Typical fast food chain with a bit of healthy food! The chicken is fine, the service good and the dinner hall is cozy and comfortable. Nice place for a fast bite. Doesn't open on sundays!

Great drive thru. This is fairly new location so the drive thru experience is fully updated. It flows very well as there's dual lanes the entire way. There are multiple employees who not only take your order, but will double check it that they took it correctly. Finally, it ends with your food coming out hot and confirmed that everything you have is correct. Location is near 429 highway so it makes for a good stop before, during or after a long trip.

Swung by in the way to picking up our kiddos. This location is very confusing. The parking lot and drive thru is convoluted. Luckily it wasn't busy when we went so we were able to take our time figuring out where to go but I would say if it's your first time coming here; you have to drive to the back to find the single entry.Food was made fresh and typical for Chick-fil-A. Of course the service is always great. We did have to wait a little longer than expected which was surprising since we were the only ones there but our food was hot so I'm ok with that.

Friendly staff and treat location! :) the store is clean and pretty open - I love that there is covered outdoor seating. Bathrooms are clean! Food was fresh & quick. I always order the viral chicken nugget & fries bowl from TikTok where you put the chicken and fries in a salad container and shake it up with ranch & Chick-fil-A sauce. However, this location stated they do not sell the salad bowls / cannot give them out so that was a little sad. But I just order a sandwich and moved on :) Paul the manager was engaging and nice! He deserves a nice day off :)

SLLLLLLLLLOOOOOOOOOOOOWWWWWWWW. This is definitely the slowest Chick-fil-A I've been to in many many years. The food is good. The service is friendly as always. The speed of the service is extremely subpar. They've got a ton of kids working outside in the heat, but I've seen paint dry faster than this service. They seriously need to figure out how to get people through the line. I know it's a relatively new store but they should have this worked out by now.

So exciting to have Chick-fil-A as a new addition to the Hamlin area! So many new and exciting business being added recently. The food at this location was fresh and delicious! We loved trying all of the new seasonal peach drinks that came out this week. Staff was friendly as usual with the Chick-fil-A brand! The highlight of this location has to be the huge outdoor patio. It is nice to have an area that all of the residents in the Hamlin can walk to. Many of those visiting had their dogs with them out of the patio which was fantastic! Will be a frequent visitor.

Why does everyone crazy Chick-fil-A on a Sunday! Yes, they are closed on Sundays, and you cannot get it! This location just opened in Winter Garden, in the Hamlin area. We have been waiting for this for a while because the quick service is far and few between in that area. I went on Saturday morning, probably one of the worst times to go. Weekends are always busy, and breakfast is good! To get here, there is only one entrance, they are trying to direct the flow. Even though you technically can enter from the other direction, they are flowing people one way. They also had a police officer sitting there to assist as well. This line was long!I did not get agitated because I believe it was their 2nd or 3rd day open but be prepared to wait. The staff is still learning, and they are still trying to get their flow. I ordered online but even though the line was long, they do not start preparing your items until you check in with them. There is one line that turns into two lines back into one line. It can get a little confusing and questionable as who goes next when merging back into one, but everyone was nice about it, letting one line go then the other. There is usually employees outside helping with orders, but they either are not doing that here or just did not have it that day. The clouds were getting very dark so they might have pulled everyone in.Once I finally got to the ordering, I told her I had mobile ordered and she was super pleasant on the speaker. Once I got closer to the window, I had to tell them multiple times my name and that I had placed a mobile ordered. It got a little annoying but again, they are learning. Yes, I put in the app the color of my car, but it's new. The car two cars ahead of me sat at the window, which is actually a door, for a long time. I have no idea what they were ordering. It took a while; we did not move for almost 5 minutes. The car in front of me, I heard them say they were out of something, couldn't hear what it was and could they change it. When I finally pulled up, I had to give my name again. My food was ready and clearly had been for a few minutes. I was very surprised that they additional 3 employees standing at the window/door could not have walked my order to me like they do at other chick-fil-a's because they were walking and grabbing payments. They have a very large, two car wide ally path that I could have gone around the car with my order. It was a little surprising.The food was good, we had two sandwiches, potatoes and a parfait. The egg sandwiches were hot, but I could tell it sat there for a bit. Our iced tea was correct, unsweet, nobody ever seems to get this right! It also had the lemon added that we asked for.This is a fantastic addition to Hamlin. They have some kinks to work out and training to nail down, but this is going to be super busy and super popular. I can't wait to see it grow because if the line was any indication on the second day, they are going to make some money! You cannot go wrong with their food. It makes you feel better about eating fast food. It is all chicken. I love their salads and their sandwiches are fantastic as well. This is a great addition and we will 100% be back. I think they had a very successful opening weekend and wish them all the luck!
