Best cheesesteak I've had in a long time. I got it for lunch while in town for work. It traveled well but it would have been even better fresh off the grill.

Walking in, it seemed like a very busy place full of regular customers which led me to believe this place was really delicious! Ordered my food and the service attendant was very direct and fast but I did not mind because it was a very busy day for them. The whole establishment is very clean, lots of athletes come here which made me feel sort of like I was walking into the gym for a second. I do relate to this myself so it made me want to dive in into why. I ordered the basic Philly cheesesteak and my mother ordered the chicken teriyaki. I got to say the presentation was bigger than I imagined, food is freshly made, every ingredient was super fresh and now I understand why a lot of athletes come here. The only thing I would like to add is the ketchup here was not too great, we had to ask for individual packets because it tasted very sour so not too sure why. Other than that, this place is going to be part of my favorites because it truly is delicious.

Fries came out barely warm and limp. Catsup dispenser dispensing very watery product-yuck.Regular size 3 Cheese bacon Steak needs to be cut in the kitchen! Way too much to try and handle wearing good clothes. Not a lot of steak flavor on my palate, but the cheese and bacon were awesome. I seem to appreciate dill pickle slices more and more as time passes by too.No ice cream cones yet.Probably give this place another try later.

(12/2/2021) my coworkers gets cheesesteaks from here and they always smell so good. Ordered online for pickup, which was super easy. I took another coworker, they seemed confused that she wanted to pickup both our orders, otherwise, food was ready in 7 minutes. Mostly accurate for the sandwiches. I ordered a 6-piece traditional wings, but they gave me boneless instead, and those were sorely disappointing. They were like a fused chicken product, almost like a meatball. Meat was pretty dry for what was expected to be a "juicy" cheesesteak. Maybe one more try, but currently not with the trip around the block.

I really enjoy their sandwiches and the fries are out of this world! They follow instructions if you want any changes made and their orders have always been on time. I would highly recommend Charlie's.
