Awesome Philly's. Always fresh and of high quality. This was my go to when I had to grab a quick lunch that was satisfying.

In this day and age, walking across the floor with your shoes sticking to the floor isn't a confidence builder. The ketchup dispenser was empty but I could see jugs of ketchup on a shelf in the kitchen. The cashier just gave me a handful of packets.The Philly cheesesteak was tasty!

Well this place is close to the house. Very organized. The friendly people. Cleansed. What I have tried has been rich. There are people who speak English and Spanish. They have good promotions when downloading the page. So far I have never met crowds of people

Charley's makes awesome Philly cheese steak sandwiches. My favorite is the Jalapeno Philly with extra jalapenos. Spicy but not too hot. Their staff is friendly and the food is always fresh.

Some spots are made to stay in the mall. Always long waits and don't think you betting traffic by ordering online. I ordered at 1:25 for a 2:15 pick up. I arrive at 2:10 click the I'm here button then call 6 times, each time busy. So they have the phone off the hook on purpose. I pull up to window she tells me we have no orders sometimes it takes a minute and pull to number 1. I sit there for about 6 minutes pull back to window and she tells me they have nothing still. Did I call the right number. She reads it back as I finish the last 4. Then she sending someone out to talk to me. Long story short she come right back out with my order after asking me my name. And it was cold. So it was there the whole time.

I came to Kissimmee on a business trip with my husband and I am obsessed with phillys so I had to try it out. I am so impressed ! Was amazing and I wish we had a Charleys where I live !

For $29.96 at 1:10 pm having two regular size sandwiches, fries and 1 soda, we could not have been more displeased with the new Casselberry, Fl location. Poor attention of counter/ordering help, dry meat on tasteless sandwiches and soda that was improperly balanced/mixed. The fries with cheese & bacon were limp and luke warm. We watched our food sit on the counter waiting for someone to call us for a good 2-3 minutes! I was just getting up to ask if that was our food sitting right as a lady called us. We would have expected this place to be top notch on top of new opening, but it was very difficult to find anything worth the thought of ever returning. Tables dirty, and even the metal chairs scraping loudly on the tiled floor was disturbing. Don't bother!

Tried their Philly cheesesteak, fries and wings. Everything was very good. Service was just okay you can't mobile order and go through drive-thru you have to go inside to receive your order. Service was a little on the rude side. The food was good but serving sizes are a little small for the price. Definitely worth a try especially if you get one of their specials.
