We are in the area for a conference and I wanted to introduce my colleagues to absolutely delicious food. It was our first time here. We were greeted by a host who took us to a table even though we didn't have any reservations. Please was almost full. They have great selection of meats, soups, salads and desserts. Food presentation was perfect, it was fresh and perfectly seasoned. We loved a traditional Turkish and Uzbek decorations. Each table had complementary bottled water and delicious sweet like honey dates. After we sat down it dawned on me that we came during Ramadan.

So I have been waiting quite some time now to try out this spot... since I have never tried Uzbek cuisine before. Let me tell you, boy... it did not disappoint!Located as a stand alone building on Orange Ave, this restaurant is easily spotted from the main road. There is plenty of parking spots in the back of the restaurant but it does fill up fairly quickly. Upon entering, the restaurant itself is very quaint and homey feeling. It's is brightly lit and has a good amount of seating. We were greeted and seated almost immediately! Our server was very kind and patient with us as this was our first time here and gave us such great recommendations. We ended up ordering quite a variety of items to share. For an appetizer, we ordered a Mezze Platter which came with a few different cold dips and pita bread. The entrees we chose were the To'Y Osh (traditional rice dish w/ beef), Fried Laghman (Stir fried hand pulled noodles), tomato salad and the Lula-Quiyma (ground beef skewer). Then we finished up with 2 desserts the Napoleon and Honey Cake. Our hands down favorite items we ordered were the mezze platter, Fried Laghman, and Lula Quiyma. Those items were prepared fresh to order and were so addicting. The items that we might pass next time is the To'Y Osh and tomato salad, which just need a bit more seasoning for our taste. All in all we had such a wonderful experience for our first time trying Uzbek food. We cannot wait to return to try other things on the menu!

Authentic Turkish food through and through. The service is polite and not overbearing. The entire restaurant was renovated and they thought of every details. We came right when they opened on a Monday and enjoy lunch for 2 hours. Their coffee is awesome.

First time trying Uzbek food, and now I know that I will be back to try out more! Caravan has a nice small shop ambiance with a very friendly staff. The manager even stopped by and was genuinely curious how we thought of the dining experience. In terms of food, Caravan did have some Turkish dishes but the main focus is Uzbek food, which I really did want to try out. We had several dishes to share, and every item was delicious. Most things ordered were beef focused, but we tried several variations of the dishes such as with rice, with noodles, and steamed dumplings- which were fantastic! The Samsas had a really nice dough as well, and overall, all portions for the dishes were pretty good.I will definitely like to be back here to try out more dishes next time!

Great food but the parking lot situation makes it tough to fully enjoy. About a quarter of the time my vehicle is blocked in. Service could also be more attentive. Worth going but do not go if in a rush.

I came to try some authentic Turkish/ Uzbek breakfast and was soo happy I did! I ordered wayyyyy too much food, it was all tasty. To begin I had Turkish tea because why not! For my breakfast I ordered Turkish sausage with eggs and an authentic Turkish platter with sooo many goodies to try. A few items that were not pictured but my family ordered which was delicious were blini with minced beef (highly recommend) , blini with Nutella and Menemen. The menemen took a bit longer to come out so I was stuffed by the time it came out. The restaurant is very clean, the service is very knowledgeable and always helpful, the food is delicious. I can't wait to return to try their lunch and dinner menu.

Discovered this restaurant while on a work trip in Orlando through Yelp reviews and decided to give it a try. I have to say, this meal did not disappoint (for the most part)Started the meal with the Samsa, a light pastry with beef and lamb. Very tasty when paired with the dipping sauce provided. Worth the try. For main we ordered the To'y Osh rice and beef and lamb kebabs. The rice was by far the star of the show. The meat was incredibly tender and the rice had so much flavor. The raisins in the rice balanced out the savory spices quite nicely. Could've ordered 3 more of these! The kebabs, on the other hand, were tough and chewy, although they were well seasoned. could've skipped them. They did have limited availability of their menu items as some were sold out for the day (for reference, this was on a Tuesday afternoon, no later than 6pm), which made it difficult to try a variety of things. Service was fast and friendly, and there was ample seating to accommodate small and large parties.

First time visiting this Uzbekistani (Central Asian) restaurant, and what an amazing find! It's very rare to find Uzbek restaurants around the country, yet they have some of the most delicious dishes and flavors!Uzbek food is a combination of Middle Eastern/Turkish and Asian/Uyghur/Mongolian foods (some Russian dishes too as they were part of soviet union for a while)! This was a supper group dinner, so our group ordered a range of dishes! We started off with some hot tea and you can choose green tea or black tea! We tried both and very refreshing!Next, we ordered:Uyghur Lagman: hand-pulled noodle dish with lamb/beef and vegetables in a delicious broth!Shurpa: it's a clear broth beef and vegetable soup with a very light and delicious flavor! so delicious and healthy for a cold day!we also tried the Cheburek, which is a fried pastry with minced beef and spices! so tasty !Their national dish is the Uzbek Pulov, and it's called To'y Osh and its rice cooked with carrots, chickpeas, and beef! This is the star of the show and a must try!Another dish we ordered was the beef dumplings: Manti: perfectly seasoned with spices such as cumin, etcOverall, such a treat and will be visiting regularly until i can try just about every dish on their menu!!!!

I was visiting Florida with a friend who lives in the area and they took me to this restaurant. This was my first time with this type of food, but I'm not afraid to try foods from all over the world. The food was absolutely amazing. we all shared three different dishes so we got to sample lots of different things and I was not disappointed. Our server was super nice and very helpful and explaining what everything was. It was a great experience and I would definitely come back to this restaurant on another visit.
