30 minutes is not fast food. They made us order in one lane and then go get back in the other drive thru lane to wait again for our food.

I try to be as fair as possible when reviewing "fast food" places.We stopped by for a quick meal. We wait in line at the drive thru for over fifteen minutes. It wouldn't be bad but they only had one car in front of us.Next, they didn't have any Diet Coke. Not the biggest issue but still an issue.You can obviously tell by the picture, The mozzarella sticks were so overly cooked that the cheese exploded out the bottom, and they were basically hollow.My fry lover burger was terrible.The only redeeming quality about this location was that the fries were very hot and good like most checkers locations

One of the worse Checkers I've ever been to. We have always ordered the 2 for $$ burgers/hotdogs and added the fries and drink. They tried to charge me twice for it and when I questioned it they had bad unprofessional attitude. When we received our food it was a total mess. We threw it away. I will never go back to this Checkers ever. It looked like it was only teenagers working there and their manager looked to be 18 with no manners.

Should I begin with the lack of listening skills, the lack of alacrity, or the lack of actual professionalism? If you're looking for someone to screw up your order, you found the place right here in St. Cloud. Aside from the large unsweetened tea and triple burger that cost nearly $11, you can count on no one saying thank you and perhaps the worst food I've ever paid for the drive-through. I believe the owner should probably start from scratch and be there because the overall yelp review is two stars and mine is going to take that down even further. Ladies and gentlemen, you really just simply have to do a better job all around if you care to deal with people's food.

I don't get anything for me. My daughter loves this place. Specialty fries(she says).She also likes the chili dogs. Prices are good.Service is fast through the drive thru polite servers. On a main road in St. Cloud gets good traffic. Been there longer than I can remember, Worth going back.

We ordered two Fish sandwiches and I had to wait three minutes for them to be cooked which is always pleasant but will receive the fish sandwiches they were still cold inside. The fish did not seem cook so I took them back up to the window and they told me it was cold because of the lettuce and I told him no I broke the fish open and it was actually colder inside than the lettuce was and they looked at me and said it's the lettuce so I gave the sandwiches back and We went to Dairy Queen I did not get a refund.

I was asked to pull to the other side of the building after ordering 2 combo meals. After 15 minutes the girl we ordered from said that the grease is not heating. I told her we are in a hurry and have already waited 15 minutes. I would just like my money back. The manager comes to the window 5 minutes later and ask me what my order was. You have to be joking! He then takes 5 more minutes to give me my money back. No apology or anything. I told him I have been at the window for 25 minutes and I could have cooked any meal that I wanted, I told him he should be embarrassed. He then gives me a weak apology. Do better this is not acceptable. I will not be back. I am also calling the health department for the violations that I saw while waiting.

Waited five minutes at window to order. Made eye contact with several workers and manager but no one seemed interested in taking an order. Overall, pretty lousy. Can't rate food as I left. Would rank negative if I could.

Hahahahaaa. I should have checked the reviews first. This sketchy poor excuse for a burger joint needs help. I just paid $9 for a major burger medium soda and fries. This is equivalent to a dollar burger from McDonalds. Complete waste of my time.I thought checkers was good, this is horrible.

I waited 20 mins and no acknowledgement, line of over 20 cars in the drive thru, I hate being ignored while everyone is on their phone, beyond impressional. Some only had the mask half on which is crazy when you are dealing with people's food.
