Chick-fil-A

This is kind of easy on easy off from the 417 S in the Home Depot plaza. Like every other one of these, getting into the parking lot sucks with the way everyone used the drive thru.It's one of the few places I can get a Grilled Chicken Sandwich and is usually my go-to meal when I eat here. I miss the spicy grilled version, but this one will do. Their waffle fries are good as well.Chick-fil-A is good but not as good as the crazies who wait in a line that wraps around the building for it. They really need to just open more stores and spread the herd thin so we can all go back to parking in the parking lot and enjoy sitting and eating a meal without a crowd hovering all over, inside and out.The food is consistent with other restaurants and it's somewhere I'd stop again when passing by on 417 Southbound. North bound, no F'ing way!

In earlier August, this location was collecting school supplies and donors would receive a free chicken sandwich. This location also have baby and young children Chic Fil A merchandise available for purchase which is new in the Orlando area. I frequent this Southchase location often: quick service, friendly staff, and great job with community project involvement!

After visiting three other places and none of them had puppy treats I finally decided to try chick fil a, you see my puppy behaved so well and deserved a good boy treat, when I saw the drive thru line I hesitated cause I was exhausted and hangry ‍I'm just being honest. To my surprise, the coordination and organization they have blew my mind. Line moved fast, they all have something to say about Dino and understood my frustration and knew how to deal with the situation. Not only they served the ice cream cup the way I preferred they also gave me a pack of cute treats to go with the ice cream. Dino loved it! Now every time we pass by he makes sure I know I have to stop by. I was delighted by the experience.

What happened to this location? It was run so well for many years. My guess is a change in franchisee. This is no longer close to a standard Chick-fil-A. Slow service. Food quality is not consistent or what anyone expects from a Chick. More often than not it seems the orders are wrong, often missing product that was paid for. Three times in a row we were shorted in some manner. Sandwich missing, a salad only half full, six nuggets when eight ordered and paid for, etc. There are other quality Chick-fil-A locations within a few miles. I will go to those and no longer will I patronize this location. Hopefully corporate boots this franchisee as it is not representative of the brand.

There was a big fuzz of Chick-fil-A in other cities. I couldn't ignore this and get to try it out at the place where it was originally born at. The expectations were high but the delivery was low. It didn't meet with my expectation. It was an alright meal, and it tasted like Burger King, McDs and other franchised place. I'd rather use the same resource into Shake Shack which offers a different type of food and flavour at reduced pricing. Anyways, this the experience was alright for me: not the best, and not the worst, just OK

We had a very nice experience at this location today. We had a very nice friendly greeting as we entered and at counter and the Chick-fil-A was very clean and pristine and modern. My wife had the grilled Chick-fil-A sandwich with gluten-free bun and I had the regular Chick-fil-A sandwich. The fries are gluten-free fried in a dedicated fryer with oil. This restaurant is always busy with two drive-in lanes; however, the time that we were there at 1 PM it wasn't crazy and there was adequate parking. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone as it is excellent and very tasty with friendly associates, more friendly than I've seen at other convenience restaurants (I.e Chipotle, Shake Shack, Burger 21).

I've lived by this Chick Fil A for 8 years and in the PAST it ran exactly how most are... great customer service and accuracy of orders.I'm not sure what happened post COVID shutdown but apparently who ever managed before is clearly not that anymore. The teenagers they have in there now do not represent the Chick Fil A brand AT ALL! What I'm going to say has happened over several trips not just in one visit.Rushing you to order at the drive through as if I'm holding the line up or I should have known before I got there, having side conversations amongst themselves at the window, on their cellphone texting while they waited for the food to done, one was mentioning to another employee why she doesn't like the late schedule and she wished she could do mornings all the time, most recently one girl turned her back to me, started cleaning out something from her nails while asking her coworkers what they were doing for Thanksgiving. Then handed me my drinks and said, "We're waiting on your food." Then turned back around to give me her back. Had she been attentive, she would've known that they forgot the sauce for the nuggets and that there was 3 salad dressings for 1 salad!! Lol, I guess thank you for giving me back up dressing for my fridge for later so I don't need to go back. Not that I'm complaining about the dressings, but as an establishment, overtime that's not profitable for them.. I thought it was funny.The service has gone way down and I didn't know who to contact, because the Owner's name that use to display on the window is no longer there. I really wanted to just give feedback so more training and/or evaluation could take placed for these kids. I appreciate them wanting to work, and maybe for some of them this is their first job. They just need to be taught better, and like I said there must be a new manager because pre COVID the teenagers there were great!!!

This locations is always nice and friendly on all service sides, drive thru and dine in. I don't remember ever having a terrible experience. The inside is always clean and generally stocked well with condiments. The parking lot is small and this chain is right by the street so the line can pile up. The recently added the second drive thru order line which seems to help the line move faster. Great improvement! I have had the breakfast sausage burritto, coffee, tater tots, chicken bites, strips, all the chicken sandwhiches, the Cobb and fruit salad, from all the times I've been here over the years. The food is always standard and decent for fast food. The Chicken has sugar and lots if salt in it for those who maybe concerned with that but that's fast food for you! This location is great with customer service and minimal errors on orders.

The salad was delicious however it was much too large for one person.I ate it for 3 days, but finally had to throw 1/4 out and I hate wasting food.They might want to consider smaller portions for senior citizens.4

Food and service is good! Parking is a disaster! I stopped going here often only bc of this issue! However, there's about 8 parking spaces always empty for call ahead/takeout! Maybe these were marked off during the pandemic. These would help!
