Located at the top of The Conrad Hotel, Ceiba has pretty views, a stunning interior and a great ambience. Service is amazing, our waitress was so kind and happy to answer our questions to help make decisions on what to get. The drinks were SO GOOD! We ordered a variety of drinks along with their birria tacos and ceviche. The flavors were wonderful, we'll definitely be back. The space is accommodating to smaller and larger parties as well! If you wanting to just grab drinks, the bar is spacious as well.

I came here for my birthday dinner this past Saturday and there were pros and cons for sure - so lets get into it.First, we had one person is our group running an hour late and they wouldn't let us sit until she got there. That was a little annoying, but I respect their policies. We all sat at the bar and got a drink. Drinks were tasty but extremely overpriced ($21-35) per drink. They were definitely creative drinks with flair like mezcal balls - But who really wants to spend $60?When my last friend finally got there, they sat us. The ambiance was gorgeous and the view of the Disney fireworks was definitely beautiful and a great conversation starter. Service was fair, as our server Demi was very slow. We ordered appetizers (the queso fundido and the choriqueso). Although they tasted good, the portion size wasn't equivalent to the price point. Three appetizers are definitely not shareable. We ordered food and my entree was the Barbacoa. Although a heart piece of meat, the flavors just weren't complimenting one another. The consome could have been better. Pairing with chickpeas for the carb was a poor choice. Throughout all our entrees we noticed that the menu was creative but not built for enjoyment or functionality for a great meal.We also got a bottle of champagne and desserts. They did not have the champagne we ordered and the replacement they gave us truly wasn't equivalent. But the desserts were tasty!I wouldn't come back or recommend this restaurant to anyone. I believe it has great potential but in short, the price point is too high for the standards of quality, service and portions that they're executing. The ambiance and decor is top tier.

Perched at the top of the Conrad hotel at Evermore, Ceiba is all about views, vibes, and very good drinks. You get a sweeping look at the Crystal Lagoon and the hotel grounds--so if you like your dinners with a side of scenery, this place has you covered.Inside, the atmosphere hits that upscale, trendy sweet spot without trying too hard. Our servers were sharp and on point, keeping things moving while making sure we were taken care of.The drinks are definitely a highlight. The craft cocktails and zero-proof options here are some of the best I've had in a while, with a focus on tropical nectars paired up with tequilas and mezcals. It's not just about the booze; they really know how to mix flavors in a way that actually feels thoughtful. As for the food: top-notch. You can tell a lot of care goes into each dish, both in sourcing and in presentation. Everything looked and tasted like it was carefully crafted, with flavors that were just as impressive as the plating. The one thing I'd call out is the price. You're paying for the whole experience, and while the food is definitely good, the price point felt a bit steep for the food. Still, if you're willing to splurge for a memorable night out, Ceiba does deliver.

The ambiance of this place was gorgeous, as soon as you drive into the property it already feels so exclusive, definitely a place to consider staying if able. Valet is complimentary and the host will comp your valet ticket. I went here for a friends birthday/proposal and we had a good time. The bartenders at the bar were very kind and helped set the tone for the evening. Once we were seated and had food, we were really pleased. I ordered the queso fundido (my fav), tacos de carnitas, and tres leches cocktail which was delicious. And after eating a bit you can catch a view of the fireworks from Epcot at the balcony. The prices are a little steep but if you are looking to splurge and have a fine dining experience this is a great option to consider!

I took the opportunity to sit down for a girls evening out to check out this gorgeous new addition to Orlando. The competition on the foodie scene is real here with multiple resorts holding Michelin designations. I want to give you the real on this one, it is going to hurt your pockets! The question is, is it worth it? Stunning sunset views, gorgeous property and ambience at Ceiba. Customer Service is A-1, Francisco was our server and he was fantastic. I expected more flavor from the guacamole, apparently they've had problems from guests regarding "spice", so we had to ask for additional hot sauces. I have to be honest, we weren't a fan of the guacamole. We shared one of each the Al Pastor and the Carnitas. My friends favorite was the Al Pastor, and mine was the Carnitas. They were both very flavorful, but again, if you're looking for spice like us, pack a bottle of cholula or ask for the additional hot sauces, because for our palates they were not spicy at all. Chuleta De Cerdo was thick, juicy and flavorful. It doesn't come with much on the side except for refried black beans and left us desiring rice. Arrachera was a beautifully marinated and cooked to perfection steak, again, with black beans and some corn but left me asking where the rice was? Tsokolate is a flourless bizcocho with salted caramel piloncillo nougat, jalapeño infused dark chocolate mousse, chocolate crumble and mezcal chocolate fluid and was incredibly rich and decadent. One was more then enough to split between us. Recommendations: not enough food for prices, especially if you want more locals to come. Offer hot sauce and explain that it's on the side so people can choose their spice level.

If there is one thing about Ceiba, the ambiance is unmatched. With the main dining room having views of both Epcot and Magic kingdoms firework displays the ambiance is epic. Perfect for a date night or special occasion! I will say I had some sticker shock at some of the main entre prices, but splitting some appetizers with the table and main entrees family style was the way to go. The steak tartar was a stand out item as well as the corn. The wagyu skirt steak was very good but a smaller portion than I expected. The Dessert was so unique we couldn't tell if it was corn or cake! Definitely a great experience all around and would come back even to sit at the bar of the outside lounge for the fireworks and drinks! You do not have to be staying at the resort to dine here!

We dined here tonight as a party of 4 with part of the restaurant hosting an event. It's beautiful inside and looks even better as the sun goes down. The views are great to watch the sunset, see fireworks from Disney World, and see Epcot Center lit up in colors. The food and service were excellent!! I am from CA so I know good Mexican food. I had the best esquites tonight! Sopes were another favorite as well as the enchiladas and flautas. The guac was unique and the crab was hearty! Drinks were unique and strong. This place has only been open for 9 weeks but they seem to have it together. The 4 of us dined for $300, including 2 cocktails. It was a little pricey but worth it.

Including the corn appetizer and guacamole as well as a few different tacos to start! Everything was presented and cooked to perfection! We got the birra tacos and enchiladas- wow yum! Let's start off with the fact that my sister booked this place for her birthday dinner. Ambiance was 10/10, i wish i can say the same about the service, food & treatment but i can't. We're now in 2025, still experiencing racism. Which is exactly what we dealt with dealing with the people here. We didn't feel welcomed from when we arrived.Rob who i was told was the manager, was a -2/10, as for the service & treatment gets the same rating. If you'd like to enjoy a drink & the scenery that would be the only reason i suggest this place. Yet of course, if you're a person of color I wouldn't dare. The only person who was kind & somewhat welcoming was Mike.We also left a review on OPEN TABLE where our reservation was booked, but after our HONEST review, they decided to cancel our reservation as if we didn't dine with them so nobody sees that review. Let's just say that's the only thing we all may have had in common, that we wish we never wasted our time, money & presence in this facility.Raspberry Lemon Drop: 10/10Chicken Enchiladas: 6/10Ambiance: 10/10Service: 0/10
