It was not a great pleasant experience dinning in tonight to a very dirty and messy place . Maybe a little attention and support from leader on duty to check out at night time about the Clean of the restaurant , we visited the restaurant around 8:45 pm on Tuesday night , big crew of employees were laughing out loud in the kitchen, yet no staff willing to come out and clean the seats or table, floor is dirty as well, saw one girl running around by herself bring out food to guest and later she clean around , but she did not pay attention to detail of cleaning , feel really bad for no support from her team on her shift . The pictures were just the example, rest of the tables and chairs in the restaurant are dirty and messy.

I decided to try a new location as opposed to my normal location close to the mall. Breakfast time around 8 am was nice and fast. Everyone was polite like the old days. I heard my pleasure 3 times which was nice. I asked for sauces they explained them and made recommendations. All of this was through the drive thru speaker. All in all it was a perfect quick and accurate stop on my way to work! Excellent job am team!

Slow service for mobile pickup orders. Inconsistent product; got two breakfast wraps tasting different and one not well wrapped. Also not friendly. Sad place. This is not an employee problem, but a management issue.

This was my first time at this location. We stopped in because it's one of the few places my kid can safely eat. I have driven past this one many times over the years but it's a bit inconveniently located to get into and there are quite a few other good choices in the area if you're hungry. On this occasion I went with a grilled chicken sandwich, no tomato with a side salad and a peppermint chip milkshake.The chicken sandwich was exactly as expected and satisfied me. The salad was also very good. The milkshake was pretty good but for the price and size of it I have had better ones from other companies. If you are dining here I would definitely recommend it but I would not go out of my way for it. My cat had the chicken nuggets with fries and a bottle of water. They were very happy. We were here around lunch time and while they had a decent crowd the service was very quick and the employees were friendly. This is actually a pretty nice store and I enjoyed the way they had it decorated on the outside for the holidays.They have accessible parking but not an accessible entrance. They do have accessible seating though. There is ample parking in the lot.

We recently ate at this location in Dr. Phillips. The location is in a very busy area and we decided to 'eat in' as the drive-through is always very busy with cars wrapping around the building. I had the amazing pimento cheese and honey chicken sandwich, as well as the regular sandwich. Both were awesome, cooked perfectly, and more generous portion sizes of the chicken that I'm used to at the normal Chick-fil-A's I frequent. My wife had the grilled chicken (GF) with lettuce and tomato. From what I've experienced today and just by observing this location, I would always recommend 'eating in' due to the lines for the drive-through..

Service was OK! But their attitude was NOT, I noticed it looks I was getting as I was walking and waiting for my food, and after I was finished with my food, I went to throw away my bag and seen that they were cleaning my table now this is OK but I had just finished my food and it seemed kind of like they were only cleaning my table. Giving the implication that I'm dirty and sweaty because I came from outside and on my scooter, not a welcoming vibe and especially after they clean my table and looked at me like that I just put on my glasses and rolled my eyes I just came for free fries anyways they only appreciate tourist go spend your money there, but eat in your car #LOCAL #codemoo #codemoron

Worst chicfila I've ever been to, hands down. I was surprised when it was empty inside and in drive thru at 630pm on a Saturday... ordering was fine. Typically experience. Overall was gross inside. Tables not wiped down. Food all over the floor under nearly every table. Bathroom was in terrible shape (men's room). Place had maybe three families inside and not busy, so why couldn't the areas be tended to? No excuse. Kids nuggets seemed undercooked. Kids meals came without their little toys, which isn't a big deal just including since it's out of norm for Chicfila as a whole

Went to Aquatica so we decided to get breakfast on the go. Also was our first times having breakfast from Chick-fil-A. I ordered chicken, egg & cheese on a muffin & added bacon with a small lemonade. My daughter had the wrap with everything in it & 2 fruit bowls. Food was nice and hot. Chicken filet was tender. My daughter enjoyed the wrap. Breakfast kept us full from 10am until 4pm. Would definitely get breakfast from here again. Also, had dinner here....food was also great.

A rather standard CFA dining experience. This part of Sand Lake Rd (just down from what is termed Restaurant Row) is busy, so navigating entry/exit can be tricky. For this visit I ordered a basic sandwich combo. The drink and waffle fries were quite tasty but the chicken was much more dry (and smaller portion) than I'd expected. Dining room was pretty clean but garbage cans needed to be emptied. I rarely come to this location but was in the area and had a taste for CFA.

I guess I don't get what all the fuss is about. I found the chicken to be dry and flavorless. Everyone raves about the Chik Fil A sauce but unfortunately the location I visited was completely out of them. Maybe thats what I was missing. I will say that the food was brought to my car quickly and the employee was very friendly and apologetic about the missing sauce.
