Here's another bad review and a WARNING!I was confused when my $10.19 #2 was $12.24.... That's 20% tax. When I asked the girl she said the prices changed. When I asked her to honor what was on the board she went to get her manager who then changed back down the price. Apparently, they will upgrade your meal size without your knowledge or consent. FALSE ADVERTISING and/or STEALING NONETHELESS. Buyer beware!(Imagine if they upgraded 1000 combos per day, this is serious money!!)The #2 is a BBQ Big Buford but it tasted like just a highschool burger patty nothing to get excited over. the French fries and the pie delicious but not worth another star!

I feel confused because I was pretty sure I reviewed this place when they opened and I can see the pictures from when I first went. Nevertheless, I can say not much has improved. Sadly, service is poor (although I am aware that a lot of places in the service industry are experiencing staff shortages currently). The girl at the speaker was rude as was the one at the window. I ordered ahead online to try and save time as it was lunch hour but still waited 20 minutes. The fries were good but seemed saltier than usual which wasn't so great. I do not recommend the strawberry milkshake, plus the price for a small, considering the size, is outrageous. The burger was good, they made it to my customizations this time, but I do not like that you can't order extra items on the app, only remove the ones you don't want. First time at Checkers in a decade. Went to Fern Park location. The place was packed. Drive thru was wrapped around the building, Uber/DD line was full, and In Person Pick Up had over 20 people. I decided to wait in my car until everything slowed down, within 15 minutes everyone in all the lines got their food. I ordered for 6 people, when I got home everyone was happy. All customizations were met, everything was hot, fries were crispy, milkshakes and slushees were great. Plenty of napkins, sauces, straws & utensils. For the price, it was worth it, definitely not small portions. Customer service was great, despite them being clearly busy so late. Bathroom was the cleanest fast food bathroom I've ever seen. The back door was open to the kitchen & I could see everyone had gloves on and the floor was spotless. Super sweet kitchen worker named Matthew even helped me carry everything to the car when he saw me struggling outside. Thanks Matthew! 75$ well spent. 10/10 experience.

Loaded fries - need I say more! Yum!! I stopped by to grab us a quick lunch. I also ordered the 5 piece Parmesan Garlic bone in Chicken Wings for the first time. Not really impressed, too much like salad dressing than wing sauce. The Strawberry Mango Fruit Slushy was pretty & delicious with tiny cubed mango pieces on top. Add in a large soda and you've got a meal for two under $20.

First of all the entire inside smelled like weed when we got to the window. The three burgers we ordered the cheese was all cold and one burger was smashed. Since it's a AI bot taking orders in the drive thru now, i asked for only tomato and cheese and got everything on my burger. Do ot recommend this checkers!!!!

I ordered on Uber eat and they got my whole order work I was missing my burger and mozzarella and my fruit punch and my coke tasted so nasty like it was old or left in the freezer and my dash asked them if all the items were in the bag and they said yes like he sure you put all the food and get the food right
