Non-alcoholic Pina Coladas are a refreshing way to start your dinner experience. They are creamy and tropically sweet. A great beginning to your resort stay! Rating: 4.5/5Tandoori Spiced Chicken served with white rice, curry dusted vegetables, and yogurt dill sauce. The chicken is flavorful and tender. The curry spiced vegetables pairs well with the chicken giving it savory, zingy, and herbaceous flavor. The presentation of the dish could be better, maybe swiping the dill sauce on the plate and placing the chicken on top or serving the dill sauce in a side ramekin for dipping. Saffron basmati rice would have been better than just white rice. Rating: 4/5NY Strip Estilo Gaucho is served with garlic mashed potatoes and topped with grilled scallions and chimichurri sauce. The steak was grilled to a perfect rare. NY steak tends to be a bit chewier than most cuts of beef. Skirt steak would have been a better cut to use especially to pair with chimichurri sauce. The buttery marbling would balance perfectly with the acidic chimichurri. Instead of scallions, cebollin (Mexican green onions) would have been better with the bigger bulb at the end. The grill would caramelize it for a sweet and zingy flavor. Chimichurri would also be better in a ramekin for presentation and for dipping the bites of steak. The garlic mashed was pretty good, creamy and flavor, but could use just a bit more garlic. Rating: 4/5Caramel Lava Chocolate Turtle Cake Á La Mode is a warm, rich dark chocolate cake oozing with a decadent caramel center, garnished with pecans, caramel, and topped with vanilla ice cream. Order this if you have a light dinner as it is very heavy but very decadent. The chocolate cake is dense like a rich brownie. The caramel and nuts add luscious and crunchy texture. As the ice cream melts, it turns into a makeshift crème anglais and counteracts the heaviness of the cake. Rating: 4.5/5

Stayed at the Hilton and the Cafe took care of us everyday. Wide variety of food choices for both breakfast and lunch. Many drink choices available as well. Staff was highly helpful as well. Chill vibe throughout the dining area as well.

Just because we were lazy, didn't want to leave the resort, we resorted to this place right next to the pool. We were very hungry, but wanted something light because we were going to have a big dinner. I got the steak tacos, my husband got the mahi tacos. You get two each. 1. No flavor2. Chips stale3. It was cool. Not even warm.Not sure why since my husband got it right away from the cafe, then brought it a few feet away to me lounging by the pool. We ate them anyway because we were hungry, and I justified it by saying it's not Mexico, San Diego or L.A., so it's fine. Well no it's not fine. Please don't serve subpar food to your guest at Hilton Grand Vacations!!! I would've said 1 star, but IFeel like being generous, plus the customer service was ok. Not over the top like I've been trained when I worked for Disney in the hotel/travel department. Then again, it's not a Disney property. It's ok, dining at Disney Springs for dinner, made up for the not very good tacos.

If your staying at Parc Soleil here in Orlando you got to try this cafe out no matter what. It's way too delicious to not try, food here is always fresh and made to order. Service here is great, always friendly and ambiance of the cafe is great and relaxing. Overall everytime I come stay at Parc Soleil I end up eating here more times than eating outside of the hotel, that's just how good it is.

Food wasn't bad for a hotel. We ordered Ed the nachos and fish n chips for my son and I. We told them we were splitting the fIsh and chips, so tHey would plate 1/2 on each plate. When they brought it out, I reminded them we only ordered one, the waitress said that is one order! (that's how big it was!). The nachos were good and full of meat. Only negative was the waitress did not know how to make change. This was a solid place to eat and I would eat here again, especially if staying on this property.Morning note, the green nachos made my poop green! (TMI)

Amazing food! We ordered so much food and it didn't take long to prepare ! The food was fresh and delicious ! Love the chicken sandwich and the truffle fries ! And they had ice cream melts so delicious ! The cashier who took our order was so sweet and patient too!

Service can be slow at times but you get to watch your kids or other loved ones splash around in the pool while eating. Chocolate cake and caramel cheesecake are pretty good though there was much salt in the salted caramel.Pork belly appetizer is good but sometimes too dry and I would not eat the goat cheese romesco again.Mussels were ok with my two boys who are mussel experts but they said the broth was too fishy and very little of the flavor you would normally expect.Chicken wing appetizer is pretty big so it is good for sharing. The calamari was pretty standard but a touch salty. Overall comparable with a poolside restaurant and the convenience of not having to get dressed and drag the kids out of the water

Had a chipotle burger for a lunch, and fried chicken and mashed potatoes for a dinner. Both were "just ok". Service a bit slow.On the upside, if you are sitting poolside being waited upon, can't be too sad about that.

Food was amazing and the service was great. We stopped here because we were hungry and boy did they not disappoint. We had the egg sandwich and the waffles and everything was delicious

Terrible service for breakfast. We stood around looking for a hostess stand or someone to help us for a solid five minutes while waitstaff rushed by us without making eye contact. Finally we had to grab somebody and confirm it was okay tons eat ourselves. Another ten minute wait at the table just to get menus. By that point there were four tables of people without menus sitting there looking at each other. Everything took forever. It was only breakfast but the food was also terrible. I'm pretty sure the eggs were from a carton, and the pancakes were a cheap mix. Not what I'd expect at a property with the Hilton name on it.
