Casey's on Central

This is a must-stop kind of place if you're going downtown Orlando - super fun, casual vibe. Popcorn machine on deck. Twisted Tea on draft?! You don't see that everywhere!Today's special is $5 moonshine shots, but it's always changing and there always SOMETHING on special. The bartenders are always so cool, no matter who you get. This is really popular among the locals and definitely worth your time.Also, FYI have live music often on the weekends if you're into that too!

Got a Long Island that tasted like pee water with pulp. Listened to the bartenders talk about how they lie to people and give people crap liquor instead of brand names. Especially if there's an event. This place has gone to trash.

If you're looking for a decent place to grab a drink, then this might be a good spot for you. This place is a decent dive bar. They have live music nightly, which is pretty entertaining. The service is average at best. We're seated at a table across from the bar. If you park yourself at the actual bar, you might have better luck. There's a popcorn machine, so I guess you can grab some, but I'm not sure. Aside from security at the door, no one greeted us or showed us a menu. Was visiting my family in Orlando. My aunt and I wanted to go out for the night. She recommended Casey's where her and my uncle frequently go. We were able to sit on a high top table outside and enjoy the night and people watch. I will drinks for me and great taste it great we also enjoyed the free popcorn from the popcorn machine inside the bar later on that night, we got hotdogs from across the street. Lol. Great Saturday night downtown!

I can always count on Casey's for a strong drink. No fuss, but I'm always happy here. They also have awesome live music and the best popcorn. Seriously I love popcorn and I've had tried it all over town. Some places have stale popcorn or don't always make it. But Casey's is always fresh and they have seasonings. For their 20 yr anniversary, they gave away free shirts and prizes. And poured the strong cheap drinks they are known for. You can tell that they really love the community that they serve.

I happened here because the place we were going to was closed so we walked in here. Divey but great vibe! Bartenders friendly. Drinks definitely generous on pour! Eat some tasty popcorn!! They have flavored seasoning for the popcorn... ( my fave was white cheddar cheese!)If beers and basic drinks is what you want then this is it. No craft cocktails really.This is your neighborhood friendly bar.

Casey's is the best damn bar in Orlando. Walking down Central you can't help but be drawn in by the live music performed by talented local artists. Covers of every song you want to belt out and shake your hips to. There is indoor and outdoor seating and the place fills up with locals and visitors who know of its good vibes. The bouncer at the door is cool as hell and always tells me to get on in there because he knows I belong.Once you step in you can't help but dart your gaze across the ceiling and walls. I've been to the Louvre and Prada and after a few of their heavy poured drinks, they stand no chance to this decor. The stage is quick to be surrounded by the next up and coming Shakiras and Beyoncé's who are feeling the juice and the music in their soul. The drinks don't stop pouring and next thing you know it you're in a remix mash up of Toby Keith's "I love this bar" and Garth Brooks hit "Friends in Low Places". The 5 star bar staff keep your thirst quenched and when that's not enough there free popcorn with a variety of flavors to top it. I highly recommend dumping every flavor on your tray of popcorn and fisting it in your mouth while simultaneously sipping a gin and soda, with a lime because we aren't animals. If you can't pick someone up from the 2 am crowd... no worries! Come the next night and your chances will still be high. If it's your birthday or you're newly divorced I highly recommend coming here and taking a body shot off of the beautiful mullet bartender Brandon. He's a real panty wetter. Casey's is the best and if you don't like it, you might want to go do a little soul searching Eat Pray Love style and then come back and try it again.

Came here on vacation with a group of 10, we all spent around $50 a person except myself, because a bartender by the name DJ decided it would be okay to berate me, a 4'11 female, for leaning over the bar to order. I believe in tipping appropriately for the service you receive, and I'm not going to tip someone an exorbitant amount for berating me over a $4 drink. he continued to ridicule and mock me, saying verbatim to my friends "You guys are good, she's the problem" after my tip wasnt "satisfactory". he also told the rest of the group that "he shouldn't even be serving us because we are not tipping him enough". If DJ wants good tips, maybe he should learn how to be a pleasant human being. I brought this up to the supervisor on shift, an Asian female, and he ran towards me in order to argue with my complaint and claim that I was lying, even though my group and several patrons were also complaining about him specifically. it is truly a shame that we received such awful service from that man, because it truly is a great bar and has a great atmospher. I would heavily consider DJ get sensitivity training and maybe polish his people skills in order to not drive further patrons away. Steer clear from Casey's on Central.
