I stopped in for lunch this week. The inside line moved fast, and I was helped by the nicest lady employee. I ordered the cobb salad and new peppermint shake. I sat inside, and my order was brought to my table in a matter of minutes. The cobb salad was so good. The chicken was warm, and the lettuce and tomatoes were fresh. I really like the honey mustard dressing. They gave me 2 packets, which I appreciated. As a lover of all things peppermint, I couldn't wait to try the shake. It was better than I expected. It was sweet with a good peppermint taste without it being overwhelming. This shake really put me in the Christmas spirit.Speaking of Christmas spirit, I loved the holiday decorations inside and always appreciated the fresh flowers on every table. The woman in the lobby checked on me and made sure I didn't want for anything.

Went for breakfast on 2/19/25 at 6 a.m. They/she got the order wrong, which happens probably 40% of the time there.I asked for non-sweetened ice tea very clearly, and got sweetened ice tea instead. I had to wait about ten minutes for her to give me the right tea. I was polite, and told her I'm going to be late for work, and maybe she could check the order better next time. It sounded rude, but it wasn't. It was the truth.She barked at me that she was the only one there, and that her headset sometimes doesn't work. Not, "Hey, sorry about that."So, little girl; your headset is not my problem. You being short is not my problem. You not giving a damn is my problem.CHECK YOUR BAGS BEFORE YOU DRIVE OFF.

The service continues to be quick and the fries are consistently hot and on point. I appreciate that they continue to give quick and good service through the drive through. Super excited they have not run out of the tortilla strips for their chicken tortilla soup. Last year they kept running out.

I stopped coming to this location years ago but thought I'd give it another shot out of convenience. Chicken filets are tiny these days (you'll get more chicken by ordering the nuggets), drive thru was surprisingly slow for a Saturday morning before the rush, and service had the "I don't want to be here" vibe. However they did get my order right which was my primary complaint in the past.

It would be nice if when being serviced by the drive thru everything asked for is in the bag.I'm from out of town and passed by on the way to my hotel just to get back to my room and realize stuff was missing. No one wants to go all the way back and when I called the manager seemed disingenuous and kept saying "that's unusual we have someone that usually does that" as if human error is impossible! I get it's busy and it's the drive thru but if your sole job is to add objects to the bag and only I'm not sure where the mishap happened and the manager could have been more apologetic about it.

This location is always busy but don't let that deter you from going there even if the line is to the road because it always moves quickly in the drive thru. The food is delicious and always fresh and warm. They always get my order correct and provide service with a smile

I've been going to this Chick-fil-A location for almost my entire life, and they don't disappoint in the slightest. They have the drive-thru down to a science--the lines are crazy long, but you're honestly in and out in 10 minutes which is a miracle considering the amount of orders coming in and out. I don't know what kind of dark magic they enact to get all the food out in time, but they knock it out of the park.My go-to order is the spicy sandwich, which is always stellar, but yesterday I tried out their new honey pepper pimento sandwich, and I enjoyed it a lot! The ingredients all complemented each other well and I thought it was very tasty. They just barely overdid it with the honey, so it was a bit of a sticky messy situation, but that didn't bother me much (that's what the napkins are for). Definitely not a sandwich you can crush in your car without making a mess, but absolutely worth it.

What has happened to our CFA??? We went through the CFA drive-thru today and we were so disappointed. It appears the "B" (bored) team was working. Thing #1 who took our order hated her life. She just hated every minute of taking our order. Thing #2 sitting on the stool under the umbrella picking her nails and crumpling up receipts couldn't be bothered to ever ask if we wanted our receipt. Or even make eye contact with us. But the saving grace was Serene who gave us our order. She had the biggest smile and loved every minute of engaging with us. Give her a raise and let her train your team! Management! Get rid of the thugs and hire more Serene's!

This Chick-fil-A is the worst. Every time we order due to a gluten allergy we order the gluten free bun. Almost every time they give us the regular sandwich after even paying for the gluten free bun and it being on the receipt. I get that they are busy but I wish they'd just take a little more time and get the order correct so we then don't have to sit and wait for them to bring out the correct order while the rest of the food gets cold.
