"A bottomless bachelorette brunch with mimosas and sangrias included sounded like a great idea, and it was exactly that! I came with a group of 8 to enjoy the $48 all-inclusive brunch (2 hour limit), and we definitely got our moneys worth. I love when unlimited food offerings don't penalize/charge you for unfinished food. I had about 4-5 sangrias, and they were decently strong. The brunch tapas come out as they are being prepared. My only complaints were some foods took MUCH longer than others (i.e. we ordered some pastries as one of our first foods items and it came out as our very last food item like an hour and a half later.. but there was a steady flow of food throughout our brunch) and that I thought the brunch foods were going to be more of a Hispanic variety since it's a tapas place. My fav brunch dishes were the prime rib and the candied bacon (not pictured because I devoured it). Overall, great experience! The restaurant is beautifully decorated with various large canvases on the walls. It was definitely a vibe :)"
"Our first dinner after a flight delay late arrival to Orlando. I wasn't as hungry as my wife and could have done chips and salsa with a Marguerita. So glad I insisted we try this strip mall restaurant while navigating at night around the resort area. It was close to closing but we were welcomed and taken care of quickly. Learned about Mofongo and as fun as it is to say it's better to eat as a side dish! She ordered the skirt steak and Mofongo and I got the Pernil (pork roast) and white rice and black beans. I was water guy but she got a passion fruit mojito. Probably the best one she's ever had and I don't care for mojitos much though I'm a big rum fan and I liked it too!The steak was done great, my pork was excellent and with a crispy skin piece on top. Their white rice was simple but we both loved it as it's got more flavor than Asian rice we are used to and the black beans were tasty! The Mofongo was so great to try and now I'll search that out all week. We might be back again in our stay because they have great Cubano Sammie's and so much good looking dishes for both casual and heavier dining.Big portions and we had leftovers for a big snack again In the room. Very kind service."

"Kicking off Hispanic Heritage Month with 5 Stars for truly authentic Peruvian food that attracts Peruanos in the area because it is a taste of home!OK, so, I am biased being a Peruana, but Peruvian food is having a global MOMENT because it's the best cuisine in the world. Don't @ me, legitimately 2023 saw the #1 restaurant in the world declared as a Peruvian restaurant!OK, rant and disclosure of bias is done. Recently I stopped by Taste of Peru with a girlfriend because I saw how well reviewed it was. As a paisana, I had to check it out.first thing's first, this is not a high-end joint. It's small and humble in appearance, but decorated with photos and art that makes you yearn to visit Peru. With that being said, the flavors hit all the marks. We ordered:- Tallarín verde con pollo a la parrilla- My girlfriend loves a noodle dish and this was a BIG BOY. Yes, reviewers are correct, the portions are generous. I think I converted her and now she sees the light (that Peruvian food is *chef's kiss")- Lomo saltado: OK well, duh. When at a Peruvian restaurant, you must order the lomo saltado. This is steak strips marinated and served with a tomato and red onion sauce, over rice, WITH FRIES. YUP. It's not an easy dish to get right, as the steak needs to be tender and the fries should be fresh so they soak in the juices. Taste of Peru nailed it. - Papa a la huancaina: My pro-tip? Order this as a starter every time. This potato and cheese sauce is the perfect beginning to any meal. Share her and fight over the olives. Overall, an A for this legit spot. Look forward to returning!"
"Fantastic food and service. I enjoyed the Cajun Sweet Fried Chicken. The atmosphere is great, you can choose inside or outside and receive the same service. Will be back."
"Lots of selection of latin food. Reminds me of Blue Sky food by the pound in Miami. Hard to choose what to order. They have desserts too. Dine in or takeout like we did. Reasonable priced for the amount of food you get. Good value."
"Five stars for delicious food at an affordable price. This was my first time eating at Tropical Cabana. We did make a wrong turn and got lost but got back n Central Florida Parkway and found it. It's a cute little blue building in the middle of a warehouse district. Don't let that dissuade you from eating here, the food is really fantastic.I came in search of a skirt steak but after reading other yelp reviews about the pork I had to try it. The pulled pork was delicious and not sweet. I had a lunch special which was the pork and rice and black beans plus I added sweet plantains to the order. My vegetarian husband ordered a plate of veggies plus the black beans had rice. We both loved what we ate and look forward to returning nad I will finally have the skirt steak."
"I found this quaint gem on Groupon, and I'm happy that I did. The paella was amazing. The calamari was great too, even though the portion was small. I could eat a table full of bread. I would definitely return. All paellas are shareable for about 2 guest."
"Great food good customer service no frills Cuban cafe!Usually get a cortado, egg and cheese on pan and quesitos and pasteles"
"For those that are adventurous, but don't know Puerto Rican food that well, come and try this place. This is my second or third time going where I just ask them to give me something for lunch and feed me. The ladies might look at you funny if you say that, but they will do exactly what you just asked and OMG it was delicious. Even a simple thing as rice and beans is heaven full of flavor. I did get some pork and the crunchiest pork skin everyummy. I don't know how to say it but adventurous people, others that will try great food and of course people from Puerto Rico come and try food so, so good... you may want to slap your mother."

My husband and I went for their unlimited a la carte brunch several months ago. I didn't feel like it was worth it unfortunately! I might go back but would just order off the menu next time :)

We were in town with my family when my mom remembered a Latin restaurant she had been to before. She noticed it looked remodeled, so we decided to give it a try. I'm so glad we did!The place was amazing. I ordered the shrimp mofongo, and let me tell you--the portion was huge. It could have fed 3 people. My mom was thrilled with her rice, beans, and chicharrón. Everything was so good that two days later, when we didn't know what to eat, we came right back and tried something different!I love how the food is laid out in front of you, kind of like Chipotle, where you can choose from what's already made or order something fresh. The restaurant itself was very clean, and they had plenty of seating. The ladies working there were extremely nice, and I felt comfortable the whole time.On my second visit, I got rice, beans, and a platter, and it was just as delicious. Honestly, I wish this place was closer to home--actually, scratch that--because if it were, I'd probably be eating here every single day.Highly recommend!

This is my first time trying Peruvian food and honestly I'm impressed. Although, had a friend when I was younger whose mom would make Papa a la Huancaina and, of course, I had to order them as an appetizer. I wish the cheese sauce was a little warmer and maybe a little bit spicier, perhaps a kick, but that's my preference. Still yummy! Of course I had to order the Lomo Saltado and the meat was very tasty and tender. The rice was yummy as well as the French fries with the tomatoes. My hubby had churrasco a la caribeña and he was pleased as well.I couldn't leave without a coconut lemonade which was creamy and refreshing.

Look. We came here about a year ago? And WALKED OUT because we waited too long (more than three minutes) to be even acknowledged in a virtually empty place.... and the bartender was wearing a face mask.We heard that a friend was working here so came up for a drink and an app. What a SURPRISE!!! Everything has been fantastic. Got a ride on the Eaton Express from the runoff parking and am currently having some of the best fried oysters we have had in a looooong time! So good, in fact, that I am rudely posting at the table! Nicely done! The service staff is super attentive and willing to help.Fryer, Expo and food runner - Thank you! Excellent!

After attending a wedding we were looking for a place to eat around the area and we found this place which is located in an industrial area. The place is small but cozy, not a luxurious place and it seems to be a family restaurant with Dominican food. You can order via the menu or you can order at the counter from the prepared food.I ordered from the prepared food counter the Pernil (pork) with rice and potatoes. The Pernil was delicious, perfectly seasoned, good texture and the rice and potatoes were very good too.My wife also ordered from the counter the chicken and it was very good too. From the menu we ordered a Cuban sandwich and it was very good too.Next time I'm in Orlando I'll come back to this place, the food and its flavours were really good. Did I mention the prices are good too.

Stopped here for lunch with my wife and what a great lunch we had. Ordered a Sangria to start and out waitress gave us great food recommendations! The service was amazing accompanied by authentic ambiance from Spain. Great music and decor made us feel like we were dining in Spain! We will definitely be back soon as this is our Paella go to restaurant!

Review on Autentico Cubano pick up order only.Hankering for a Cubano sandwich, I chose Rey's since I had yet to try out their version. I found ordering over the phone straight-forward and the sandwich was ready in a reasonable amount of time. The restaurant itself is on the small size, with seating both inside and outside, and I observed a number of patrons enjoying their "plates". The Cubano sandwich contained the ingredients listed and was pressed as expected. The flavor was solid and nothing stood out. French fries were included with the order and were regular, not seasoned. I only tried one.Picking up my order and payment was straight-forward. The price was reasonable. I might return to try something different in the future. In the meantime, I'll continue to search for really tasty Cuban sandwiches.

"We stopped into this spot initially because a friend had told us that they have bacalaitos and I'd seen a prior review mentioning it also. My boyfriend loves them and has been craving them. Unfortunately, if they did have them, they don't anymore, but since we were already there and they had plenty of other options we decided to try them out. There is a large variety of food options you can view behind the counter, then order and let the employee know what you want. The only thing I didn't like was there was no written menu to my knowledge or signs or anything indicating what all the dishes were. I ended up choosing a beef stew dish and my boyfriend chose shredded beef and we both got arroz con gandules as a side. Portions are huge! We took our order to go and dug in. The food was all very tasty. I loved the potatoes and carrots just as much as the beef in mine and there was a very generous amount of tender beef. The rice was delicious. My boyfriend enjoyed his food as well. Prices were reasonable especially considering the large amount of food which provided multiple meals. Overall, this is a good, casual spot to get some yummy food!"
"Chicken cravings are real for a gal who cannot go a day without eating chicken. A friend recommended this family operated Mexican restaurant with the best chicken dish that came with white rice. House sauce and garlic sauce sets the bar. Heard the fried wings are pretty bomb too, so will order that next time. Therefore, a return will definitely be made to this family friendly owned restaurant."
"Awesome little Cafe! Great Mofongo! We were driving from the farmland of haines city and were excited to finally see signs of civilization on Cypress parkway of Kissimmee. Kids were starting to get annoying. They were screaming that they are hungry, and I couldn't allow myself to settle for fast food on Friday night... Also I don't eat meat on Fridays so it's hard to eat anything tasty or somewhat healthy amongst fast food choices. Anyway, we were gonna go to LA Granja, which is next to this place, but the name of this place caught our attention. We thought it was quite comical to have a pizza place that also serves Latin food. It kinda makes you think of those Chinese Latin places you see in not so good parts of town sometimes. Basically, throw it all on the menu and see what sticks lol...Ok, so I suggested that we walk in and just look at the menu, so we did. The place inside looked clean, and the menu looked ok. Classic simple Spanish dishes and pizza for the kids, which is a no-brainer. They also had a full hot food buffet that was just being put away. It was very similar to the Bravo supermarkets hot bar. We sat down and our server was so sweet. We ordered a cheese pizza and drinks right the way. They do server beer and wine. Husband and I both got the green mofongo with garlic sauce. Mine came with shrimp and his with chicken. Perhaps we were really hungry and tired of driving, but this mofongo was on point. The shrimp and chicken were both cooked perfectly, and both dishes were drenched in amazingly potent garlic sauce. Yes I ricked like garlic even after brushing my teeth, but it was worth it. Although it wasn't really "verde" more yellow it truly was tasty and a lot of food. Pizza was your typical new york style, not my favorite kind, but the kids were ecstatic. It was cheese and classic. A table next to us got chicken wings . They looked amazing! Hope this business continues to thrive. Thank you for everything."
"Want to change up that week night take out? This place is delish. Must have: pork sticks. Not your typical cerdo. They are flat pork pieces of yumminess. It's rumored that the current chef is from a Mills 50 district staple). Remember they are closed on Tuesdays. So that should be the only day you avoid this spot!"
"We were getting hungry and wanted something delicious, quick and casual. Walked by Pepe and decided to give this place a try. My wife ordered their Super Flauta de Jamon and I ordered their La Hamburguesa. The Flauda de Jamon was really good. It came with an 18 inch skinny flauta with tomato and Jamon. My hamburger came with an Iberico pork patty, tomatoes, caramelized onions, and aioli. The burger itself was delicious, although a lot more greasy compared to a beef burger. Would definitely order it again though. We also ordered Patatas bravas. This is a must anytime I'm eating Spanish food. Really good flavor, a good filler for a decent price. It was around 6:30pm when we sat that and ate. We were the only ones that were dining in all the way until we were finished. Place is small but was completely empty. Perfect timing, because after we left and walked around, on our way back, this place was packed. Weird how that works sometimes."
"I enjoyed this restaurant very much. It offered all the foods my husband grew up eating, and all my favorite foods that I enjoy gorging on.This restaurant was impressive for me. I'm a stickler for a clean table, clean booth, clean silverware, clean glasses, and dishes. There silverware looked like it had just been polished, and there were no caked on food, or hard water spots on the silverware, or glasses. (My pet peeve, sorry).I love that they serve piping hot large portions, because I like taking food home. I loved their mofongo, tostones, arroz con camarones, yucca, and beans and rice. It was all so good, I was dancing in my seat as I ate.I love this place."
"Delicious homemade Spanish food cuisine made fresh. They sell beef and chicken soups. All types of rice. Whole Rotisserie chicken. Mofongo. Different sides and various desserts. They have lunch specials and you can call ahead your order."
"I never knew this was a restaurant until I went in a few months ago looking for some dried peppers. I have been back several times since and have so far tried the pulled pork, pork ribs and chicken along with the yellow rice and beans. Every item is very good and well worth the trip. The place is not fancy, just a store with a hot counter and a couple of tables so don't go there for a romantic dinner but if you want great take out for a very good price then this is the place for you."
"A solid choice for late-night food and good vibes. The ambiance is lively and the service is attentive, making it a great spot to relax after hours. The food is definitely a highlight, with a range of tasty Latin-inspired dishes that satisfy those late-night cravings. While the drinks were just okay, they didn't take away from the overall experience. If you're looking for a spot that offers late-night dining with a fun atmosphere, Duo Latin Bistro is worth a visit."
"I stopped in after work one day and caught the lunch special. The environment is clean and the food smelled amazing the lady working was very nice and pleasant to do business. They have a wide range of meats and sides for their dishes. The food was so yummy lots of flavor. If you're in the mood for authentic Spanish food do yourself a favor and stop in"

"We have NO idea why so many people bad mouth this buffet! It's an AUCE buffet that is under $10! Seriously! And it included the drink! We've been here 2x and we'll keep going back .. It's a wide variety of interesting foods, latin, asian, american, hibachi, seafood, salads, desserts! It's like going to another country without the expense :)The staff is super friendly (though most don't seem to speak much English) .. It's clean and the food is pretty well stocked .. Four of us went yesterday and we tried just about everything there ..ONLY negative is that the signs above the food aren't always correct, some aren't in English, and some have no labels at all .. But we're daring and we tried most of it!!Give them a shot!* Also FYI .. Both times we went were during the week .. One around 4pm and other around 7pm .."
"Recently I had the opportunity this try Bulla for the first time and had such a wonderful experience! It is located at the corner of a strip mall with plenty of parking in the back and a garage close by. This restaurant is such a cute and modern place... it is perfect setting to celebrate an occasion or even for an impromptu date night. When first entering,we were greeted immediately by the hostess. We had a reservation so we were seated within minutes. We came for magical dining so we selected from a 3 course menu with a fixed price of $40.Each one of our meals came with a meat and cheese plate. Since there were three of us...for the first course we selected the mushroom croquettes, margherita flat bread, and patatas bravas. The second course we all chose the truffle carbonara. And the last course we went with the churros, tiramisu, and coconut flan.I can honestly say that I enjoyed everything I ordered. The food came out fairly quick and was hot and fresh. Our server Ryan was phenomenal! He was so knowledgeable of the menu and so patient...since we had two little ones with us.Overall, I really enjoyed my first time at this restaurant! I would definitely come back in the future for happy hour and to try their other tapas!"
"Just reaffirming that 6 years after my first review, Santiago's remains a go-to for me when I want a surefire great evening or afternoon. Today it was last day of Staycation 2025 . Mid afternoon, so place was not yet happy hour packed. I enjoyed pleasant conversation with the people on either side of me both of whom seemed to be of the same mind as me, enjoying g a pleasant afternoon in Orlando. Good tunes . Great bartender while eating at that big beautiful rustic bar. I asked her to make me a nice fruity rum punch and she did that to perfection. Food as always perfectly executed. Shrimp bisque, mini quesadilla, and the amazing beef tenderloin with the bleu butter topping made a great meal."
