A shocking 4 stars for the food at that Michelin starred restaurant - but 5 for the location and ambiance. The four seasons hotel is gorgeous. We arrived with extra time to walk through the hotel and enjoy the interior decor and landscaping out the back. My friend and I were celebrating my birthday. We shared the cerdo and patatas bravas as starters/tapas. Both were excellent, though I wished there was just a bit more flavor to the patatas bravas and more quantity to the cerdo. I enjoyed the mojito moderno. It was creamy. It was creamy and a bit unusual for a mojito but I enjoyed it equally. My friend had the sangria rojo which was also yummy thought not particularly notable. We both prefer sweet drinks and they delivered in that regard.Of note - we were able to leave the table between our first and second course to enjoy the sunset on the balcony. Our waitress was quick to offer to watch for our return and have our entrees started when we returned. The sunset was absolutely gorgeous so we were happy to be able to take the time to enjoy it. For entrees, I had a medium filet. I don't think I've ever met a filet I didn't love. I ordered it medium and it was just a bit on the cooked side of medium. The garnish was delicious. My companion ordered the New York strip and it was exceptional for a strip. At this point we paused again to go out on the balcony and watch the fireworks over magic kingdom, one of the reasons this location has become so popular. It would be a phenomenal touch if they brought in the firework music. It was nice to see without Disney crowds, but was lacking the magic. They are quite far and the balcony rail does fill up quickly if you aren't out a few minutes before they begin. We finished the evening with the churros, which they kindly wrote happy birthday on to assist us in our celebration. Both the pastries and the sauces were extremely thick and rich. I would try a different dessert in the future. We enjoyed getting to see the kitchen from our seat. The decor is modern and sets the vibe. It was an experience and the prices are very reasonable considering their Michelin star, location, and food quality.

We were staying at a nearby resort and took an Uber here. This is at the Four Seasons hotel. We had ended up being able to get a last minute reservation but being added to the waitlist on open table. They had tried to give us a call but after missing it, it was almost impossible to call back until the actually opened. I had called the hotel who had rerouted me 3 times before someone said that they would have to call me back after getting in touch with the restaurant. When they did call back, they seemed to have multiple times available so if you want a lady minute reservation, it might be easier to call them than it is to try and get one through open table. We were slightly dressed up but it seemed pretty casual. I saw a lot of people who were dressed down and didn't seem to have an issue with eating at the establishment. We showed up about 30 minutes early to our reservation and we're told that they would check us in and that we would hear back closer to our reservation time but could wait outside until so. We got a chance to see the Magic Kingdom fireworks. Went back inside around our reservation time and had the option to sit outside. For my cocktail, I ordered a glass of the Sangria Roja. Thr first couple of sips were a little tart but it ended up being quite good. We started off with the Pulpo which was pretty good. Nice and tender and well cooked. We also ordered the cerdo which was delicious and definitely recommend. The pork belly was nice and crispy. For our main, my husband and I split the NY strip and we also ordered a side of Broccolini and they brought out a side of Mashed Potatoes. The Mashed Potatoes and the broccolini were delicious. The NY Strip had pretty good flavor but a little too chewy for me. I did ask for a glass of Routestock Cabernet Sauvignon, which was a really great and delicious red.For dessert, my husband and I ordered the Delicia Exotica and it was pretty good but we got some churros on the side and those were amazing. The little board had a cute "Welcome to Capa" written out. While our server was friendly and accommodating, the service did die down towards the end of the evening and we had a hard time finding her to wrap up and get our check.

Unclear how Michelin awarded one star. The chicken was a bit salty. Steak was cooked uneven, as you can see some are red and some are cooked. The mashed potatoes were spot on tho! I mean lots of butter is key to any dish! Also, the $35 for a glass of wine was a bit much but was the best wine I've ever had (Dolce, Far Niente)In sum, it's a nice upscale restaurant but not sure whether it should be a one star

I was not impressed with much not my meal or the ambiance. Then desert came and they remembered to bring the coffee with the desert! So many places mess this up. The desert was the best thing I had. The olive oil almond cake with the lemon curd and lemon sherbet was definitely a wow.If you're looking for a quiet evening this is not the place. Lots of families and tonight we got the benefit of loud baby. The view outside is beautiful take some photos.

How can you NOT give this Michelin starred restaurant 5 stars? I wish I could give Capa 6 stars! Brittany was AMAZING! Service was ON POINT and they served some of the most mind-blowing vegetable dishes I have EVER had. I must admit I almost feel a little overwhelmed trying to write this review. I only have positives. We started with the pan con tomato and Manchego. The bread was perfectly crispy with warm salty Manchego and delicate yet sharp tomatoe. Moving onto the fried eggplant. It was divine. It was so crispy, crunchy and it was SO good & flavorful! We also had the colifor, and it was VERY good too! We had a couple more smaller plates and I didn't even know where I was going to put it! Next we had the shishido peppers with sausages and the marinated mushrooms. Both We just amazing! We also had the Calabaza with hazelnuts and it was such a good dish too!!! Even after all of these WONDERFUL dishes, the stand out dish for me was the Papas Bravas. I would recommend coming to Capa just for this amazing dish. I will mention one drink because even though the Gin and tonic was clever and great, the real stand out for me was the mojito. Mint charged bacardi rum w/ minted cane sugar, and a lime passion fruit ginger espuma!

Michelin star - I get the hype! Located in the four seasons decor and ambiance is stellar - located on the 17th floor be sure to book around fireworks so you can go out on balcony for the show. Valet parking available and complimentary by the restaurant. Ability to watch the chefs at work. Impressive wine and cocktail lists. Menu is extensive with something for everyone. Service was excellent and attentive. The best item was the porterhouse for two and the tomato and cucumber salad. Desserts are tasty and luxurious. Overall will be back

Capa.. Capa! To explain my dining experience, here's a quick breakdown Mezcal Old Fashioned: A standout cocktail with a smoky, rich flavor that complemented the meal perfectly.Tomahawk Steak: Cooked to perfection with a beautiful sear that enhanced the natural juices and allowed for deep, savory flavors in every bite.Churros: Tasty but could have been crispier for that perfect texture.Service: Quick and attentive, making the dining experience seamless and enjoyable.Ambiance: Relaxing atmosphere with stunning views. We were lucky enough to catch a fireworks show, adding a magical touch to the evening.Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I would definitely return!

Whenever a restaurant has glowing reviews, or something like a Michelin Star, expectations are heightened, and I think it makes it that much harder for the place in question to deliver. While Capa wasn't the best meal I've ever had, it was certainly very good overall, great in spots, and did deliver one really fantastic bite of food; the kind one dreams about after. The ambience at Capa is what I would call stark modern, with a hint of bull-fighting romance. I guess the view is to be most of the decor. The host staff while polite, weren't quite friendly, but our server and beverage server were both friendly and attentive. They didn't act stuffy or arrogant, just helpful and on top of everything. Five stars to them. The food was very good, I would definitely eat here again, but for the price, and the Michelin Star preceding it, I guess I just wanted a little something more. The steak was delicious, tender, and full of flavor, the sauces were pungent and unique. Everything was fresh, the desserts were exceptional, but honestly my favorite bite of food was the pan con tomate with Manchego and jamon. The most simple, peasant dish, but the one that made me the happiest. It was so unbelievably good, and surprisingly so. It's not the best place to view the Magic Kingdom fireworks if that's a draw, as it's quite far away, and there is no music synced to the show to add grandeur. But the patio space is quite comfortable, and uncrowded. And I can't tell you how much I appreciate a fine dining restaurant with a kids menu. Overall, we enjoyed our experience here, and would eat here again.

The food was spectacular! Some of the best Spanish inspired fine dining I've had! Everything I ate had great flavor and presentation. Service was unbelievable as well. Our waitress was very knowledgeable of the whole menu and was very careful with our friends with food allergies. I loved the details in the service as well! My glass of water never reached the end of the glass and whenever i went to the restroom, they always prepared a new table cloth that is folded beautifully on the table. I also loved the modern atmosphere of the space. It gives a great level of sophistication to the dining experience. I also loved that we were able to view the magic kingdom fireworks at the restaurant balcony at the end of the dinner as well. Such a great night!

Located on the 17th floor of the four seasons hotel, it has a beautiful view of Epcots fireworks if you reserve at the right time and choose outdoor seating. Our reservation was at 7:45, which offered enough time to finish our main course and have dessert while watching the fireworks. It is valet parking only, but the restaurant will validate the parking for you.The food was wonderful. Started off with the potatoes from the small plate section and loved the flavors. Their lavender haze is a good choice if you don't want something alcoholic. Really enjoyed the pork and paella entrees. The eggplant wasn't my favorite, but if you like savory and sweetish foods, this would be a good option for veggies. Ended the night with two desserts and both were delicious, not too sweet.
