Had a big work dinner in the private room at Charley's Steak House and was amazed by how flawlessly they served a group of 45 people. Not only the speed and efficiency, but also the quality of the food. We started with the seafood tower which had oysters, 2 types of crab and shrimp. I got really lucky because the people seating next to me didn't like oysters so I got 1/2 dozen all to myself. Don't judge! Next we had a choice of salad, either the Caesar or the lettuce, blue cheese, tomatoes and bacon. Both very good and super generous portions. After that came the most perfectly cooked filet mignon with potatoes au gratin and asparagus. Wow! Is the only way I can come up to describe it. Finally there was a ridiculously humongous chocolate dessert and the butter cake, I only had 1 bite of each and I thought the the butter cake was my favorite. Delicious meal!

Five Stars for food. But honestly service really was lacking. A reservation for 7:30 was set and we arrived on time. My husband and I approached the hostess and were told that we would have to wait because they were busy. I asked how long and they couldn't give me an answer. Finally after about 25 minutes passed reservation they finally sat us. I observed several empty tables on the way. Our waiter also didn't really tend to us and continuously tried rushing us about our order. Ugh. Now the food was great! I ordered a 12 oz filet and husband ordered the aged ribeye and we shared a side of au gratin potatoes. Everything was cooked and seasoned to our liking and received in a timely manner.Overall I loved the food but we came for the experience and this place fell a little short in that regard.

Food was really on point. They grill their steaks on Citrus wood on an open pit and it's money. The Crumb Cake for desert was on point too...My gripes are really around the service and sides. I worked in the industry for a long time, so I'm really forgiving. Our water remained empty for a good portion of the meal. Side was forgotten. Coffee was forgotten as well. $18 For Asparagus... it never came. Asked the food runner, and never got it. Finally came after the meal and they took it off the check.. But it was like 12 Spears and just sad looking. Took it home and tossed it. At this price point, would expect the basics and it was a miss. Restaurant is in a prime location, but parking is tough.

My wife and I had dinner here tonight. The food was amazing and our server was friendly and very professional. The dessert was enormous and delicious. Highly recommend, make a reservation as well.

5 stars for always exception service!!A plus when remembering prices, is that the steaks do come with a house salad. Caesar salads are not included and are at menu price, however it is huge and delicious and could probably feed more than two. I ordered the bison with truffle butter, and I was kind of let down. Our server boasted its leanness and grass-fed origins, but honestly, my cut was extremely fatty, so only about half of the actual dish was edible. Which was kind of a let down when you're paying close to $100 for a piece of meat. Garlic mashed potatoes were great!They also brought out a complimentary ice cream for a birthday celebration.

I booked this for my boyfriend's birthday dinner. The way we were greeted walking to our table from every server we walked past was amazing. The setting was so nice and quiet. I really enjoyed the explanation of the steaks. My boyfriend got the 8oz filet and he did say it was little overcooked but he did enjoy it. I had the salmon and it was so good! Really melted in my mouth. Calamari was seasoned to perfection, as well as the sides. The lobster macaroni was good - I just wish it was baked. But it still was great. Great experience, great service!

Prices are there - but expect that bc it's AMAZING. High quality food and drinks. Service was impeccable- very knowledgeable and professional. Loud but for a steakhouse on a weekend that is expected- portions are decent - shareable sides are large so make sure you are hungry !! Definitely happy we stopped here on our trip. Daughter loved being able to see them cook while we waited (briefly) for our table

Fantastic cocktails, appetizers, entrees, and desserts! Our server was very knowledgeable and friendly, however we asked the bill to be split three ways. He split it four ways, and it was easier for one of our colleagues simply picked up the remaking portion of the check. The dining room we were in was loud, but manageable. It was a fantastic experience and will definitely be back.

We went on a Friday night without a reservation and were seated within 15 minutes. Our server was really nice and helpful. We ordered the surf and turf and the augratin potatoes as a side. For the surf and turf, we went with the powerhouse option for the steak. For drinks we did espresso martinis which were excellent. Overall the food was good and service was good. Rating 4 stars because it is definitely overpriced for the quality. The porterhouse was excellent, no complaints there. It was cooked perfectly and had amazing flavor, very tender. They cut it up making it easier to share. The potatoes were delicious as well. The other food however. The lobster was overcooked and dry. The salad and bread that come with the meal are meh. I've had much better at similarly priced restaurants. They seemed to skimp out here. Ambiance is very classic, but I don't really have a problem with that.
