Oreo, at first I was a little hesitant but she knew exactly what she was talking about. It was an interesting mix of flavors yet so delicious. I also tried the Matcha with coconut which delicious as well with coconut. I wish this business a lot of success and I can't wait to see what's in store for them in the future!! Looking forward too bringing my friends and family for a delicious sweet treat :)

I had one of their creations that included biscotti, cookie dough, and salted caramel. I had it with the coconut milk base since I'm lactose intolerant. It was probably the best ice cream I've had in years. It was rather creamy compared to other places that uses nitrogen... you almost need an ice pick to chip away their ice cream to eat.
