Cava offers fast casual with a plethora of options for dietary needs and picky eaters alike. I am vegan, and enjoy the vegetables and the falafel. Both are absolutely delicious. The beans, rice offerings, rice alternatives, and salads (so all of the bases) are vegan. They have plenty of toppings to pick from as well. My favorites have to be the Persian cucumbers and the cabbage slaw. All the Sauces are labeled clearly so that you know the spice level and whether or not they are vegan. If you're unsure if an item is vegan, you can just ask the staff or you can look it up and they have the information labelled clearly on their website. I have never had an issue with cross contamination but they will re-do it if you need them to. The only thing I would recommend being careful about is the lentils as they can be hard as rocks if you get any from the bottom of the pot. I usually get a sample if im not sure. I come here often and look forward to the next time I'll be eating at CAVA!

I've already contacted corporate and received a quick and caring response regarding the counter staff. However, I realized afterwards I reacted too soon. My initial issue is consistent with the other one-star ratings about this location. Simply put - it's time to find new employees. Two of the three front counter staff clearly do not want to be there! On top of that, I ordered four bowls including a non spicy bowl but discovered I was given the spicy one when I got home. I had to just throw it away because they were closed by the time we sat down to eat. Besides, the location is not a close drive. The only salvation is the other three bowls received compliments. This was my first time buying from Cava. For this location, maybe you should consider hiring better?

Cava is one of my go-to spots! I visit often and usually get a kids' meal because it's the perfect portion--and such a great value. The braised lamb is my favorite, and even the meatballs are incredible. I recently tried the honey sriracha chicken, and it might be my new obsession--it's so flavorful!The staff, especially Red and PJ, are amazing. They always make sure everything is perfect, whether I'm dining in or ordering on DoorDash. Even if I need to call about an order, they're super helpful and accommodating. Cava never disappoints!

I visit this location frequently and this latest visit was decent. The line moved quick and the food quality was good. My dad paid in cash and the woman at the registered had to take the cash into the back, leaving us waiting for change for 5 minutes. I guess they don't get a lot of cash, but it was strange that they weren't able to quickly give us change.

This is my Cava I go to or order from when I'm having it during the work day. It's a quick commute for me, right up the I-4. Ambiance is standard, but I do like that unlike other quick service restaurants that have been popping up lately, there is actual room to move around in the dining room, and actual seats to sit down and have lunch. No pressure to get in and get out. I like that. Service is always wonderful. It's perfectly optimized for me. I tell them which bowl I want, I tell them if I want any alterations made to the bowl, and I paying and leaving. Very efficient. Now the food, the food is redonkulous. It's Mediterranean based, so it's already delicious, with the feta, the tzatziki, the hummuses, the harissa, it's just so good. On top of the food being good, why I really frequent this place, they can make you a good bowl at a responsible calorie count! I count my calories, and if I'm going out to lunch, it's usually impossible to find a meal anywhere that keeps things between 500-700 calories, and if you do, you're eating a boring salad or a boring piece of grilled chicken on a cardboard bun. Here, I get the Tahini Caesar (550 calories- Grilled chicken, hummus, pita crisps, pickled onions, feta, romaine, arugula, Tahini Caesar dressing), I eat the delicious bowl, I have stayed on my health and wellness journey without straying from the path, and I am happy. Thank you, Cava. Your existence has made my life easier than you know.

What a great yummy addition to the Lake Mary area! It's located on the corner of Lake Mary Blvd and Primera. Reminds me of another version of Chipotle but the Greek or Mediterranean version! The Ingredients are fresh and they offer so many variety of chef curated bowls and pitas. You can even build your own. We felt content to order the curated pitas and they were delicious! I would recommend to order the sauces on the side because you can select how much of it to use and it's less messy. I ordered the Spicy Lamb meatballs with all the toppings it comes with and my son ordered the Steak and feta pita. I love how the pitas are warmed up before toppings are added. To our delight, our pitas were very fresh, tasty, and filling.I also would recommend ordering a fountain drink and trying all the flavors. Surprisingly enough, I loved the cucumber drink. I also tried the pineapple one and I did not like it. Service was pretty quick and fast and the ambiance was just pretty chill with a modern urban vibe. I would recommend for the staff to be friendly. I love restaurants who make you feel welcome and I did not get that here but this first experience will not keep us away.

Looove this place !! The food always gives me a "feel good" vibe and I don't feel sluggish after eating it which is always a plus!! Service is fast and we've always received fresh food I love the honey harissa chicken but it is alittle spicy if you enjoy that but the grilled chicken is just as delicious without the spicy. My go to bowl is: white rice , spinach , grilled chicken , roasted corn, tomato & cucumber , pita crisps , feta , pickled onions and balsamic date sauce on the side

My first experience with CAVA after I saw the on instagram and the food looked delicious! Stopped at chick fil a for the kids and decided to try out a bowl from here. We sat outside I ordered online and it was ready within 10minutes.The inside was clean and very opened I like that you can see the food be made right in front you. The lady working the front was so kind gave me my order with everything I could have possibly needed! The bowl itself looked so bright and delicious I couldn't wait to try it. The falafel itself was the perfect bite nicely seasoned and crusted on the outside. The bowl was fantastic the flavor went great together that I still crave this bowl and it's been a few weeks since I tried them last. Also I was surprised to see Maine root drinks I haven't seen them in awhile and they taste so good.

I was greeted by a very kind young lady who assisted me with my online pick up, she concluded that my order must've been taken from somebody else and decided to remake my order and providing me a complimentary drink and a cookie for my friend! She was so sweet and very generous. I was satisfied with her service and her mannerism while serving me, amazing food, great establishment, and great hospitality.

I love the food here is kinda like a fast food place but a healthier version and the staff are friendly. I definitely recommend going here
