They need to train their people (including managers) on the proper use of gloves. If you wear your gloves into the dining area, touch stuff all over the place (i.e. filling the ice machine from the big clear ice bucket thing, or grabbing trays, using the cash register), then when you go back behind the counter to make food, CHANGE YOUR GLOVES, IDIOT! You are not wearing gloves to prevent your hands from getting dirty.Food was good (minus the sad pita strips), but who knows what sickness you'll get from the bad practices here.For comparison, if you have any allergies or are ordering Vegan at Blaze Pizza, they will ask you if you want them to change their gloves! That's how it's done!

I was pleasantly rewarded with the pita kids meal. It was full of flavor and was a great portion for my bariatric needs. The customer service was great and the restaurant was clean and peaceful. Several people were seated throughout and everyone seemed to have the same chill vibe. This is great Mediterranean on the go. Lots of selection choices.

Cava offers an incredible value for the price. While the customer service can be hit or miss, the quality of the food more than makes up for it. For the price, you really can't go wrong, and it's definitely worth the money. I'll keep coming back for that delicious Mediterranean flair!

Seriously I did not understand what the hype has been about here but now I know and not even because I'm on the health journey. The pics do not do it justice but this Spicy lamb pita was so darn good! It was packed with all the veggies (cabbage, pickled onion, tomato, cucumbers, pickles, cilantro like dressing mix) I think I got it all? Oh and hummus lol. Yum yum all toppings went exactly how I would want all while feeling the nourishment. The pita bread felt so easy to digest and super filling in a good way. The lamb balls take the cake- it gave a charred grilled taste they have it in like olive oil with seasonings to keep all that delish flavor juice from drying up. I feel bad for subway across the street but truth is they need to jump on this health band wagon because among many obvious other reasons it's where the real flavors are at!

This was my first visit & the staff was so patient & helpful in choosing. There are many vegetarian & vegan options because you can make your own bowl if you wish. Tons of options from fresh greens to spiced rice. I loved the falafel because it has great flavor & wasn't dry. Their building was open, clean, & had easy access for people with mobility devices. There are really yummy fun drinks options as well.

The interior is nice and clean, and the customer service is always great. Also to top it all off the food is amazing! The best Mediterranean "fast" food there is. You order here chipotle style and pick between different bases, spreads, and toppings. Always a great time here!

2nd time around, still good. So I'm going to say this spot is not a fluke. When I tried this spot again, the food was still good and the people were pleasant and helpfulThis time around I had the lamb meatball BYO bowl. I think you can have the same thing over and over however the flavor can be different by changing the base and the dip selected. With everything being fresh, I don't think anyone can go wrongI'm on visit 3 and still a great experience. I have Gavin helping me out on this one and he has done a fantastic job of taking care of me and my family. Of course I still stuck with the spicy lamb meatball with Harissa, eggplant and crazy feta dip which complimented the lamb. If you haven't gone to this spot yet, you are missing out

Was really in the mood for Vietnamese Summer Rolls for lunch, but my fave place wasn't opened today so gave Cava a shot since i was down the road and health driven. I preplanned and ordered online so i could pick it up as i went by. Ordering was fairly easy. . . chose a 'build your own bowl' where you make selections out of 'Greens', 'Grains', 'Dips & Spreads', 'Mains' and 'Toppings - it was pretty well laid out. Only issue i had is i didn't want a 'Grain', but didn't see a way to say 'none' so I chose Black Lentils which actually paired very well with everything else. My custom bowl included SplendidGreens, Tzatziki, Harissa Honey Chicken, Pickled Onions, Tomato + Onion, Pita Crisps, Persian Cucumber, Yogurt Dill, Free Side Pita, Garlic Dressing, Black Lentils Arriving to pick up, I'm so glad i ordered online because it was PACKED and there was a fairly long line, but it was lunchtime. I strode in there, went right to the 'pickup' table, and there it was. . .ready for me to grab and go. Easy Peazy.I get back to my office and opened my bowl and after the first bite I was pretty pleased. It's really healthy and wasn't shortchanged in content. Lots of flavors. If I could rate between whole numbers i would state this is a 4.5. . . will definitely be revisiting to try other concoctions.

Cava is great quick service restaurant for some healthy bowls, salads, and pitas. Locations are popping up all over central Florida. This one is Winter Springs is located in a plaza next to a Fresh Market. My family has enjoyed coming here for a few visits recently. The line on the weekends can be long so be prepared to wait. There is indoor and outdoor seating.The bowls are a good portion and delicious. The build your own bowl is the best because you can choose your own toppings. My son loves the kids meal and for $6 is an excellent deal! It includes a kids drink as well.Overall, I love coming to Cava for a healthy and quick option for lunch or dinner.

This is not as good as the Oviedo location, but the visit I had yesterday was different. seems like something has changed. Nice visit. Thanks
