Capybara Ramen & Sushi

Currently, I'm stuck at home sick, so I decided to Uber Eats some ramen tonight and wanted to try some place new. Capybara came up as a location that was running a deal (buy a specific ramen, get an item free), so I decided to give them a try. I ordered the Tonkotsu Ramen and added a California Roll with the promotion. Pros: Fresh tasting noodles, massive portion sizes for both egg/ pork, tasty broth, the option to separate your noodles from the broth, great packaging, and a cute logo!Cons: While it was takeout, the broth got cold rather quickly. I wish the container had more broth in it cause I rather enjoyed it.Overall, the pros highly outweighed the cons, can't wait to try this location in person soon!

Great for kids of all ages.BACK TO THE FOOD!!!When planning our day we were very surprised to find 2 capybara things to do in Clermont Awesome day started!!!Finding Capybara Ramen was a bonus for our day.The kids love ramen and of course capybaras.Walking in the establishment the aesthetics are very fun, but one note with variations.The counter service was good.The Food: We got a few different things as this was our first time here and we always like to share a bite across the table at a new place.The two oldest got the miso ramen & Shrimp Tempura Ramen = $16.95 a bowl. The bowls were very small in comparison to most other ramen places we frequent. The cost is also higher in comparison to other establishments by 2$-5$. Depending on the ambience and location.They both said their Ramen was good, but pretty standard in taste. Nothing to make it worth the extra cost, their words, teaching em right!!!My wife and little one both ordered the Capybara Sushi for $13.95. They received 10 pieces of pretty standard sushi. We discussed it, but no one was really sure what made it a special signature roll as we all had a taste.The wife and littlest one liked the rolls, but didn't feel it was better than other Sushi places. The wife also stated it didn't really justify the up charge in comparison to other rolls they offer at around 8-10$ each roll.I ordered the Shrimp tempura it came out lukewarm and was good, but pretty standard and not as crispy as it should have been. It may have been better if it was brought out fresh & hot.I honestly think that was the whole vibe for everyone. The food was good, but not great enough to return for the cost. This is most likely a one and done for us.Food to Value ratio: Poor, we paid 87$ for our food & drinks for 5 and we were all still hungry afterwards. Not enough value in the flavor or portions of the food for the cost we payed to justify a return.This was our Experience!!!AS ALWAYS TRY IT FOR YOURSELF!!!

Second visit, still wonderful! They drew on our lids this time! You will not find this level of service anywhere else.They're running specials online at least for now so I highly suggest ordering online. This time was a free rainbow roll with box or ramen purchase.Everything was as ordered when picked up for 3 people.

Amazing place! Friendly staff and the food is flavorful and authentic. Rich flavor in my ramen, and the wife said her sushi tasted amazing. The art and decor is amazing and personalized making the ambiance amazing place to enjoy!! Thank you soo much staff for making amazing food!

not only is the food fantastic but they sent it to us with love! All of the sushi we ordered was delicious. I cannot wait to try the ramen next time.

This place is a gem!!!! I ordered khao Soi ramen, loved the texture of fresh homemade Tokyo noodles, the broth was so rich and flavorful . My friend also ordered Miso ramen and for appetizers we ordered chicken Karaage. We really enjoyed our meal at this place. I will definitely be back again!!!
