"I like this location better! They gave me a decent amount of fries and hooked me up with hummus lol The girl with the black and red dreads was sweet and made my delicious food! This area is small both inside the restaurant and in the parking lot"
"My recent visit to Bosphorous in Winter Garden was a mixed experience. On the positive side, the restaurant boasts a lovely ambiance with a spacious bar and large windows, creating a pleasant dining atmosphere. The service was excellent; our food arrived promptly, and the staff were attentive throughout our meal. However, the dishes themselves left something to be desired. We started with humus and babaganoush, which were tasty but disappointingly small for their price. The standout was definitely the hollow bread--it was delicious and worth trying.Unfortunately, the main courses didn't live up to expectations. The falafel, sigara boregi, and zucchini patties were all overly greasy and lacked flavor. While the portions were decent, the quality didn't justify the cost.Overall, while this restaurant offers a nice atmosphere and great service, the inconsistency in food quality and pricing was disappointing. Personally, I prefer dining at places with better value for money and more flavorful dishes.Bosphorous Winter Garden has its charms, but I won't be rushing back anytime soon due to the food not meeting expectations."

"This restaurant is right across from the courthouse in DTO. It is clean and spacious. Staff is nice and helpful. Their food is delicious."
"I'm in Orlando for the Warrior Games 2024, staying at the Holiday Inn and Suites, on Regency Village Drive.Today, I ordered the Chicken Biryani and Chicken Tikka Leg Quarter through GrubHub. It was absolutely delicious."
"This may be the best little hidden restaurant on Restaurant Row! I was welcomed warmly when I entered despite the near full dining room. I chose the Magical Dining menu and for my appetizer I opted for the safiha, little Lebanese meat pies full of spices- super yummy. For my main I chose the lamb chops which came with veggies (I asked for them to hold the carrots) and white rice. These were by far the most flavorful veggies I've ever had- the lamb chops were tasty but the veggies were the star for sure! I chose the baklava for my dessert and it wasn't as sweet as other ones I've had from Turkish restaurants. Originally my rice didn't come out with my dish but I simply asked the manager and he brought it right over."
"Anything you order at Shiraz market you can't go wrong. 5 stars for food I can't put down, literally won't put my fork down.We normally order the combo platter, $13 that comes with chicken and ground meat, a fried tomato, basmati rice, lime and some red onions. The potion of rice alone is massive and enough for two people. It comes with tahini and a spicy sauce, I have to say I wish they offered bigger containers. This time we ordered ahead but it wasn't ready when we got there. It was nice to check out their new space, much bigger than Shiraz's previous location. So many different things to explore. Grabbed some Paratha $2, falafel with sesame, $4 and huge pita $2.5. There were so many dips to choose from when we checked out, we grabbed Haydari. It's a yogurt mint dip, excellent with the combo. There's so many things on the counter worth trying, we also got some baklava for dessert. One order comes with 4, for $4. They even let us do two different flavors 2 pistachio and 2 walnut. I love this place I highly recommend it if you haven't tried it!"
"The first thing that prompted this review was the pleasant welcoming smile and remeanor of Kaleo. Once he took my order, he suggested the perfect plate for my wife. He then brought the food to us. The food was great and fresh. Kaleo then proceeded to check on us twice, as it it were a full service restaurant. Great food, excellent service and good atmosphere."
"Many have mentioned them as Orlando's best kept secret, and they definitely are! I've passed by the intersection of OBT and Sand Lake multiple times and never would I have thought this quaint restaurant would be there. It's been a while since I visited and never completed this review. We came at an awkward time for *linner* so the owner and chef were really attentive and took the time to serve and explain the dishes to us. We got plenty of appetizers instead and the chef kept bringing things out just for us to try.We got tabouleh, babaganoush, hummus, stuffed grape leaves, stuffed cabbage leaves, and an item we had to call ahead to make for us called Kibbeh Nayyeh which was the main reason we came there. It's a seasoned raw minced beef dish that's served with onions/cucumbers and is used to grab with pita. We were down to get dirty and everything was eaten with our hands (and the lovely owner showed us how it was really done). Definitely a nice hidden gem in the middle of all the touristy places in Orlando near the Florida Mall. Owners were down to earth and loved my meal completely more because she welcomed us in and made me feel like I was eating a home cooked meal with family. The place to go when you feel like trying something new and different and leaving with a full heart and stomach."
"One of the few favorites for everything! They have great food and amazing desserts. The service is always nice and the place is cozy and clean. Highly recommend this to anyone who loves to eat well and healthy and tasty. Just be sure to leave some of their amazing baklava for me!"

I am a Little Greek lover and it is one of my go to's for lunch or dinner. It is always fresh and consistent. This restaurant did provide a great experience. The restaurant is clean and has a good amount of seating. The staff is friendly and attentive and sure were handling a busy time well. They took care of both takeout orders and inside orders in an organized manner and with good timing. We ordered the dolmades and 2 mini greek salads with grilled chicken. I asked to have the chicken cooked a bit longer and it came out great and tasty! The salad was fresh and plenty. I have been to this restaurant a couple of times and it sure is one of my go to's around the area. Thanks for a delicious and healthy lunch!

I love this restaurant and the location in Horizon West. The ambience is great and the happy hour specials are such a great deal. This is the perfect place to meet up with friends or even a large group on the patio. The fluffy bread is a great starter along with all of the dips For a main course try anything lamb to have your mind blown...the spices and seasonings are unlike any other local restaurant. I always appreciate the attention to detail and explanations from the servers with any questions about their local cuisine.

I didn't expect to like this as much as I did, but I really liked it the first time. The food tasted extremely delicious, super tender, and definitely hit all the tastebuds I needed it to hit. It seems to be a quite popular place as well because a lot of people came in and out of here, especially for lunchtime. It's a shame it took me so long to finally come here, but I can say that I finally here and I'm definitely a fan of this restaurant and a bit more integrated in Greek Mediterranean meals. I'll be back for sure.

Yemen food. We did not try their Mandi. But we do have Kabsah rice. The place is in the the halal food plaza. The same plaza has a middle eastern grocery store, two halal restaurants and more. We got the family mix tandoori platter. This platter has chicken tikka, chicken kabab boti, ground lamb. This dish accompanied with kabsah rice. Food is good. Service is good. Grilled meat prepared fast. Good value.

It was Christmas. Where to go? Asian? No Lebanese. Reservations were booked on Open Table. Cedars' wasn't busy when we arrived, but patrons began to arrive later. Service was slow at first. The server was not very attentive. The food was outstanding. Two people had the rack of lamb. They pronounced the lamb as "the best." Other orders were salmon, kabobs & vegetable platter.

Solid spot for a meal. It's a spacious establishment filled with amazing smells. Food is very yummy - our go to's are their salad, gyro or their platter with protein added on. They share parking with other businesses so there are usually a good amount of open spots. The service is relatively quick.

Yelp 100 Review Challenge 2017 45/100 I decided on this restaurant on the recommendation of The Yelp Reviews. It was my friend's birthday and we wanted to try someplace new and she wanted mediterranean food. When we walked in the restaurant was completely empty.... um ok? This was a little scary? Why wasn't it full with people drooling over the food like in the reviews. I almost thought about turning back. But we were invested. So we sat down and the lady who served us was also the owner and the cook! She was very sweet and spoke to us for a bit. We talked politics for a bit. She said she was proud to be an American citizen now and was looking forward to voting. She brought out warm pita bread and hummus. We ordered and everything was delicious. I ordered a simple grilled chicken salad and my friend ordered a chicken falafel. The restaurant is very spacious and would probably be great for large groups. The only weird thing was the bathroom. There were two toilets and only one door. No stall between..... awkward. Since there was no one in the restaurant I wasn't really worried but I locked the one door anyway. Lol

"Went to Bosphorous on Park Ave for a lunch date with a friend. We sat outside to people watch and enjoy the weather. We both got the Adana but I got the lamb and she got the chicken. It's consistently a good dish, which is a lot to say because this place has been around for a long time and the food always taste the same and it's always delicious. We of course also had to get the lavosh with some baba ganoush and hummus. The bread was pillowy and warm and the dips were fresh and yummy. Our server was super attentive and helpful. Glad to know this staple of Park Ave is still a quality place to eat."
"Stumbled upon this hidden gem. The food was excellent, absolutely excellent!!! The service was amazing. Very kind and welcoming. Highly recommend! Check them out!"
"Ordered pick up for 4 people who were all very happy with their meals.I specifically had the veggie combo platter, which was absolutely wonderful. It also came with a side salad. Everything was super fresh. I would order this again! The only issue is one in the party ordered a soup, but they sent the salad for the side instead."
"I was on the fence as the Yelp reviews are split, however I was impressed with the culture of the service and the hospitality I received. My server was from Bangladesh and had the sweetest most pleasant manner. She made my visit to Orlando memorable and I will definitely stop by again when in town."
"Avalon Pockets is always amazing. The serving sizes are massive and the flavor in everything is delicious. Their platters are easy to share and their pita and hummus are addictive. Their garlic sauce is intense and wonderful. You'll smell like garlic for days, but it's worth it. Quick service whether you dine in or get takeout. And they're always quick on uber eats and deliver solid portions then too! Inside is very casual. If you want delicious and flavorful food to fill you up - I highly recommend."
"We stopped here for lunch and decided to eat outside, as it was too beautiful to be indoors. There were some communication issues, as the waitress' English didn't seem to be too perficient, but we worked with it. Her enthusiasm, or lack thereof, for her position, was more of the concern. But again, it was a beautiful day, and we weren't in a rush. The menu options had me salivating. I admit, I was starving, but everything really did look so tasty. It was difficult for me to choose just one thing. We weren't disappointed. The food was fantastic!!! Portion sizes were also very generous, and the prices were reasonable. Definitely recommend this place for great food."
"Quick service, quality food and nice portions. For 2 of us, $30 had us leaving stuffed. The food was of nice quality and good taste. We will return."
"This place is located in a strip mall near the outlets and walking in, immediately the smells have your mouthwatering. The manager is very passionate and will help you with any suggestions for whatever mood you're in to eat. I wanted to get some tabbouleh but since it was after 6pm, he was sold out. Next time, I'll be back earlier since it's a popular menu item. Anyways, I went with the chicken shawarma wrap which is my personal favorite for a on the go meal. I did have to wait for a bit of time however I know that the wrap was freshly made. When I got to my car, I unwrapped my shawarma wrap - and the smells in my car! The chicken is marinated in herbs and spices and is topped with parsley, pickles, tahini and garlic sauce. The garlic sauce here is the star of the show. It's rich and creamy and compliments the tahini so well. The pita wrap is very fresh and soft when you bite into it. Then you have that bite of that crunchy pickle! The textures and flavors will dance on your taste buds when you eat here. I will have to stop by when they first open so I can get a variety of menu items to indulge in."
"This Persian restaurant was great! The servers were all great and were very attentive. I love my chicken kubideh. My spouse had his favorite, Zereshk Polo and he loved it too. We highly recommend this restaurant. It was very quiet inside, so I was actually able to hear myself talking."
"Located in the heart of Maitland, just down the street from the Enzian. Doesn't look like much from the outside, one yelper described it as an old photo hut. Don't let that dissuade you though because really good mediterranean food can be had here. I came here after a doctors visit and opted for the salad bowl. My brother got the gyro, and we shared the fries and hummus sides. All the food had really good flavor, and not salty at all like you find in a lot of restaurants. Service was really great. There were two people inside the hut, both really nice. The guy offered us refills on our hibiscus drinks which were really good. I don't know how the visit could've been any better, would definitely come back."
"This place is a must try! This restaurant was small and quiet, perfect for a nice family meal. I appreciated their patience with me as a first-timer; they were very friendly and willing to explain each item on the menu. The food came out quickly and tasted very fresh. The price was very reasonable given the large portions. Honestly, everything was delicious!! You can tell everything about this restaurant is authentic. I can't way to go back!"
"I checked out this restaurant when it was pretty new. I had heard great things about the Winter Springs location, so I was excited to have one close to my house. There is not another restaurant like this in the area, so it is a welcome addition. The staff was very welcoming and seemed excited to share their cuisine with my group. The baba ganoush was the best I've had and I really liked the multi grain pitas. I got the Heart of Jerusalem salad and it was massive and delicious. I really enjoyed the sage tea and the presentation was really nice. Baklava was also very yummy. Prices were reasonable and portions were big. We will definitely be back soon!"
"Went here for the first time opening weekend back in October and thought it was okay back then. Made a second trip a couple of weeks ago to Orlando and really enjoyed it this time around. Their weekend special halwi puri was amazing. We made sure to have breakfast here two days in a row because of how good it was. The desi food here is on point really enjoyed their paratha unda and paratha rolls as well. To top if off they have the best falooda i've had in Orlando. This is a must visit spot in Florida and the owners/staff go above and beyond to make sure you have a great experience each time."
