Chicken Salad Chick

The staff is always friendly at this location. The pacing of the food is a bit odd. Our group each received their meal individually over time. It felt a bit weird that one of the people at our table didn't have their food for a while. It got to a point where I thought they had not ordered anything. Eventually the food arrived, and the staff apologized for the delay. They weren't busy at all, so it was just odd pacing. The Classic Carol is my favorite. I love the Chicken Poblano soup. I am so thankful they brought this back. It is amazing. The macaroni n cheese is alright. I definitely prefer soup over it. Everything seemed very clean & well maintained. The food tasted fresh and the soup was the perfect temperature.

I went to Chicken Salad Chick today and got the fancy Nancy scoop with a side and a drink. One scoop is not enough! The food was delicious, but I would definitely spring for the sandwich (I would go for the croissant). The employees were every kind and patient. The only thing I could slightly complain about was the smell, the restaurant had a specific smell to it as if maybe it was cleaned with a sour mop. Other than that I was pleased with the food and service.

Chicken salads are delicious but the service is so slow and takes forever. Also, they could stand to add more of the ingredients they advertise. For example, if apples are in my chicken salad, there should be more than one small cube of apple on the entire sandwich. The broccoli side is worth the trip alone!

Was looking for a lunch place that opens before 11am and found chicken salad chick! They open at 10:30 :) I was a bit nervous coming right at open because I have had experiences where places "open" at a certain time but aren't ready to start actually working. Nope. Not this place. They greeted me and were ready to help! I ordered four sandwiches and four sides and four sweets to go. Everything was ready in less than 15 minutes. It was packed up the way I had requested and given to me with a smile. I know the office ladies are gonna love it. I initially heard about this business on the "how I built this "podcast and I have since seen them participating in local charity events where I was able to try many of their chicken salads. Good stuff. I feel like this is a good business to support.

Love this place so much... it's one of my favorite "fast food" spots because compared to everything else, it's pretty healthy. Also tasty and filling. Clean. Friendly employees.

I was there a few weeks ago but I forgot to post!I have broken my front tooth so I have issues eating! That day I decided chicken salad sounded like a great idea!So here I was! It was not too busy! I went to the cashier and ordered the chicken salad croissant with fruity Fran chicken salad! It was so good!I still have to cut the croissant into small pieces before e I can eat them but it was so good and tasty!The sitting area is chill and calm!

Sandwich was decent... Order taker stopped me mid sentence when she turned to talk to a co-worker to tell her where something was ... BUT there must be mild or something in the ceiling because the Musty smell takes over ... if you have allergies think twice about submitting your nose to running ...

The chicken salad was delicious and the staff were very helpful. The little cookie with the meal was a nice edition.

Cute little place. The lady behind the counter was very nice and helpful since it was my first time ordering. Good food and good service. The broccoli salad was my favorite.

Lake Mary Florida facility is Filthy. You people at facility are on their phone at front of facility serving food without washing hands and not trained in customer service. You can see mold on ceiling front front of facility. This place needs to be fined and shut down until cleaned properly and staff is trained on proper handling of food.
