"Oooh! I absolutely love tacos and this is just another one of Orlando's hidden food trucks! Located on Forest City Road next to a convenient store, if you weren't looking for this place, you'd completely miss it! Call ahead to place your order in because it does get packed quickly and there's only a limited available seating in the area. Their tacos are handmade and cooked to order! Cow tongue tacos are my go to but when they run out, my second choice would be their asada! Family owned and opened Thursday through Sunday! I go to this taco truck on the days the other one isn't open ;)"
"Great tequila selection. Very authentic Mexican. Huge portions. Go hungry. Fast and friendly service"

"I'm sorta perplexed by the bad reviews of this place. Yesterday I went for the first time, and personally, I thought it was fantastic. The house margarita was actually super good and tasted very fresh. The obligatory chips and salsa were noticeably a notch above the normal grade stuff you get everwhere. And the al pastor taco I had was awesome. Just talking about it makes me hungry. The flavor was rich, the tortilla was nice and thin, the pineapple was present and finely chopped. And the bartender was super cool and friendly. Yes, San Jose's had an old school charm. But this place is more high end, and it's got promise. Some other reviewers mention service issues, and if true, that's not good. But on my visit, there were no problems. And, I'm definitely going back."
"I drive past these everyday on the way home from work. I finally decided to stop by. The tacos are inexpensive and the flavor is beyond anything my taste buds could describe. I ordered the chicken tacos and the meat was so tender and flavorful. The verde sauce she makes is the perfect amount of spice and adds a great bite to the taco. It's located at the chevron off 441. They are closed Sunday's but she is there everyday till 5:00 or 6:00 p.m."
"Tacos El Michoano is a small food stand located in the OBT Flea Market. What drew me in was the spit of pork and pineapple sitting proudly upon a table. I knew that I had to try that. I walked up and placed my order and at the direction of the friendly man manning the grill (actually a Blackstone griddle), I headed over to a table that had onion, cilantro, red chile sauce and green chile sauce. I loaded up my taco and grabbed a seat. This taco was spectacular. I would say that it stands apart from so many tacos that I have tried that have fallen short. This taco is a king among tacos, a wondrous culinary find.If you are looking for a great taco el pastor, look no farther. This was also only two dollars. The only downside is that this flea market is only open on weekends.I would definitely recommend this place. Do not be put off that it is in a sketchy flea market and looks a bit sketchy itself. I have always maintained that the best tacos come from the most humble of surroundings. This taco is proof positive that this belief that I hold is true."
"I came to Torchy's for the first time with my co-workers and we had a great experience. We got the green chili queso with chips. It was salty, creamy, and delicious. For my meal, I got three tacos. Next time I would only get one or two because they are much bigger than I expected! I got the fried shrimp taco, the fried avocado taco, and the democrat. All of them were amazing, but the shrimp was my favorite. The batter was so flavorful and all the veg and condiments were so fresh. The beef on the democrat was so tender and rich. The avocado was thick, creamy, and fried to perfection. All of my tacos were stellar! So much so that I forgot to take pictures :( Service was good and fast. This location is new and has a clean feel with good parking. The weather was nice, so we ate outside in their cute sitting area. I will definitely be back to try more!"
"Super yummy tacos! I got the pollo and the asada. I love the green sauce that comes with it and the tortillas are very good. I believe they are homemade and normally I don't like corn tortillas but there's was delicious."
"Cool ambience and great food. This Bombay street food restaurant with a theme honoring Bollywood legend Sanjay Dutt is part of the House Of Spices complex. My party shared an order of chaat and okra fries to start. The chaat was spicy, tangy and flavorful while the okra fries were spiced just right and not greasy. I had a kathi roll and the roll is actually made of a malabar style flaky paratha. Tried the manchurian chili noodles also. The food was on point and the service was quick. Also, they have a robot waiter that was serving food, never seen that before. Definitely coming back in the future."
"My hotel was within walking distance from restaurants, cafes, and other novelty shops. The Sombreros Cantina was definitely a highlight because of its selection of tacos, salads, and create your own bowls. There was also the option to top your creation with a protein of your choice. Yum!"
"I'm allergic to avocado. I ordered the queso and no idea there was going to be avocado. The gentleman at the front counter brought me a brand new one without giving me a hard time. I had 2 tacos. The one with the fried chicken was my favorite. I can't wait to go back."
"We were craving steak chimichurri and realized that our favorite chimichurri place is not around anymore, but noticed this one having it on their menu. We are so glad we have them a try! They make a delicious churrasco with chimichurri! Their salad, rice and beans are tasty sides also! Will definitely order again! Ubereats delivered by Shaniqua"
"Wow!Peruvian with Puerto Rican flairNuff said. I'm in!I might eat here several times this week.Casual and amazingly unique food compared to every day American fareI had to have seafoodCeviche de Pulpo (octopus)andArroz con Mariscos (seafood)are perfect! Not the kind of food one expects from a little strip mall restaurant. My server did not speak English. But we both made a great effort and so the service and experience were wonderful.English descriptions on the menu help. So pleas do not shy away for that. It's so very worth the effort!"

This place is amazing! Walking in it has been renovated since the last restaurant that occupied the space. It's bright and clean. The bar is beautiful. Plenty of seating. Wait staff is not in a hurry to help you. Downfall #1. The menus are super small print- bring your reading glasses. And the live music was way too loud. Now the good stuff! The salsa was amazing! The food was amazing! The chef in the kitchen looks like she could own the place. She looked so passionate about cooking. The portions are huge. The salad dressing on the salad was the best ever. Sweet but tangy. It blew our minds. The street tacos were great! And the burritos. This place blows away other restaurants in the area. Why it wasn't more filled I'll never know. Get rid of the loud live music - make the staff have a little urgency and this place would shine. We will for sure be back!

This restaurant is so pleasant! It offers great service, fresh food, fresh ingredients and delicious desserts. The ambiance is amazing and you get to choose where to sit either inside or outsideTheir hillbilly queso is so addicting and automatically comes with chorizo every time. The guac is fresh but although I usually like it more limey and more seasoned. The churros were so authentic. They were not dry at all and you could tell they are made from scratch. I'm thankful to Jessie for proving such great service. I will be back soon and recommend you to do the same.

"Order the tacos Birria and they're just regular tacos.. do yourself a favor and don't order from here."
"Delish! Authentic. Taco Tuesday $2 on Tuesday. Worth the try! I really enjoyed the tacos and the refried rice and beans"
"I was searching for aji amarillo and although I did not find it here, I am very happy to have found this place. This tienda (store), reminiscent of the corner stores of The Bronx, except of course for the big parking lot.Upon entering there is the obligatory store staple of the chips rack, drinks and icees and the check out counter right by the door. Tienda Mexicana Jalisco has a variety of dry goods, like canned beans, canned meats, flours, masa, oils and vinegars. The produce area has different chiles and peppers, tomatoes and herbs. There is a section of packaged fresh corn tortillas and a meat market where all kinds of meats are available. There is also a restaurant inside. Although I did not find aji amarillo, I did find super fresh serrano and jalapeños peppers, fresh masa harina for corn tortillas and I am very happy with the fresh salsa and tortillas I made with them."
"Best Mexican food (food truck or restaurant) in the area easily! This includes many places rated in the area with Apopka, Sorrento, Mt Plymouth, and more. 4 tacos and a chicken tamal cost under $11. I went with chicken, steak, cabeza, and lengua. All are recommended. The meat is moist, tacos are quite full for the price. Just everything you want, whereas I find small portions or dry meat everywhere I go.The tamal was spot on, though not the best I've had.The red sauce is quite spicy and orange. The green sauce is fresh and loaded with cilantro."
"This place was really great. Alex took care of our party of 12 and was so friendly and helpful. The food was really good and so fresh. We had the quesadilla, chicken tenders for the littles and birria burritos. They were huge and loaded with all the goods. Food was fast, hot and super tasty. 10/10 will be back to try the Birria grilled cheese!"
"Man, oh, man! A good reason to miss Kissimmee is because there's a Taco Maker Fast Food restaurant. Taco Maker is a " Commercialized Mexican" fast food chain with traditionally Puerto Rican seasoning. Why? Because their Headquarters are in Puerto Rico and they adapted the menu to Puerto Rican taste; therefore, do not expect legit Mexican seasoning and taste. Nevertheless, if you enjoy Mexican and Puerto Rican food, you will find Taco Maker makes an interesting concept. So if you know anything about Kissimmee, you know that the Puerto Rican population is huge, thus the reason a Taco Maker was opened in Kissimmee and has continued to have success over the years. It's located in John Young Pkway, almost intersecting with 192. Here you will find Taco salad, hard tacos, softs tacos and wraps. You can select if you would like whatever you are having with chicken, beef or just smashed beans. I usually go for Combo #9, the "Tacada" ($6.99) with their chicken as protein. Has 3 tacos which you can select them to be all hard tacos or all soft tacos a a combination of soft/hard tacos, with your protein selection; I wanted all 3 to be soft and hard tacos so had to upgrade for $1. The combo comes with a Fountain drink and nachos, which they provide (on the side) a about 4 different sauces for you to pick from (mild to extra spicy). I would definitely recommend paying an extra .89 cents to upgrade the nachos to "baby nachos" where they give you a bit more nachos covered in a mixture of shredded cheese! All in all, this facility is clean, employees are friendly and welcoming and food is tasty and prepared at the moment. With having upgraded the nachos, I paid a total of $8.88, including taxes. Not bad for 3 tacos and a batch of tasty nachos!"
"After grabbing a beer from Brewlando Brewing, I wanted some food to pair with it. The best part was the convenience of The Grub Shack food truck located right on the brewery's patio. The Grub Shack offers a great menu with options like sliders, tacos, chicken bites, and their signature "Chicken Lovers" platter. After checking out the menu, I decided to go with the Chicken Lover combo, which included a chicken taco, chicken slider, chicken tenders, and fries. While waiting for my food, I continued to enjoy my beer. The service was quick, and my order was ready in just 10 minutes.I started with the chicken slider and chicken tenders, both of which were cooked perfectly--crispy on the outside, tender and juicy inside, and packed with flavor. The chicken taco was equally delicious, with well-seasoned chicken and a generous filling that made every bite satisfying. The fries were hot, crispy, and a great addition to the meal. The food from The Grub Shack was tasty, well-prepared, and complemented my beer perfectly. It's the ideal spot for a quick, satisfying bite while enjoying the lively atmosphere at Brewlando Brewing!"
"Visited this restaurant on the way home, it is a very small suite so pay attention or you'll miss it, they were warehouses that have been turned into a businesses. There's no place to sit and eat so must take out. There was a lady there at the window but I placed my order at the Kiosk really easy to do. What I ordered:Lobster Tacos: lobster, cilantro, cheese, onions, horse radish, Side of garlic aïoli, avocados and tomatillo sauce. Side of consomméThis was so delicious the best Taco I've ever had, I got corn shell but they made it a little crunchy, all the flavors meshed so great together. Bread Pudding: Bread Pudding with Dulce Leche on the side, tossed in cinnamon sugar & powdered sugar. OMG the absolute BEST. It was a little crunch on the outside and so warm and soft inside, my only wish is that I could eat this everyday!!I hope this restaurant is around forever and I can't wait to go back and get some more food! 10 stars!!"
"someone recommend this restaurant. I'm Puertorican so definitely looking out for my people. When you get there it looks like it used to be a gas station before. It looks very nice now the entrance has some paint murals very nice. As soon you walk in is like you are in a Chinchorro in PR. You sit anywhere. The also has an outside patio that you can sit. Is very nice to take pictures. We were prompted by our waiter in a very good time. We order appetizers and drinks. I ordered passion fruit mojito. It was to bitter for my like I asked them if the could add more simple syrup but it still was bitter. But it was very natural and good products i can say that. Definitely you need to get alcapurrias for appetizers sabían como las de mi abuela. Súper ricas. Didn't like much the sorrullitos they were made while they were frozen so they were soaked in grease. El queso con guava souce súper rico. For entrees we order chuleta Kan kan and wow that was amazing with arroz manpostia it was an explosion of flavor. We order the natural juices super good too. Very fresh and natural. Service was nice overall. What I couldn't believe is that they didn't have any dessert. How dare you lol i was so looking forward for dessert. I will say that's why is the 4 star and not 5."
"I have to say this was an amazing find! Coming into town for a conference not knowing the area, I relied upon yelp to help find a local restaurant that would provide authentic experience. We hit the jackpot with this restaurant!First, when you walk in the bright colors are very welcoming, feels very home like! Next, we were greeted by a gentleman who was the nicest individual! His genuine smile, and his knowledge of the menu to explain the different things were outstanding. I asked him what he recommended for someone who was hungry and he suggested the Taco salad, which he was spot on!The food was great, very flavorful and authentic, and the price was unbelievably lower than I would've ever anticipated, more so in Orlando . We definitely hit the trifecta, the phenomenal customer service from the gentleman who assisted us behind the counter, the atmosphere, and the food. The quality of all were outstanding, and I would highly recommend this to anybody who does not mind taking a tiny bit of a drive. It is truly worth the drive out of the touristy area."
"Changed my review to 5 stars after having tacos. Great atmosphere with good food and drinks. The nachos are piled high on a cookie sheet pan. Plenty for 3-4 people. Beer is good. Pizza is excellent. Been twice and both times the wait staff was very friendly."
"I love food so much so that other people know my love of food and often rave about the most recent bite to eat they've had....this was no different. Someone recommended these tacos to me and honestly they are the best birria tacos I've had in a while. It wasn't greasy like some birria tacos tend to be, the steak was seasoned well and there were three dipping sauces - salsa, some kind of garlic/green sauce and consommé (dipping oil).I typically say don't take my word for it but this time, just do it. The tacos were so good and personally I will be a repeat customer because good food is meant to be enjoyed, you know?"
"Fantastic food and the prices are more than reasonable. Open Saturday and Sunday from noon until they sell out every bbq lover will find something delicious"
"The absolute best Mexican restaurant in the world!!!!! My husband and I frequent Tacos & Tequila every Tuesday and occasionally a few other nights a week. On Tuesday, you can't beat their taco and margarita specials. You can get a street taco for $3 or a supreme taco for $3.50. Margaritas are only $5 and are generously made! The birria tacos are my favorite, but there are several options to choose from and you can't go wrong with any! While their house salsa is amazing, their avocado salsa is the best salsa I have ever had. It is SPICY!!! though, so be prepared. While their tacos are delicious and phenomenal, the casa special is my favorite thing on the menu. With so many flavors, you can't go wrong with this classic Mexican dish. Good deals, great service, and tasty food!"
"I'm so very sad it took me so long to try this establishment! Came with a friend for lunch. Salsa was fresh, clearly made in house, and full of flavor. Beverage cups are huge, which in the Florida heat of summer was/is greatly appreciated, especially when I only wanted a water because I was parched. We had a few servers stop by the table to ensure we didn't need anything, so the service was absolutely unmatched. Food arrived quickly and was well portioned for the Lunch menu, but not lacking at all. My friend was full and didn't even finish, but I finished my flautas (four in the lunch portion) and quite a bit of the rice and beans that came alongside. The cotija cheese especially on mine was a fantastic surprise and added to the authenticity of the food. Can't wait to return"
"Came here for the first time today! My boyfriend was researching something for dinner and he found this place! They have a few options of food. I think because of the hurricane there was only 3 opened tonight. I had the hot dog for dinner. It was so good I had to get the second one. It is the type of hot dog that I love. With cheddar cheese, potato sticks, ketchup, mayo, mustard, corn. I don't like the other options so I took it out. They also have option of sauces. The place looks really cute, it had picnic tables, it is outdoors. My boyfriend had the food from the location on the side. He had a Brisket and Chuleta. He liked it a lot! He ate in 3 minutes! We want to go back and try the other places, there is a brazilian one that I really want to try, and he wants to try, the Pollito Chicken place. Everybody was really nice! This two were from Latinos. The other location opened had pizza."
"5 star! This place doesn't look like much. Its nestled between a bunch of odd shops in a strip mall; the dining area is small with just 3 or 4 booths but the food is amazing and absolutely Authentic Mexican. Just like their sign says "no fake food".We visited Tacos California and ordered the Breakfast Burrito with bacon and green salsa, the elote cup and a horchata. The hostess at the counter was very friendly and made us feel comfortable. She brought out our food when it was ready, nice and warm. The aroma was delicious just like every bite that followed. We also tried the elote. First time eating it prepared this way (not on a cob) so the texture was different cause you're missing the step of biting into a cob but the flavor was good and included all the toppings of mayonnaise, cheese and chile. The horchata was perfectly prepared with a nice amount of cinnamon. We definitely plan on coming back to try more of the options they have on the menu. They also have fresh fruit smoothies and fruit cups."
"This is an all in one Mexican market and Mexican food place. The hot food is my favorite as is authentic and made by the most nice people you'll meet. The have a great variety of Hispanic and Mexican products, meat and produce. The place is extremely clean and you can see the kitchen from the outside."
"Absolutely delicious, affordable and filling. You get a lot of food for your money. Authentic and tasty!"
"Pretty cool bar. I'm not from the state, just visiting, and friends took my sister and I here. Food and drinks are good and reasonably priced. Service is good too. They have a fun trivia night not sure what days. I had the chicken tenders and my sister had the wings. You pay per wing/tender and it comes to about avg national price for the tenders. I did like them they reminded me of hand batter tenders but not sure if they are. Great place for drinks and food I can see why people like this place."
"This is a great spot for a quick lunch - super cute spot! You order inside and then pick up your order at the window. There is only outside seating so keep that in mind if you plan to dine in. Service was fast and everything was packaged nice. I had the chicken quesadilla- it wasn't huge but it was very good! The chips & guac were also great too - they give a good portion of guac!"
"We came here yesterday and got two meals. This is the second time I've been here but I have never written a review in I forgot how good it was Wow! I got the soup noodle bowl with beef balls and chicken and scallions and it was so good. My husband got the pork bowl, with noodles vegetables chopped pork and white nom nom sauce. With an over easy egg on top! We also got a side of fish bites They were hot and fresh and had this really neat oil coating and taste to them I can't explain it. But everything here is top-not serve fresh and hot. They have a little extra bar that has all kinds of sauces and green toppings like parsley and scallions spinach. Everyone here is super friendly It has a really great Feel here. You can't help smile when you walk through the door cuz you know you're going to get a good meal and a happy face. . Go get you some!"
"Slid through Mexas Tacos on a whim. Enjoying a Saturday off with my wife and figured we grab a quick bite on our way to the movies.Arrived a little after 4, there were a few patrons dining as entered. Ordered off the kiosk, just Birria Tacos to split. Food came out fast, tacos were piping hot, consommé was warm and flavorful. Cool little spot, solid atmosphere - you should stop by and check it out"
