I enjoyed meeting up with my brother and some friends here. I savor the experience and can't wait to go back. Second, I like that the name stands for Coffee for the Soul. The staff work hard to make sure that you have the best experience. This franchise has eight locations but somehow they manage to make you feel like it's a warm and friendly mom and pop coffee shop. Third, they specialize in Colombian coffee. Wow, do they get it right. The last time I had Colombian coffee this good I was sitting in the kitchen of my Colombian neighbors condo in Miami back in the 80's. I just love the attention to detail all the way down to colorful cups that make you feel like you are at someone's home."

"Yes, they are expensive, but they're doing something right. I tried my first ever acai bowl here shortly after they opened. Yes, I was a little shocked by the cost, but the quality is most definitely there. I loved it so much I tried acai bowls at a couple different places and have to conclude that theirs is superior. They use freshly blended acai as opposed to acai sorbet other places use, so it's not overly sugary and sweet. I like to order my bowl and customize it ahead of time on their app. I live a block away and they always have it ready by the time I arrive.Staff is hard working and friendly. A very welcome addition to the neighborhood."

Because I checked on Yelp and it had rave reviews AND their menu looked delicious!When we arrived, But First Coffee Shop is located in a smaller stripmall, but don't let that fool you! There's plenty of parking available. When we arrived this place was hopping. Every table was taken.We were quickly greeted by one of the owners. She was just lovely. She was peppy, smiling, ready to help! I love that this coffee shop is rooted in faith and family owned. It gives you a welcoming and accepting feeling, and just feels like home. Everyone in our party was set to order. I wound up ordering a brown sugar cinnamon oat milk iced latte, my one sister ordered the nutella iced latte, my mom ordered a caramel iced latte, and my other sister ordered a matcha latte.To eat we wound up getting a few breakfast sandwiches and a mallorca con jamon y queso.Everything was delicious! "The Energy Lab is marketed as a European style cafe and juice bar. They offer exclusive tea blends, unique Origin coffees and all natural smoothies & juices. They also have a small selection of baked goods. My espresso was made to order and it taste amazing. I definitely enjoyed it. The cherry blush is also very good. I don't think that there is a bad item on the menu. It's a wifi free zone so that you are encouraged to mingle with your neighbors instead of checking emails or texting. That's a great idea but the three times that I visited I was the only customer in the restaurant."

There is another location on Plant Street that opened several years ago that has a strong following. They have a scratch kitchen and offer a nice mix of healthy choices. Today I decided to go with a fruit smoothie and it was fresh and delicious. The service was fast and friendly. Seating is limited to counter top and a couple of tables outside."

"Cute little coffee shop. Service was quick. The place got busy, fast, on a Saturday morning around 10. I'd say the cup of coffee was decently priced. I bet I could've gotten a refill if I asked but I only had time for one. They give you a number so they can bring your order out to you. Thought that was weird for a cup of coffee. Soon enough the numbers were all mixed up and our group of 8 refused a couple food and drink items that arrived that were not ours! Some of our items took awhile to arrive- maybe they went to the wrong table! I did not eat but the girls had the avocado toast and the açaí bowl and it all looked good. We had a variety of coffees and teas and everyone was happy. They had a little booth in the corner they reserved for our special occasion and we were grateful. Such a fun time."

"Located in the heart of beautiful Celebration, this space is wonderful. They just opened this week so they are adding more inventory each day. I was so happy to find many gifts available, as well as food and smoothies. We tried the PB&J and Cafe Mocha smoothies. They do not do juices currently but may add them soon. The smoothies were good and not sweet. The soaps were amazing and beautiful. There was a nice selection of scented oils and diffusers too. This seems like the type of store you need to visit often to see what new sparkly things they have added. It's more like a general store than just a shop or smoothie bar. The service was wonderful. They explained the menu and we talked about the prepared foods selection. You can save by buying more meals at once. Ask for pricing and menu options."

"This place is a 15/10! Matt and his family are soooo extremely kind hearted! This was my first visit here and they took the time to explain every single menu item and ingredients! He told me their overall story. outdoor seating and I 100% suggest going up to the window to order but they also have a drive thru. If you're looking for the coolest drinks mixed with your favorite sodas or lemonade this is the spot for you. Not only drinks but their desserts are amazing. I got a brownie sundae and it was by far the moistest and most deliciously chocolate brownie ever. I also got to try a mixed drink w/ sprite and it was awesome. Cookies are extremely soft and decadent and you HAVE to try one, ask to see the examples at the window! I will 100% be coming back. Best everything!"

"Stopped by again for a 2nd time. I'm not sure what happened, but unfortunately it wasn't the same amazing-ness as last time. The flavors were good but sooooooo sweet. The tapioca pearls were so fresh though, so I loved that! But Last time our drinks were PERFECTION. The owner herself made our drinks last time so that's prob why? And I didn't notice the price before, but it is way more the most boba places so just beware. I'd visit one more time though and then make my final decision to see if it's worth it."

The cafe con leche doesn't come with sugar so make sure to ask for it if you want it added. They also have sugar and utensils available to the side if you want to add it yourself!It was my first time trying a Colombian hot dog and I was pleasantly surprised with how well the flavor combinations worked together. The sweetness from the pineapple balances out the salty toppings. Overall amazing food options with great/quick service!"

The coffee is the same Joffrey's coffee you can get a little further away at the kiosk, however this one just tastes better in my opinion. The flavor of the shakin' Jamaican coffee here is smoother and have a more robust flavor.The cast member that helped me during my recent trip here recommended the chocolate milkshake and told me that the other one that was a dollar more was nothing special, aside from a donut hole being placed on top. I like he didn't try to upsell me for a bite of a donut. The milkshake flavor was sweet without being overpowering. I loved the spacey metallic colored sprinkles they placed on the top of the milkshake, however they were super crunchy and not my favorite tasting. It looked nice and when I drank them with the drink, I did not notice the crunch. The whipped cream on top was a nice addition and gave it a creamy flavor with each sip.The prices here are basic theme park Disney prices but on a hot day, spending six dollars on a pretty large milkshake will be totally justifiable like it was in my case. I also loved how the entire ambience makes me feel like I stepped into the future with the metal and chrome everywhere as well as some really funny signs on some of the walls that are future based!"

"I popped in here when I was visiting a friend who lives nearby. Friend does zero research on what's in their neighborhood. After getting lunch at an overpriced Thai place on I drive, I needed something to redeem the trip and found this cute little coffee shop. Tucked away into a strip mall, Achilles doesn't bring the bland exterior vibe inside. The walls are covered in all sorts of funky art. The chairs are mismatched. There's chalkboard signs, board games, and books. There's even a weird vending machine where my friend bought a mystery 90s item. The lighting is a little dimmer than a chain location. It reminds me of a place I used to go 10+ years ago that closed and got turned into a mediocre slice shop. The world needs more of these little treasures.We went up to the counter to grab a menu and see the options. The folks behind the counter were patient with us while we figured our order out. I joked that my friend should order an affogato because they're a less common coffee shop find. "What's an affogato?" Well, imagine a coke float but with espresso instead of soda. Sold. I went with a very predictable boring latte but I wasn't really feeling their seasonal drink. My mug was perfect, my friend found out about the evil temptress named affogato, and it was an absolute redemption after lunch. I only wish I had a place like this near me because I miss having a coffee shop that also has events like tarot nights, spoken word, and sea shanty nights!"

I just got the regular milk tea with boba since it's my go-to when trying a new boba place. It was really good and the tapioca had perfect consistency and flavor. They also have the viral bubble waffle, which I didn't get to try this time. The owners are a friendly couple who always remover us when ever we come back to get our favorite smoothies! They have practically seen me grow up. I always get the strawberry banana smoothie and my mom loves the chocolate with protein. The protein powder adds a almost marshmellowy flavor to it. They are also so kind that they usually give us extra. All of the smoothies are so creamy and just the best thing ever. I know that this seems crazy for me to go on and on about a smoothie but other smoothies just don't compare. They also now sell soft serve and hard ice cream, I have not tried them but they look very good. I will continue to keep coming here as long as they are here and I hope that is long enough for me to bring my kids here."

The vibe was hip, quaint and colorful - Which I was a fan of, but I do think they should offer more seating in the empty space to the right when you walk inside the building. "A tasty afternoon treat while I was running errands! I dropped in here after searching for something refreshing to drink - and was pleasantly surprised by the atmosphere and offerings. Everything is protein rich, low sugar, and has probiotics - and somehow still manages to taste delicious. I saw a couple of people in there eating açaí bowls for lunch. I tried the chunky monkey shake (banana, peanut butter, and chocolate), and it was very tasty!
