Nice people, nice sandwiches and the price was right. A no-frills, homestyle lunch. If you work at the library and forgot your lunch at home, they got you covered.

Nothing fancy but incredibly friendly people who work there, and the breakfast burrito and sausage egg and cheese bagel were tasty! Great prices too, perfect for grabbing a quick bite to enjoy at the lake nearby

For the sake of this small, local business please know that they are indeed open for business during the COVID-19 situation. They currently only have take out and delivery but they are in every day and ready to serve you. Gloria and George still make the food fresh daily and Tim can delivery it as quick as can be. (Remember to tip him, it's really getting hot outside and he deserves it).Bottom line, these folks have been here serving this community for many years so if you live or work downtown, please support them, they are truly like family! This is a hidden gem in Downtown Orlando, famous for their breakfast. The food quality is superb . My favorite place to order my breakfast every day! The restaurant is ran by a family and the deliveries are fast! The guy does that their deliveries is on a mission and very passionate about the quality of the food never had any problem with them and the food arrives always fresh.

I have ordered here many times and thought of myself a loyal customer. I have ignored other negative reviews as I like to have first hand experience and judge myself. I usually order a simple grilled cheese sandwhich and I always enjoy it. It's buttered on the outside just like I like it and it comes hot. Now my issue is they have become so rude to deal with, I cannot take that sort of treatment as a customer. I simply asked to order something additional to my grilled cheese and the guy over the phone yells, it doesn't sound like to know what you want goodbye and hangs up before I could get to say anything! I mean I was in shock! I had to ask myself if that really just happened. I called back and gave them a few words. Ultimately, I feel the owners needs to work on their customer service. Yes, you may have people who will always order so why worry about the ones you don't treat well for no reason. Well, this is a community and you should treat the people who keep you in business very good. We all share our experience and word of mouth is less on your end. I have not ordered here since 7 months and will not do so ever again. It's really unfortunate that I would even have to say that....

The food is good for the price. THEY ARE STAPLE OF DOWNTOWN ORLANDO. they help the homeless by giving them jobs and they are amazing genuine people. I will continue to come there as long as I live downtown. Much love

Kind of a odd little business. I support small business but this place really needs some help. They microwave a lot of the sandwiches to the point where its not even worth buying it. Prices are reasonable and the customer service is amazing but they really need help here.
