This Chick-fil-A, located on the westbound side of University near UCF, is a convenient stop when I'm in the area, especially when my usual location was closed for renovations. However, getting to it can be a bit tricky. Situated between a gas station and a Buffalo Wild Wings, access can be a bit of a hassle, often requiring a U-turn or navigating around gas station traffic.Like every Chick-fil-A, they have the efficient double drive-thru, with friendly staff ready to take your order well before you reach the speaker. While I've never dined-in at this particular location, while waiting in the drive through, the interior appeared clear and tidy, as you'd expect from any CFA, with staff bustling around delivering meals to patrons. You can always count on the same great food and service you expect from any Chick-fil-A, making it a reliable choice despite the slightly inconvenient location.

Chick-Fil-A on University is great! There is a lot of seating in this specific store (probably planned that way given this location's proximity to UCF and the ensuing post-football game nights).The counter staff was very sweet, and knowledgeable of their menu, and they walk your order straight to your table once it's ready, so you don't have to wait around at the counter. The dining area itself was very clean.The drive-thru line looked organized and the line seemed to be moving quickly.

No line. Have to stop now to get nuggets. I got the meal thru drive thru. There was 5 cars in front of me. But went quick. My only issue is that they never gave me my sauce for the nuggets.

You can usually find a decent line here since it is super close to campus! They recently renovated (outside in particular) and it has improved time in the line. Workers are always friendly and helpful. Never had a bad experience at this location. Food is always HOT, HOT and fresh!! They do seem to never give me the right amount of sauces? A girl asked for TWO ranches.. not one LOL. That's my only negative!

Let me start this review off by saying that I am not one who embraces Chick-fil-A as the be-all, end-all of fast food. It is not that I have anything against this business, in fact I think it offers a solid product with Incredible customer service, it is just that I have never fully understood the complete devotion and love of their food.I came here with my daughter, who is one of those Chick-fil-A devotees, and found the service, as mentioned before, exceptional and the food good.I would recommend a visit here. If you are a devotee, you already know what you will get. If you haven't tried it yet, maybe you will find yourself one of those devotees.

If I can give 0 stars I would, came to dine in. I walked into the bathroom and a roach had fell on my face. I came for my replacement meal because last time I had went through the drive-through in they had totally messed up my order I had to come back twice. My replacement meal was hard and cold, and my french fries were bits and pieces barely even fries. I wouldn't recommend this Chick-fil-A at all.
