Chicken Guy!

This was our family's first time dining at Chicken Guy at Disney Springs, and it definitely won't be our last! We arrived right when they opened for lunch, which meant no wait and plenty of seating options. The menu had a nice variety, and we went with a salad, strips combo, a milkshake, and a kids meal. Everything was delicious, and we especially loved the wide range of sauces!The staff were friendly and attentive, always making sure the dining area stayed clean and welcoming. The prices were reasonable for a spot at Disney Springs, which allowed us to stick to our budget and still have room for some snacks and desserts at other locations later on.Overall, we had a great experience, and will definitely return!

Fuck this place. FIRST, there is a line TO GO INSIDE TO WAIT IN LINE! Yes....a LINE, outside of the building, that when you wait in that, get to the front, they hand you a menu, then send you inside, where you get to wait in the INSIDE LINE to order. I circumvented this after hearing that you could online order. (NOT "mobile order" from the MyDisneyExperience app mind you...that isn't available, but you can scan a QR code at the entrance.)ALL I wanted was a grilled cheese sandwich for my picky eater, but a grilled cheese here is a hamburger bun, turned inside out, with a WISP of cheese essence placed betwixt. I was so angry after waiting 25 minutes for that shit that I wanted to punch Guy Fieri in his goatee. The fries were nothing to write home about either.Disney Springs is an abomination to begin with, but this place is a low spot in a low spot. Never again.

I adore Fried Chicken. It is my go-to comfort food. And I am incredibly picky about it as well. If you are going to do fried chicken, you have to do it right. Chicken Guy Delivers. This spot in Disney Springs is the brainchild of celebrity chef Guy Fieri and restaurateur Robert Earl, inspired by their passion for bold flavors and high-quality comfort food. I ordered the hot chicken, and the heat was spot on and balanced without being overwhelming. What I absolutely loved about the place is the abundant selection of sauces--there are so many to choose from, adding variety in order to customize your every bite. The fries are equally impressive: crunchy, crispy, and seasoned to perfection. I tried the chipotle, Nashville Hot Honey, Buffalo, and the Special Sauce. I could not decide which I love more!This spot offers incredible value for quick eats, with counter-service convenience and top-tier flavor. While the lines can get long (at one point, we saw a 2.5-hour wait and passed on that one), it's absolutely worth it. Plan to come earlier or later to avoid peak crowds like we did. We all loved it here, and there are 14 of us. Many of the negative reviews on Yelp and Trip advisor mentioned how bad the mac and cheese was. I am not a fan of mac and cheese, and I have to say my chicken strips and fries were delightful. Trust me. Ignore the naysayers and go enjoy good chicken. Gotta start this one off as a big thank you to Guy Fieri for creating Chicken Guy. Loved him on all of his tv shows and now I can go to eat some delicious food with his name and chicken personality all over the place. This is a fast-casual spot in Disney Springs and considering it is on Disney property, it is pretty affordable. I get that it's fast food but it's also a celebrity's spot so I was surprised. We ordered and then sat down while they brought us our food. I thought that was a nice touch!I was also surprised with how great the chicken was! I figured it being fast food was going to taste like the usual things you'd bring home from the frozen food section. But this chicken was freshly fried, cooked crispy on the outside, and full of flavor. They have 22 different sauces here which right away is pretty incredible. I usually use one or two sauces when I eat chicken and fries so 22 was a bit of an overwhelming choice. The fries are really good here too. They are seasoned and they are delicious. I would have to put the chicken sandwich at least in my top 10 if not top 5 of my favorite ones so far. The chicken is great but then bun and sauce really compliment it to bring it all together. Overall, this is a great little spot to check out when you are walking around Disney Springs. If you are a fan of chicken, Guy Fieri, or just some quick bites, this is the spot for you.

Chicken Guy is coming to Wesley Chapel, FL. I decided to try it while at Disney Springs. The price point wasn't bad at under $10 for a two patty chicken patty with different toppings. I chose the Bourbon brown sugar chicken sandwich bc I like the flavor of Cole slaw with it. The other chicken sandwich we had was the pepperoni chicken parmesan sandwich. I knew this would be perfect for my hubby bc he loves chicken parm. Happy to say we each liked our chosen chicken sandwiches. If you don't like Cole slaw, maybe the bourbon chicken is not for you but to me it gave it more flavor and the chips made it extra crispy. I didn't love on the chicken parm bc it didn't feel as crispy to me. As for the fries, they are skinny like pencil shaped fries. They do have some seasoning on it but they are not my fave. Still a great experience here enjoying the sandwich, the cute decor, & great service! Now I know what to expect when Chicken Guy comes to town! It will be across the street from the Tampa Premium Outlet.

Chicken OG sandwich arrived with a nice long hair. Absolutely deliciousness in the box....NOT! Second sandwich was served up nicely without hair so 50/50 on the sandwiches. Salad was the shining star served up without any extra biological ingredients not normally found in a salad with an awesome chipotle ranch dressing. Fries were spot on and a good portion but the coleslaw lacked flavor other than a bit of heat and it seemed to be made of cabbage past its prime. Service was fast and staff were walking around serving and cleaning up the place. However, they missed getting to the bathrooms as both were atrocious and disgusting. True the place was busy but someone should be detailed for bathroom cleanup!Overall, 50/50 on the meal. My daughter loves the place, we just seemed to hit the trifecta of issues today.

Another year later and I'm back again! WOW wow wow this place never disappoints. The chicken and fries have so much flavor and the service is very quick. This has become a must to visit every time I'm in Florida. We love you chicken guy!

On our most recent trip to Walt Disney World we made a concerted effort to try some new food places and Chicken Guy! was at the top of our list. I'm happy to report that it exceeded expectations!We are a family of 5 so we just ordered a ton of fries and chicken tenders and tried several of the sauces and it was one of our more cost efficient meals of our entire trip and everyone left satiated and happy! The chicken breading was full of flavor and the quality of the chicken was perfection. Our favorite sauce is gonna bore you to tears because it was RANCH but come on. Who doesn't love a really great restaurant ranch?! Garlic Parmesan was delicious, too. The Donkey Sauce was our least favorite and I wouldn't recommend it unless you absolutely love mayo. We tried their special sauce and that was meh but pretty decent. Their buffalo sauce was wonderful! We tried a seasonal dip that I can't recall the name for but it was somewhat similar to Asian zing (from Bdubs). The staff behind the counter were patient and helpful considering we were first timers and we got our food super fast! Seating is hard to come by inside the restaurant and the tables weren't bussed at all but we had a great time. The fountain drinks were perfect, too!!I hope we will come back again on our next WDW trip!

I love mobile ordering here. There was a wait outside to get in, and we skipped that by ordering online. Food came out fast and was warm. Love the seasoning on the fries and felt the amount of food in a 3 piece tender meal is enough for a full meal. Only request id have is more seating. It was busy today and we had to walk around a bit looking for a table before one opened. Overall, great experience and will be back!

Located in Disney Springs we had to stop to check this place out. The lines were long but moved quickly. They have an outdoor seating area but it fills up quickly. The sandwiches are good, and the chicken is tender. I had the BLAT, and I found it OK. It had way too much lettuce and was almost like eating a salad. I tried some of my GFs burger and hers was amazing. The fries were very good and had lots of seasoning. The service was good, and there was very little wait for our food.
