Bring back curbside asap. I don't feel like waiting behind the vehicle in front me to figure out how mobile check in works. That defeats the purpose of convenience. And the drive thru lines are too long and take too long as well. I thought mobile was supposed to be convenient and easy? What is this? Regular drive thru is going faster than mobile

Used the app for a Drive-thru express order. Easy peasy lemon squeezy! (Literally, I got the lemonade). Place your order online and scan the QR code when you show up and join the line. My order was prompt, the appropriate temperature, and accurate. Today I tried the watermelon mint diet lemonade and I do recommend trying it if those flavors are appealing to you! Good service as usual. This is a fast food restaurant and I did the drive through so I can't comment on the ambiance but I will be back!

Of all the Chick-Fil-As I have been to, I would be hard pressed to find one whose service matches this location. They just moved, last year or so, from across the street to a brand new building. While they do have the occasional mishap here or there, the service is top notch. There have been a couple times wherein my food is ordered and I'm the third car in line- and the two other cars in front of me are still waiting. That's happened a couple of times but not for a long time. Plus, it was a new to-go system they were using at the time AND it was early morning. So, no harm no foul. The food is always hot and tasty and made with all our choices. The team, led by the immensely charismatic Chauncey, is always smiling and eager to please. Our go to for breakfast is chicken minis with a healthy dose of honey butter. Definitely one of if not the best fast food in the area.

This location is sub par for what you'd expect for chick fil a. They have a new / improve express line. But it glitches 75% of the time and you're forced to use the regular line when it does. The regular line is slower than a drive thru at every other restaurant you come to expect extended waits at. As this is the 5th time giving this location a shot, I am not a fan of this "State of the Art" location.

I've heard of a drive thru door before, but this was the first Chick-fil-a I have visited that had one. The staff was very friendly. I love that they have the express lane. As someone who mobile orders, this makes me feel appreciated. I love that they have the chicken tortilla soup. My local Chick-fil-A hasn't had it for some reason. Overall got my large order in a decent amount of time. My order was accurate as well.

No complaints here, they work the drive thru lanes fast, but so far in my experience the mobile app pre-order lane moves pretty quickly. The food and is what I expect at a Chik fil A location. The customer service is courteous and spot on and my order has not been messed up. Lastly, the other day was the first time I tried there chocolate chip cookies and they are great, a must try. Will definitely be coming back!!!

If you like waiting over 15mins in the drive through? Then this is the location for you. I've visited several locations in the U.S- and have never experienced such long wait periods.

I come here a lot and usually get the sandwich combo, which is a pretty good meal, but I made the mistake of ordering a wrap. I feel like the wraps have been slowly shrinking over the past year or so, so I stopped getting them and buy the sandwiches exclusively. Today I gave them another try and I think this is the smallest wrap I have ever seen. It probably has about one nugget worth of chicken in it. The nutritional info online says 42g of protein, so unless the tortilla is enreiched w 30g of it then it's complete BS. Maybe you guys could order some new plastic containers since it barely fills half of this one? So yeah, don't EVER buy the wraps...I'll give it three stars bc some of the meals are not a complete rip off and the staff are always amazing.

The staff is very nice and my food is always done really quick and easy for me. I usually order ahead so that I can just go to the drive-through lane, but I'm always greeted by really nice employees like Christian, who met me one of the first few weeks I started going there for lunches when I'm at work. He is honestly one of my favorite employees, he always quick to recognizes me and always greeting me and is very polite. I definitely appreciate the positive atmosphere and the friendliness of the employees, as well as their food!

I thought the previous location was bad. This new location, and the new build concept, leaves much to be desired. It is the worst chick fil a experience I've ever had. Waited 15 minutes to get our food with only a few others in the store. No one came around to ask about refills. If you wanted a refill you had to stand in line because they only had 1 cashier. We then ordered ice cream. It took another 15 minutes to get that.
