Excellent customer service - friendly and fast. Delicious ice cream - we bought a pint of their award winning strawberry, their dairy free strawberry shortcake, and caramel cookies and cream. They were all so good but out of the 3, the dairy free strawberry shortcake was my favorite. We went back last night to get a slice of their German chocolate cake and to sample the dairy free German chocolate cake ice cream. Both were divine. Can't wait to go back and try more treats!

This place always hits the spot! My favorite go to is always the almond joy, but their rotating mostly flavors always give me something new to try. I'm also loving the new expansion with indoor seating!

I ordered an apple pie and a pumpkin pie for Thanksgiving. We placed the order two weeks in advance and it was ready at the time and on the date that we requested. The person who took our order was friendly, efficient and informative. It was a great ordering process, and I received my receipt via email while I was still on the phone with Charley's,Both pies were excellent. Each pie could serve half a dozen good-sized slices. Flavors were balanced with the crust, filling and spices blending really well, but allowing the fillings to be the stars. I served both pies with freshly whipped cream and my family and I devoured the pies quite quickly.I regret that I did not take any photographs but our need for pie greatly outweighed our need to record the event for posterity. I've already ordered a key lime pie for Christmas. I may photograph that before dinner . . . .

First off, I love that they have ice cream flights here! With many fun flavors to choose from, I don't usually have a hard time picking but I enjoyed each and every flavor I had. The scoopers were friendly and welcoming. I definitely enjoyed the texture of the ice cream here where it has a good in-between creamy and ice-y. The interior was on theme with the fun decorations of sprinkles, clouds, and ice cream cones! Plus they have a variety of desserts that I have yet to try!

5 stars for a local staple and family owned bakery that's been serving Orlando for more than 50 years. First of all, the updated interior and added seating looks fabulous. If you haven't tried their super premium ice cream aka the creamiest, richest ice cream you've ever had in your life, then you're truly missing out. This was my first time trying super premium ice cream which I learned is made with less air and more milk fat than standard ice cream, making it super smooth and creamy. The cookie butter flavor was to die for!Charlie's also offers tons of baked goods from pies and cookies to cheesecakes and pastries. This is my go-to for Thanksgiving desserts and of-course their famous Park House rolls. They can also make custom desserts for special occasions and they've made some beautiful logo cookies for me in the past. Ordering is easy, their response is quick, and the staff is always so friendly!

You walk in and are immediately greeted by the staff! The place is clean and you are overwhelmed with how much sweets they have. From cookies, cakes, and ice creams. We both got two scoops of ice cream: Peanut butter blonde with cafe con leche, and pistachio with snicker doodle. We love how chuncky the ice cream was and the scoops were super generous!

This bakery have been around for many years. I used to live around this area and now moved more than 1 hr away from this bakery.I frequent here if I am nearby and I am not sure if its new owners now but it has been remodeled from the time I was here last. The logo and signage to the inside have been remodeled nicely. It is quite nice and more inviting now. So as of recently - I have tried the following goodies:Italian Rum Cake - This was about $28 for a whole cake. I think it is 3 layered cake. This was delicious. You can barely taste the rum in it - But still have the liquor taste kind of mild. The frosting was coated with almonds and the filling was delicious. Light and sweet. I would def order this cake again. The cake was light and sweet as well. I have tried the array of cookies from the butter spritz cookies (mini ones) with jam filling those cookies literally melt in your mouth. The white chocolate raspberry is one of my faves it is delicious with hints of fresh cranberries and white chocolate chips. With sugar sprinkles on top. The Lemon blueberry cookies is another fave. This is a refreshing cookie. Its is a lemon cookie with fresh blueberries again with sugar topped. Also tried the Rugelach - The fruit filled ones. These are also delicious. These are mini pastries filled with fruit jam. I did notice the prices here are quite high there especially the tea cookies since they weigh them. I also noticed they stack the cookies instead of laying them all flat. So in other words - I bought about 6 mini tea cookies and it costs me about $6 or so.. That is quite pricey. I have not tried the ice cream area but it seems like that area is quite popular as well. I will try the pies next time!

Stopped by to try the ice cream and was pleasantly surprised it satisfied my pistachio flavor standard. The kid in me was extra happy when i saw my scoop came with a color changing spoon!Our teenager tried the pistachio muffin, another the strawberry shortcake non dairy ice cream and both were happy with their treat as well. No issues with service. Updated ambiance from like decades ago when I used to order chocolate and birthday cakes from here. The cookies, cakes and pastries still look yummy and maybe even better. Will definitely come back for the baked goods and more creamery goodness. 1 star less as some treats are a bit on the pricey side for the serving size.

Stopped in today to use my 10% off annual loyalty discount. It was nice to see that the inside remodel looks fantastic! There is a nice seating area and the place is still as warm and inviting as ever. The counters are filled with great pastries, as usual, and the ice cream section contains a number of fun names and inviting selections.I purchased several items, including the White Chocolate Raspberry eclair, an iced sugar cookie, the white chocolate raspberry cookie and the Razzle Dazzle ice cream. The eclair was an amazing pastry filled with a fluffy raspberry cream, topped with white chocolate and raspberry sprinkles. The Razzle Dazzle ice cream was a mixture of their homemade cotton candy and blueberry ice creams. It was a tasty and fun treat. I saved the iced cookies for my morning coffee and they did not disappoint. This is one of my favorite bakeries in Orlando! The servers are always willing to help, with a smile on their faces and a pleasant disposition. Keep up the great work! No wonder you are a staple in the Orlando area.

My go-to bakery whenever I have an event or birthday and want something that tastes homemade and delicious! They always have cakes that are ready to order in the moment and also have a huge selection of cake slices as well. I ended up getting the strawberry shortcake cheesecake which was sooo yummy! It wasn't too sweet and was layered with vanilla shortcake which made it super airy!!
