The first time my daughter was enjoying her nuggets and said there was hair in them . 2nd time I so happened to have hair in my chicken minis . Now today there is hair again ! Absolutely disgusting . Appetite ruined. No one wants to be enjoying food and have hair mid chew grow

I would have to go through Uber Eats. It's not really what I wanted to hear, but their policy and respect, which were very polite, told me exactly what to do. I did it, and they replaced my order. Thank you, Elliot, for fixing my problem. We need more people like you to listen to the problem. My grandchildren love Chick-fil-A so I find myself here pretty often. Online ordering is so convenient and the staff is always fast and friendly. The fact that they offer a decent kids meal with a fresh fruit cup and always have my order correct makes it an excellent experience. On my most recent visit I stopped in to pick up some breakfast sandwiches, drinks and tots for my family. Every parking spot was filled and I still waited under ten minutes for my order to be completed and delivered to my vehicle.

It was nearly 1pm when I stopped at this restaurant and the drive thru was packed to the gills. What irritated me was that I had to circle twice because a majority of the parking spots were for pick orders and only around three for dining in. I know some of the others dining in did not care and simply put themselves wherever because the inside was busy with folks. Service was wonderful and prompt. Food was delicious as always. Went with 4 count tenders, fries and lemonade. B- for ease of parking and getting into restaurant.A+ for service and food.

I usually have no issues with this restaurant, butrecently they've been cutting me shorton fries. This is a large fry. It looks likes someone atehalf of it already. update: 4 months ago I posted a review. I've had some more issues such as then forgetting to put the chicken on my sandwich, still less fries, etc.This experience, in my soup was a metal ring that I almost swallowed. My butt definitely went back to the location. Extremely nice about it & gave me a bunch of free cards, but still... not cool chick-fil-a. I still will probably go back. Just wanted to warn others, mostly for safety.

Recently moved back from Utah and wow is this chick fil a drive thru the slowest I've seen in a while. I was so used to quick drive thru service in Utah but I also understand the weather here is crazy I just wish I could order curbside too. The drive thru here is just unpleasant and I do think we are getting too McDonald's service here... I mean I'm writing this while in the line and it's been 20 minutes haha
