"House of Blues is located in Disney Springs. Good idea to make a reservation even though it wasn't super busy when we went we still had to wait a little. Our waitress was nice but wish she came back and checked on us while we were eating for drink refills and what not. Our food was good though! Mac and cheese is creamy!"
"Great place to spend time solo or with family. The got nice collection of food, beer. There is an entrance fee and is very nominal. I visited during noon, there was a stage show going on. There is plenty of kids activities too. There is a parking garage neat by. You can hop on hop off multiple eateries, drinks etc. The staff is friendly. It's a great outdoor setting thoroughly enjoyed it."
"If you've ever been to Jamaica, this place is pretty authentic. The live band was phenomenal and kept the vibe going. Service was friendly. I was mostly taken back by the price of the meals considering the quantities and location. This is the cheapest dinner I have had in a while, let alone in city walk. The cocobread was delicious and the chicken was perfectly spicy. The stuffed peppers were only $13 and probably the biggest dish I've had in a while!?!"

House of Blues has cool Christmas-bluesy decor inside and our server was really nice. However it still took an hour to get our entrees because our order got lost on the way to the kitchen. Rib-eye with Cajun butter 7.5/10Dish tasted ok but there was a LOT of butter involved to make it so. I could tell the broccolini had been absolutely DOUSED in butter and the large golden mound you see on top is the Cajun butter. Plating was weird because the steak rested on top of the mashed potatoes, making it difficult to cut into with a dull knife. Jalapeño Cornbread 6/10Touted as their signature dish but it came out cold and the bourbon butter on the side was just okay. Subtle jalapeño flavor was nice, so it could be a great dish when served warmer. Overall, I have a mixed but somewhat positive impression on House of Blues. I wasn't sure how to feel when a staff member dropped a bunch of plates at the host stand and acted proud of it though. Weird vibe.

I would rate the food and the price a three star, but the ambiance a four stars. This is a great place to meet up with people and be outside, but the quality of food wasn't the best. The nachos I ordered were expensive and not very good. It was really a pile of chips with some cheese on top. The birria was very dry. The Margaritas weren't bad but not the best. This place did have a live band on Friday night which was cute but they were so loud I feel like I couldn't talk to the people at my own table. But again, this was a very cute and trendy place that makes it easy for everyone to get something they like.

I've been to Universal City Walk multiple times and never really been here. So glad we stepped in for some great cocktails and a little snack. All the food has that flare. So good! The bartender was really informative, helpful, knew the menu well, and had some great suggestions. Really cool vibe here as well. Was super fun to go here before Halloween Horror Nights.

We were here on Thanksgiving and there was no wait to get in at 8:30pm. My husband sat in the patio area since they would not let me in with a drink from another restaurant and he was really hungry. I was able to stand at his table from over the fence until I finished my drink. They check men with a wand metal detector going in. They don't seem to check women. They may check purses, but I don't carry one. They had live music and the musician was really good. It was pop country type music. If it's like the one in Charlotte, they have different styles of music on different nights. It just depends on the band that's playing. Our waitress was really busy, so service was not fast. I ended up going to the bar myself and ordering a drink. Someone else brought my husband's wrap out from the kitchen. Our waitress didn't come back until we were finished. They were probably understaffed because of the holiday. I didn't mind going to the bar to order my own drink. They also will take food orders at the bar, in case you run into slow service. With the open bar area you can easily hear the music from the sidewalk. I think they might have an age restriction after a certain time. So if you're at ICON Park with children, you can still listen to the music from outside.

I took my boyfriend here for his birthday present, and he absolutely loved it!! The band for the opening and intermission, Anyone's Guess, was an amazing act and had a great variety of songs!! They did a special birthday tribute which was cute as well! The food was perhaps the best I've had at a dinner show, but it was served all at once which is one of the only critiques I had. The wrestling was great, though the show ran a bit long! Overall, an amazing experience!

"It's always a great time to sit at the bar early afternoon. There's plenty of seats inside and out, and tv everywhere to keep your eyes busy. Some nights have live music, and it's really good music too! Happy hour is on the cheaper side for I-Drive. They have an open bar and multiple of beers on draft. Our personal favorite is the Lagunitas IPA, $8/pint. Shout out to our bartender, Justin who was serving us all afternoon yesterday. I also overheard their supervisor or manager say "I take care of all my employees" and it shows! Justin was in a great mood and was rocking it at the bar solo."
"While in town I attended the show with a friend. Have to say I was pleasantly surprised. The dinner and show are a really fun way to spend an evening. You can tell that the staff are having fun, which makes the experience enjoyable. Worth a visit!"
