If you follow me for local food reviews, you know I'll be brutally honest with my followers and the business owners.This joint is a hidden gem, tucked along 434 in Winter Springs don't miss out on fresh, homemade, authentic Mexican flavors and spices.The restaurant recently changed management and the owner was gracious enough to explain the menu in its entirety to me and my wife. He also offered us samples of their shredded chicken, a definite plus .I decided on getting the beef tacos American style with Mexican rice, tomatoes, lettuce, cheese and in house made hot sauce. Delicious! The interior decor is simple and clean with a hand painted accent wall. The flavors packed a punch, which means we will be back again soon. Thanks for a great lunch, and at $10 for 3 tacos it won't make you feel like you got robbed.

I love Chilangos, been coming here or ordering takeout for the past 6 years, and they are typically on point. As you can see from my photos, I've tried a few of the different foods from the menu, and all have been pretty tasty. I especially like the American tacos. Which is weird to say since I'm from California and usually prefer street tacos lol. I had the horchata for the first time yesterday, and it was TO DIE FOR! The only problem was that it was the largest drink I've ever had, so I was unable to finish it.Every time I've gone inside to pick up my order, the cashier and server have been polite, attentive, and ready to help. The restaurant has traditional decor, and you truly feel comfortable coming in. I'll continue to come here as long as I'm around!

Great food ! Would definitely recommend. The menu has plenty of options, and some of the dishes are offered in both traditional Mexican style as well as American style. There's a self serve salsa bar and plenty of authentic beverage options. The service is also great as it's a small family owned business, they are very attentive. Chilangos is definitely my go-to when craving real Mexican food!

Food was tasty, chimichangas could of had more meat. Server was accommodating and provided extra sauces.

10/10 my favorite Mexican restaurant. This hidden gem is a family favorite, everything we've tried is amazing. I make my fiancé drive here from Lake Mary about once a month, it's that good.

If you are looking for authentic home cooked Mexican food, this is the only place in town to find it. I am so grateful for the couple that own and run this place daily for bringing their heritage to Florida. Their service is always friendly and the food is made with love. The place is small, so don't expect to seat a large group all at once maybe 4 - 6 people can sit at a single table. They do take-out and delivery through the apps.My favorite things here are Taco Tuesdays and the Chimichangas (half price on Thursdays).

Didn't get a chance to taste the food. Ordered on the app and received a call from the restaurant stating that they don't deconstruct the nachos. Which is a simple request for a delivery to your home. Looking for an amazing Mexican restaurant in the MCO area and if anyone have suggestions let me know. Delicious Mexican food. Flavor profile is just right. Authentic people. It's cozy but comfortable.

Stopped in this little gem today for tacos and was pleasantly surprised. Ambiance very warm , service excellent and food delicious. We had the tostadas, tacos, chips, queso and guacamole all very fresh and authentic. Give this place a try, you won't be disappointed.

What a great value - if you're hungry and want tasty food, this is the place. Today was my first visit and I got take-out for two. Tostada, 2 rolled tacos and enchiladas. Just the tostada was a filling and tasty lunch, with a lot of steak. That's $3.50 for a filling, delicious lunch. This will be my new go-to Mexican restaurant.
