Been to Chili's many times and they're great in changing up their menu every so often. This time I had the 10 oz sirloin steak, and it was great and delicious. Some might say it's chili's but they have great steaks. Corn on the cob is the best too and drink specials on point! My wife had the trip special and it's worth it. Also dessert, lava cake!

Terrible--I should've gone somewhere else. We stopped by on a Saturday night around 7 PM, and the place was dead, which probably should've been the first red flag. We waited a long time to be seated even though the restaurant wasn't busy.Once we were seated, it went downhill fast. The table felt sticky and unclean, which set the tone for the rest of the night. I ordered chicken wings, and they were so overcooked I couldn't even eat them. The two-for-one house margaritas were a letdown, tasting like nothing but sugary margarita mix with zero hint of alcohol. My husband ordered a burger, and honestly, McDonald's would've been better--and cheaper.The only saving grace of the evening was the server. She was all by herself, handling everything on her own, and still managed to be attentive and very kind. She earned the two stars, but I definitely won't be back to this Chili's.

We stopped by one night because I was craving their mozzarella sticks. Their appetizers are delicious! I also got a bacon cheese burger and asked for nothing on it except bacon and cheese and there was mayo which is a huge turn off for me. The burger itself was good, but when I realized there was mayo i asked for a new one. By the time it came out I lost my appetite. My s/o enjoyed the quesadilla however he asked for bacon ranch and got the brisket. Definitely only coming for appetizers!

There was a hair in our eggrolls. We told the waitress and she took our plate back and brought it back out and said they changed the eggrolls. It came out way too fast for them to have refried another and the eggrolls were not hot as they should have been if they fired a new one; really made us think that they just pulled the hair off and served it to us again. The mozzarella sticks are known for their cheese pull, and they were just cold blocks of cheese when we bit in. Will definitely not be back to this location.

The food was pretty good. Not the greatest and didn't make me say I can't wait to go back.It was not too crowded and we were seated right away. It was very family friendly. Our server was Eva and she is sooooo good. She's on top of things, does recommendations, interacted with my 2 year old granddaughter so well, she was fast and very friendly. We had zero complaints about Eva.

I will be calling HR about Troy putting his hands on me as I was trying to leave. got in my face and tried to make me do something I didn't want to do. the manager got loud with me bc I was answer a question I was asked. Troy learned that day. and his Boss was embarrassed by Troy as well. Yamil just stood there not doing anything about his employees not listening to him or calm the situation down. Troy told Yamil "no I'm not going anywhere" made Yamil look real bad. I tried to bring this to they attention and was fired.... chilis sucks they do not care about there employees and very greedy. stay away.

I ordered take out from my local go-to Chilis for the first time. I ordered the cilantro lime carne asada and I feel like I was skimped out on the steak. Don't get me wrong the food was tasty, but when I opened my to go order once I got home I was disappointed at the portion of steak. The portion seemed to be 3oz if at most. I've never ordered this plate in restaurant, but I feel like I definitely got finessed with my to go order. Despite that, ordering online for pick up was fairly easy and quick. Order was done before the estimated wait time (30 minutes) and once arriving and checking in food was brought out in less than 5 minutes. All a plus in my book!Wouldn't mind doing take out again to skip out on wait times, but maybe I'll check my order before driving home! I've never felt more bamboozled from what I saw online to what I received in my life haha.

The best thing about this Chili's was the service.Food was mixed. Spent $2.50 extra on a dip trio and some of the chips were covered in grease. Asked for extras and those looked worse. Didn't eat any of the extras. Dips were pretty good, but guac lacked flavor.The soup I ordered was kind of cold. Took another spoonful, and it was definitely cold. I can usually power through lukewarm soup, but never been served cold soup like that anywhere ever.The chicken bacon ranch quesadilla is solid at any Chili's I've been too, and this was good.My husband's burger was very greasy and upset his stomach for the rest of the day from lunch.Again, service was attentive and helpful, but probably wouldn't return to this location. Only stopped by because we were at The Loop, and I had a gift card.

Their host Juan was totally disrespectful and un attentive, he asked me my name and not even 5 minutes later he proceeded to sit a completely different party that came in after mine. When I addressed this with Juan he suggested it was my fault and that I had to wait another 20 minutes. I got the manager and explained the situation and the manager sat us immediately. Juan is a horrible host and should not be employed at any chillis let alone my home chillis.
