Captain D's

So I placed the order online to pick up at 3 PM. I got there 255 maybe expecting you know it to be ready when I got there I went and sat down. They asked me my name. I said mobile order pick up so then they had they cooked it fresh. I'm not gonna lie. It's super fresh but they gave me like 10 fries and I still had to wait 10 minutes inside. For a mobile pick up. They ran out of ice so I got a medium sweet tea with it with no ice. That was cool but this was my first time going here. I don't eat seafood at all so I came here specifically for chicken. It was super fresh. I'm not gonna lie, but it wasn't ready when it was supposed to be and I got 10 fries.

I've been sitting here in the drive through line for over 30 minutes, that's gas waisted because it's Florida so you have to have your air on or you'll melt. It's not even a long drive through line so I don't get it. Please become more professional. Please. This is ridiculous.

This place was nice 10 years ago but has really gone downhill fast. the food is still good but the place is dirty, food crusted up on the floors, old food stuck on the walls, smells moldy from the ceiling leaking, tiles are all water damaged. This place is where food poisoning gets it start. I hope they clean it up soon or bulldoze it and start over.

Best location in Orlando. Food always come out nice and hot. Good customer service. The wait is a little longer but not too bad. This location is my favorite one so far.

I saw the captain D's sign one day when I was in the area. A couple of weeks later I was in the same area, and just had to have some. Let me tell you, it has been years since I've had Captain D's fish. And it tasted just as good as I can remember.The fish was very well fried, everything tasted fabulous.I was promptly greeted when I arrived and the service that I received was very good.Now this Captain D's is not located in the greatest part of Orlando, but I felt very welcome, very at ease the entire time I was there.Next time you are in the area, stop by and give captain D's a try.

If you're looking for fried seafood, this is the place for you. I had the meal with lobster bites, shrimp, and fish. Everything was fried, including the hush puppies. Everything was cooked well, but was very greasy. I also had the coleslaw which was ok, but I've had better other places. The price was extremely reasonable for the copious amount of food I received. I had to wait quite a bit of time in the drive thru, but I think that was mostly due to what the car ahead of me ordered. All in all, it was a decent place to catch a quick lunch but nothing I would go out of my way for.

I haven't been here in a while, but I must say that it is one of my favorite places for fast food. Although the service may not be great ( it was on this trip), the food pretty much always is. I ordered the fish and shrimp platter and was completely satisfied with my meal. The hush puppies are some of my favorite and the portion sizes are always enough for me to either split or save for later. I will say that the food is a little salty, but still one of my guilty pleasures.

I was surprisingly impressed! They were very busy in drive through so we decided to go inside. The front of the restaurant by the registers was sooo hot. The line moved very slowly but gave me time to look over the menu. They have so many different options and many at great prices! 5 different meals for only 4.99, an entree with two sides and hush puppies. It's a great deal! I ordered a 12pc butterfly shrimp meal with fries and green beans. The shrimps were small and okay in flavor but crispy. I love shrimp always so they were still pretty great to me. The fries... so good! They're the battered type and I loved the crispness of them. The green beans were good, had ham in them which was great but it needed some salt and pepper. We also ordered another item from the 4.99 menu, a fish tender with two chicken tenders with double fries. They were out of fish tender so it was replaced with a battered fish, which was an awesome replacement! I preferred it and loved it. Super good and crispy and didn't need salt or anything. They have different sauces, cocktail, tartar, honey mustard, ketchup, and a sauce made by Captain D's which was awesome to pair with literally everything! The restaurant was small and felt very crammed though. The maximum occupancy was about 80 and the dining room felt very loud and like the people across the restaurant are yelling in your ear. :( Overall though, the food was good and service was friendly. Food came out after about 10 mins which was great for how busy it was at the time. Can't wait to come back! Will probably opt for drive through.

The food was absolutely horrible. Did not go in to inside the restaurant use the drive-through. This tells me that the service when it comes down to the cooks and the quality of food are subpar and needs 1000% improvement. I will never order from this restaurant again and trust me I will tell my family friends and coworkers.

What a different place from a few weeks ago. I was there today and the manager was not having a good day. She had a bad, bad attitude( i believe her name is Tasha or Natasha.) I asked her for a refill and she turns away and says, I'm busy, you are going to have wait. But interesting enough, the young lady behind her walks from the drive trough window and takes care of me. As I'm leaving, after finishing my meal the manager talks on a loud tone in front of people" ARE YOU GOING TO PICK UP YOUR PLATE & TRAY? " I felt so embarrassed in front of the other customers and replayed,"If you want me to pick up the tray, I'll do it. As a matter of fact get me a cleaning rag and I'll clean the whole table. Her reply was, "I don't have rags." Well...She's having a bad day. Ifeel sorry for her employees.Well... A few weeks ago I felt like a 5 star restaurant. Today I felt like an employee.Next time Il'l show up with my cleaning Rags,mop & broom before they scream at me, clean the table & tray!They should include in the receipt:Clean your own table.And also install a red light warning that says: MANAGER IS HAVING A BAD DAY! On the other hand, The skinny young girl was very polite to meThat's all folks!Pulok fish still good though
