Wow, I'm shocked by all the bad reviews for this location. I did go around 11 AM on a weekday so there was no other customers. This location seems to only have a drive-through and a walk up window along with some tables outside. I ordered ahead of time through the app and my food was ready when I arrived. Everything was hot and seemed fresh. I had a deal in the app for buy one get one free sandwich so I ordered a brisket. bosswich and my husband got a baconzilla. I don't eat hamburgers so I added my hamburger to my husband's sandwich so he had three patties. My sandwich had only a small amount of brisket - nothing compared to the picture in the app. I would have felt ripped off if I paid full price for both sandwiches. I think I will stick with a chicken sandwich if I come back. They always have offers in the app for free or discounted items.

A big zero for me! This happened on Feb, 2 2023 @ around 5PM, location corner of curry Ford and conway. Went trough the drive trough, missed the intercom since they were no cars and went straight to the window, when I got there I apologized for missing the Intercom and asked since there were no car behind me or front of me if I could order there, and the manager said nope, you have to go trough the intercom to order, I said are you serious you don't have a single customer and you are sending me to go around? She said yup! Wow Now it makes sense as to why it was empty! Never again smh

Horrible service and food. I ordered the 2 for 4 Fish Sandwich and The Manager, had the nerve to serve me a double fried fish. Both were full of grease and both rolls were soggy. When I went back to get a refund, they ignored me at the window. I had to tap on the window several times before the Manager came to the window. Terrible attitude and quality of food.

It concerns me that the same issues they were having 5 years ago they are having currently. There were only 2 cars ahead of me in the drive thru and it took ages to get my order. After I paid (cash) I asked the cashier for my receipt. He looked at me like I was crazy and I had to wait another 2 minutes. For a receipt that should have automatically been given to me, especially for an order where cash was involved. The food was ok which is why they're getting more than 1 Star. I asked for no lettuce and extra ketchup & mustard on my burger and that was done correctly. The fries were also cooked nicely. But is it just me? I feel like the medium fries were what should have been a small fry... and that's not just this location, I've noticed that at multiple checkers now.

worst fast food service I have ever had to endure.I sat outside for 45 minutes waiting for a #10 and a large fry after 1am on a Thirsday night. Absolutely unacceptable, given the fact the the staff were extremely nonchalant and served at least 6 customers who had arrived after me. Will never patronage this establishment again, and will be advising against anyone I know going here for any reason
