Canon Coffee

I stumbled upon Canon Coffee while searching for a quiet spot to work, and I'm so glad I did! Tucked away off the main road, this little gem is easy to miss if you aren't looking for it. The coffee shop is located in a charming, converted home, and it's clear a lot of thought has gone into the space. Each room has its own cozy vibe, making it perfect for anything from a solo work session to a small meeting.The atmosphere is incredibly peaceful, and there's plenty of space to spread out without feeling cramped. The staff is friendly and welcoming, which makes the whole experience even better. I really appreciated the mix of seating options and quiet corners--it's a great spot if you're looking for a calm environment to get work done or meet with friends or colleagues. I had the Poet- a mix of honey and lavender latte. There is also options of various snacks, pastries and sandwiches. A hidden gem in Apopka.

I have never left a one star review but the management here is not great. I got the chocolate raspberry latte and it came out SUPER sweet, so I politely asked the barista if he would mind remaking it and I gave him back my drink bc I couldn't drink it bc of how sweet it was. He was super kind and said of course and told me he'd bring me the new latte when it was ready to where I was sitting. A few minutes go by and he comes back and brings me my old drink and says sorry my manager said I can't make you another drink because it's "too sweet". I was super shocked especially bc he took my drink behind the counter when I asked him to remake it and then he brought back the same drink and gave it back to me. I had only had a sip of it and the drink was full when I asked for the change. The ambiance is cute but I couldn't believe the manager handled the situation the way they did.Edit: thank you to the owner for replying.

Apopka has plenty of coffee spots, but Canon Coffee really stands out. It's tucked inside a cozy, repurposed old house, with rooms that flow into each other and plenty of seating and meeting areas to choose from. If you come in through the door off Lake Ave (it's set back a little), you'll walk right into the ordering area. The other entrance takes you on a short, charming walk through a few rooms before you get to the counter.The kitchen is actually the house's original kitchen, upgraded for the coffee shop, so it's small. This means food might take a bit longer, but honestly, it's always worth the wait. Everything is fresh, flavorful, and made with care.Their coffee and espresso are consistently excellent, and they keep things fun with seasonal drinks and a great selection of teas.If you're looking for a spot to grab a bite, enjoy a fantastic cup of coffee, or just hang out and study or meet up with friends, Canon Coffee is a must-visit. It's charming, laid-back, and totally worth your time.Don't forget to sign the wall and take a look at the bulletin board for community events and businesses!

Housemate pop-tart? Yes please. Cappuccino is good. Cafe con leche, partner liked. Monte Cristo breakfast sandwich, he loved. Set in a cute repurposed old home. Not a local but come here every time I visit

It had been on my list to try and glad I finally made it! I stopped the day after this last hurricane and they were busy and taking care of customers. I was welcomed by friendly and attentive staff, which thattmade the experience much enjoyable. I ordered a latte and a breakfast croissant. Both were made to order and tasty. The coffee was so smooth and nice that I will.fefini definitely stop by again when I go around the area.

I love love love this coffee place! It's my little secret hideaway to have delicious coffee and read my book or have convo and coffee . The service is always warm and friendly as they welcome you like family. They have more than coffee , they have retail merchandise like t shirts , baseballCaps and totes too! The seating areas are amazing as you will feel like you are at grandmas house . They have several rooms to sit in and enjoy ! ( some with sofas and puzzles) and they have there Christmas trees up with Christmas music playing. I love it here so much

The drink was good! I love Canon Coffee's atmosphere, it's cozy!! I would go with my friends again.

This is a regular spot a couple times a week. Exceptionally fantastic staff, food and drinks.

Hidden gem coffee shop in Apopka. Cute place with a lot of places to sit and they also have a room on the back for private parties. perfect place to work on your laptop, get together with a group of friends. Awesome customer service staff is so friendly and helpful. They have a great variety of coffees, teas, pastries and seasonal drinks. I got the Artist a latte machiatto with fusion of caramel and raspberry and a macadamian cookie. Their pastries are home made and they are so delicious. They have plenty of parking some at front of the house and some on the back. Their atmosphere is so cozy. If you close to Apopka you must visit.
