Casselberry Meat Market is a small market with a strong emphasis on their meat department, though they do have a small grocery section and a small vegetable section. The service was friendly and helpful. This is a small market and basically a no-frills type establishment. The prices were good, though I did not see a USDA grade on their beef products. I am assuming that their beef is not USDA graded and probably the beef is just inspected. This did have me pass on the beef. I usually only go with USDA Choice or USDA Prime with my beef roasts and steaks. The chicken and pork though also had good pricing. All in all, Casselberry Meat Market is a price conscious option with a friendly staff and an all around good atmosphere. Ultimately, I will give Casselberry Meat Market four stars.

Giving up some Yelp-y love for a locally-owned grocery store that helps me stretch my food dollar, without sacrificing quality. I was a regular here a few years ago when I lived nearby, but a move to the other side of town and a brief infatuation with Instacart has kept me away for a while. I found myself back in the old neighborhood yesterday and decided to drop by. I was in for a happy surprise.Casselberry's has put on lots of weight...but in a good way. The place has doubled in size, added tons of new stuff and become a one-stop shop for all things grocery! Back in the day, CMM was all about the meat with a splash of dairy and produce. Now they've got it all...and then some. The produce section is gorgeous! I actually met and had a conversation with the store manager (I think) for the first time after all these years while making my veggie selections. He asked me how I liked the new store. I'm like, "Are you kidding me?" I LOVE IT!!" He even stooped down, scooped up and returned to me an errant carrot (the size of a small sledgehammer) that had fallen from my hand. The floor is a long way down for this old lady, so he scored major Brownie points with this chilvalrous deed. Then I spied tumeric root. WHAT?! Something I've always wanted to buy, but was never able to find anywhere in Orlando. I made him promise to keep it in stock. They even had flat leaf parsley, which is usually not available when I need it at the national chain grocers around town. CMM has also added a deli counter with a decent selection of meats and cheeses as well as a hot bar that serves homemade, ready-to-eat meals to go. I'm not sure (because I was in a hurry and just glanced over), but I think there is now a whole department devoted to CBD oil products. I will make a point of exploring these more closely when I return next week. Woo Hoo!!

The real deal when it comes to buying meats at a reasonable price. All things chicken can be bought on the cheap as well as 6 well made burgers, ready though on the grill for about $6. They also have a "to go" hot and ready made food in the back that they serve up, in large portions for under $10, quite the deal!

2017's Yelp 100 Challenge 21/100I was happy to find this place as it had great cuts of meat at below market prices. Only thing that turned me off was the fact that a lot of the meat packages were slimy and it smelled funny. They would benefit from having maybe some paper towels handy or alcohol wipes because you definitely get your hands dirty. Other than that, I got a lot of cuts I wanted without breaking the bank. The store is a little on the small side, and if you're trying to grab anything you need to make a complete meal, plan to go somewhere else. There's ample parking, but it's super hard to get here if you're trying to cross traffic and the back exit is one way only. I was super satisfied with the huge steaks and chicken I got so I will be back!

It's been awhile since we've been here and it's always been good but somehow has got better! Maybe it's the hot food section (for takeout) from a recent remodel but whatever it is, we really like it! On this visit we picked up some meats, vegetables and hot lunches. All were fresh and delicious. We'll be coming back soon for more takeout lunches and foods to prepare at home. The prices are reasonable all the way around.

This place used to be called DeLoach's meat market. Now it's reopened as Casselberry meat market. It's caddy corner to Cubans on the Run just a block north of Publix plaza. If you've ever been in to a Bravo supermarket imagine that compacted into a much smaller spaceThey have all the Latin meats, vegetables, fruits and seasonings. They also have a pretty good selection of meats but not all of it looks super fresh. If you're familiar with Latin meat markets they always have some really rough looking tough stuff but if you know how to cook it it's good. They have Sofrito that looks like they make it themselves that's a really good sign. Every time I go to Publix, they never have ripe avocados ready to eat, but this place does and they are cheap. Staff was friendly enough. They do not take Amex.

I have been a customer for more than 4 years. Lately, the meat quality is poor. I purchase pork chops a few months ago. They were rotten. I tried them again...this time I purchased chicken...again, the meat smelled rotten.
