The service was prompt and friendly. I like that Epcot employs actual people from the specific countries. It makes for a great ambiance. I loved that they serve warm baguettes with butter before your meal comes out. I ordered the "Fruits de le mer ". It is whole shrimp and scallops in an absolute delectable lobster sauce. The shrimp and scallops were cooked to perfection. The sauce was so flavorful. Others ordered the salmon and were very pleased. That is saying a lot considering they are from Seattle and salmon is a staple there.

Chefs de France, located in Epcot's France Pavilion, offers a delightful dining experience that beautifully captures the essence of French cuisine. The restaurant is known for its charming atmosphere, with a classic French bistro decor that includes white tablecloths, elegant lighting, and a view of the bustling Epcot promenade. The menu features a range of traditional French dishes, from rich coq au vin and duck confit to lighter options like ratatouille and a selection of fresh seafood. The quality of the ingredients shines through in each dish, and the flavors are both authentic and comforting. Many diners rave about the French onion soup, which is a perfect start to the meal, and the dessert options like crème brûlée and tarte tatin are always a hit.Service at Chefs de France is attentive and knowledgeable, with staff who are eager to share their recommendations and wine pairings. The ambiance is lively but not overwhelming, making it a great spot for family meals or romantic dinners alike. One aspect that stands out is the opportunity to meet the famous chef, Remy, from Disney's "Ratatouille," who occasionally visits tables, creating a memorable experience for guests, especially children.Overall, Chefs de France stands out as a must-visit dining destination within Epcot, perfect for those looking to indulge in the flavors of France while enjoying the vibrant atmosphere of the park. Reservations are recommended, as it can get busy, particularly during peak seasons.

Oh my goodness! How I wish Chefs de France was in my neighborhood! I'd stop by every other day to stuff myself with snails and delicious wine.Seriously, it's the perfect place to unwind after a long day of heat and humidity and being in a sea of people. The food is amazing--the best escargot I had while in Disney and believe me I tried as many different ones as I could while I was in town, and the Fruits de la mer is appropriately named! That sauce is divine. Really succulent and well strained. Our server Opale was warm and welcoming and very helpful! We also celebrated my birthday here and it was so special. The chocolate cake is decadent without leaving you feeling weighed down. I cannot wait to come visit Epcot again just to come to Chefs de France!

A wonderful place! We have dinner here whenever we visit Epcot. Our server had been in the US for five months and took exceptional care of us. He even let me practice my French with him and humored me that I was a fluent speaker. At one time, but not so much today. I had the Fruits de la Mer and my son the bouef bourginon. He described his entree as a bottomless pot of the most tender, tasty beef he had had in a long time. My entree was as good as his if not better. The lobster sauce was wonderful !! We both had sauce left and our server, on his own, brought us a fresh loaf of bread. He told us not to leave the sauce and to feel free to dip it up with the bread, just as one would do in France!Moderate noise and nicely appointed. We had a table by the window which made it fun to watch the passersby.

As it is in Disney, the ambiance was obviously immaculate. The kind of restaurant you would find in a fairytale book about France. Our waitress was nice but did not seem kind. The food was good - portions are huge, super rich and buttery. I was full after maybe 5 bites.

When it comes to short rib beef and mashed potatoes l, I am distrustful of just any beef and potatoes. Chefs de France has gained my trust back. Their bourgeoise beef with mashed potatoes, pearl onions, carrots, and mushroom, was everything after a long day of walking. Not too salty and not too chewy - makes for a remarkable dish. We celebrated a birthday here and they sang as a birthday song in French and offered us a French dessert. I recommended making reservations here as we did. Overall great food dishes and I can't forget to mention the French onion soup. Probably one of the best I've had, as it had the right combination of cheese, onions, and bread!

We sat by the window for a late lunch. The ambience is bright and lovely. Our server was Brice. He provided great service & was very knowledgeable of the menu. We had bread service with salted butter (delicious but the crust did not snap when broken ) French onion soup, beef in Cabernet, steak frites, and the gateau opera. Everything was fresh and flavorful. The beef had plenty of vegetables as well, and the steak frites was cooked perfectly. So for the ambience, service and food, we highly recommend Chefs de France at Epcot.

Hippotymus was the best server ever! He was funny, lax, and helpful! Loved his energy while we were eating here!Sit by the window because it's so pleasant while it's sunny to enjoy the people and boats passing by and the view of the lake! Had escargot for the very first time and was not disappointed!!This was a lovely place to eat!

3.5/5, +.5 for serviceDecided on Chefs de France as my group was craving European cuisine and we haven't had French food in a while.I know some conversational French, so I decided to pull some French words to try and get better service (usually French restaurants appreciate you more if you speak their language). Sure enough it worked haha, we were well attended to the entire time here.I started with a French Onion Soup, followed by a Beef Bourguignon. The soup was quite good, good size and a decent amount of gruyere cheese and onions as well. The Beef Bourguignon was highly recommended by my server, and I've been wanting to try one from an actual French restaurant. It was a good introduction to it, but I can tell that it could be taken to the next level; the linguine didn't seem to mesh well with the beef stew. For Disney quality though I'd say this was more than satisfactory.I had the three layered chocolate mousse cake for dessert, and oh my it was really good. They didn't skimp out on the chocolate layers and it was an extremely filling way to end my meal.Definitely recommend a reservation here, this place was quite popular the entire time I was here.

The steak was good however a little seasoning, a little overcooked as I get medium and small portions sizes so I was still hungry after. Service was okay he came by twice the whole meal but it is certainly one of the cuter restaurants in Epcot as the lighting is fantastic however a little loud if you're looking for peace and quite.
