"Every time we are in the Orlando area we try to eat at NYPD Pizza at least once. The service is always prompt, and the experience is always great. We were at a school resource conference this week at Shingle Creek, and stopped in for a salad and mozzarella sticks. Everything was great, as usual and the price was right compared to most of the Orlando area. It's a great atmosphere loaded with NYPD and other NY memorabilia, and it's a draw for local first-responders, law enforcement and other public services professionals. We also opted for the slice of the day on our last day in Orlando, and it was excellent! Try it once and you'll probably enjoy it."
"Stefano's always delivers if you want classic pasta dishes. They make a mean chicken parm on a bed of pasta that easily feeds me and a kid, plus it comes with a salad or soup. We almost always get to go but the staff is great the time we ate at the restaurant. They also have a live pianist most nights. An overlooked family favorite is the tortellini - it comes in a creamy red sauce and a broiled layer of cheese on top. The only thing we haven't liked from here was the pizza. The crust wasn't crunchy enough but it was still pizza, so, you know. But we've gone to traditional pizza places instead. Stefano's is still a family favorite we frequent often!"
A tasty tower with thin pasta, bechamel sauce, provolone cheese, mozzarella cheese and our house rich bolognese sauce. Served with choice of side salad and bowl of soup.

"Pizza was by far the best I've had in Florida. The white pizza is to die for. Bruno is very personable and one to talk about."
"I had been looking for a restaurant that had - as I called it - cheese wheel pasta (aka - pasta alla routa). I looked up "cheese wheel pasta" and came across Tartini and they definitely exceeded my expectations.Tartini is a free-standing restaurant within feet of a strip of businesses off of Orange Avenue, south of downtown Orlando (it's among a string of used car businesses). Although the parking lot is small, my husband and I didn't struggle to find a spot.Upon entering Tartini, you are warmly greeted. They have outdoor seating as well as table and booth indoor seating. My husband and I began our meal with the fried burrata. The dish came with homemade focaccia bread and was creamy goodness. For our entrees, I - of course - ordered the pasta alla routa and a "side" order of chicken Parmesan. To enhance the dining experience, Tartini has a robot that brings out some of your dishes. I named him "Frank" and I loved him! For my beloved cheese wheel pasta, they dim the lights for the table side creation of the pasta alla routa, during which bourbon is set on fire to melt the cheese before the pasta is folded in. Our server allowed my husband and I to try some of the Parmesan cheese before it was melted - it was delicious fresh and melted! The final product was heavenly! And the "side" of chicken Parmesan was larger than me head (and I have a big head!). Besides the gargantuan size, it was one of the most delicious chicken Parmesan's I've ever had! My husband chose lasagna for his entree and loved it so much, that he exclaimed, "This is what I'll measure all other lasagnas against."Even though we were both full (and had full "to go" containers), we wanted to try dessert, so we ordered the limoncello cake and were excited to see "Frank" bring it out shortly.I cannot give our dining experience enough praise and we will definitely be back!"
"Our favorite breakfast place on property! The service is always great and we love the ambiance. It's not the typical Mickey waffle style sit down breakfast. The steak and eggs, and the breakfast pizza are fantastic, and the tiramisu bread pudding is probably our favorite sweet treat in all of WDW. We also got the pressed pot of coffee and it was great. Afterwards we took what coffee we had left to go and strolled around the boardwalk. Makes for a perfect morning!"
"I've been going to the Disney Parks regularly since 2001. I was a cast member and my home park was the Studios so I've spent lots of time here in particular. I had never been to Mama Melrose's other than in passing on my very first training day. After dining there last night, I know why. Let's talk about what was good first. The restaurant is wonderfully themed (no surprise) and I loved all the little details. There was a bit of a wait past our reservation but it was communicated well from the host stand and that is always appreciated. Our server Grant was friendly and made great recommendations (that I wish I would have taken) but also a bit absent when it came to refills. All of this was making for a good dining experience, but unfortunately I chose the wrong dish. My girlfriends enjoyed their meals (chicken parm and NY strip Steak) but the meal I ate...well, just didn't cut it. We started with Mozzarella sticks for the table. They were ok, nothing to write home about but I'm not expecting a reinventing of the wheel when I'm eating mozzarella sticks lol. My entree, Mama's Pasta with shrimp was so very very sad. The sauce was thin and breaking (butter separating) as I ate it. The Shrimp were ok but lacked seasoning. The squash was undercooked, the kale was nice but I wished there was more. I'll eat a mushroom however it's presented so I won't complain about that. All in all, I'm not going to be sad when this restaurant closes, but if you are at the studios and can't get in anywhere else you'll be ok here (just don't order Mama's Pasta)."
"A solid Italian joint off of Main Street USA for our first park day dinner! The waiter was very upbeat and friendly, exactly the vibes we needed after a jam packed, fun filled day 1 at Magic Kingdom in the heat of Florida. The kids' menus are nice since they have coloring and activities (maze, word search, etc), and the entrees come with a drink and 2 sides (like fruit, dessert, pasta). We started out with a round of drinks, including a blue lemonade Frozen mocktail (in souvenir cup), limoncello cocktail (about $17), and a beer. My shrimp linguine entree was very comforting and a notch above average but not that 5 star stellar. Our fried mozz stick appetizer tasted better than it looked (like huge churros). This was a solid dinner stop that allowed us to carb up for Magic Kingdom day 2 the following day. All in cost for our party of 4: $183."
"Whether for dinner, drinks, or just a snack - I love this place! First off- parking is tricky. So know that going in. You might get lucky, or you might have to look around for a bit. But it will be worth it. Ride your bike! The restaurant has a very upscale vibe, while simultaneously feeling very "Florida casual". You'll be at home in a suit jacket or flip flops. The service is always super friendly and they have an inside/outside bar for while you wait. The food is incredible. Pizza is amazing and pastas are all very good. I haven't had anything didn't like. Great for celebrations or just happy hour. Do yourself a favor and head to F&D!"
"Loved the staff! Emily was amazing. Drinks were great. I recommend the espresso martini. The space was busy during dinner time on a Friday. Loved the ambiance."
"First visit here. Our daughter-in-love had tried their pizza at the Great Southern Box Company and loved it. Their restaurant in Altamonte has a more extensive menu.We started with the meatball appetizer. The meatballs are tender and flavorful, and the marinara sauce was delicious. I got the Figgin Awesome pizza, and my husband had the Rigatoni Ida. Everything was outstanding. They even had Pinot Noir by the glass from Coelho, one of my favorite Oregon wineries. Kevin provided stellar service and suggestions. We'll definitely be back!"
"Food is always great in this restaurant. The best Tiramisu and chicken parm. Service and ambiance is great."
"Family dinner of 14 came in over the past weekend and had a wonderful dinner hosted here. The interior was very nice and comfortable. The staff did a great job of providing privacy for our group. Our waiter was excellent at his job with providing us recommendations, laughing and joking along with us, and preformed his services well with no complaints of anything from our group all evening. Food was excellent and came in reasonable amount of time for how many people we had. The staff made sure we had plenty of drinks and bread while we waited. We ordered a couple apps and all shared as well as desserts. Everything was on point and nothing missed. I just can't say how much the service exceeded expectations though. It was a gift indeed and our family appreciated it. Would definitely recommend and more than likely return."

NYPD Pizza is located in a decent sized and relatively well-kept shopping plaza with plenty of parking l. The staff is friendly and professional and the place has a generally good ambiance and vibe.NYPD Pizza offers a pretty good pizza and I have been here a few times and the pizza is pretty consistent. I grew up in New Jersey and I always pretty much took it for granted that great pizza could be found on pretty much every corner. When I moved down here to sunny Florida, imagine my surprise and dismay to find that great pizza, or even good pizza, was not available on every corner. In fact, it was possible to not find pizza in a whole time. So, when you find good pizza, it is indeed a reason to celebrate and what better way to celebrate than with a slice of pizza in hand?I would definitely recommend here.

Stefano's Trattoria is located in a shopping plaza and from the outside is rather unassuming, but the inside has a very welcoming and warm ambiance. I got a takeout order from Stefano's Trattoria and I have to say that the pleasant woman handling my order was incredible. She was friendly and professional and truly is an incredible representative of this business.I had ordered a veal parmigiana and an eggplant parmigiana. They offer a choice between a soup or a salad and since the soup was Italian wedding soup, we opted for the soups. When I got home and opened the food, the first thing to jump out to me was that they gave us something akin to dinner rolls rather than Italian bread. Oh well, everyone does their thing. I would have preferred Italian bread. The Italian wedding soup was rather bland. I cannot say that I was a fan.As for the veal parmigiana and eggplant parmigiana and the accompanying pasta. Sadly, it was also rather lackluster. Overall, the food here was pretty much a huge disappointment. I cannot see myself returning here for a meal.

Tartini Pizzeria and Spaghetteria is an excellent spot for delicious Italian fare. Their lasagna is massive, packed with layers of flavor, and truly satisfying--perfect for anyone with a big appetite! But my personal favorite is the salmon piccata. The salmon is perfectly cooked, with a light, tangy lemon caper sauce that elevates the dish beautifully. The service is very attentive, and the staff goes out of their way to ensure a great dining experience. The restaurant has a cozy, welcoming atmosphere, making it the perfect place for a relaxed meal. Whether you're in the mood for pasta, pizza, or seafood, This place delivers high-quality meals every time. I highly recommend stopping by!

A really good breakfast is really hard to find @ WDW but finally we've found it .. .. Make your way to the BOARDWALK and this underrated gem of a restaurant .. ..AL FORNO EGGS skillet was lovely with Eggs, Italian Sausage & Cheese along with 3 freshly-baked pieces of their bread .. .. Wonderful .. ..And, reservations are not all that difficult here so even if you're not @ EPCOT, 'TAF' is a spot worth busing over for!

We made one last visit to Mama Melrose (it'll soon be closed for good. As usual, the food and portion sizes were fantastic.I had the Margherita Pizza, and added prosciutto as a topping. It was delicious.I'd say we will return, but the restaurant is closing.

Great food, but had to wait 30 mins past our reservation time to get seated when we checked in 15 minutes early. This place is clearly busy but having to wait 30 minutes past a reservation is absurd. Unfortunately you're held hostage here. If I would have known it was the case we would have just left and got dinner elsewhere to avoid to post fireworks craziness. That said, the food here is top notch and our server was excellent too! We got a salad and garlic bread (a must) to start. Then my wife got spaghetti and meatballs (two gigantic meatballs) and I got the baked ziti. I loved mine and my wife shared a meatball to give my dish some protein. We got a bottle of wine which was a good price for what it was! I'd recommend an earlier reservation and build in some buffer time since they clearly need some organizational help.

"I came here for lunch. The food was good portions and taste was just right for a quick lunch. I enjoyed the sauce on penne and mussels. The server was nice and made good recommendations. Great lunch spot!"
"I love their food. We go there quite often when we are ready for some good Italian food. The service is good and ambience is fantastic. You need to check it out."
"This is my all time FAVORITE lunch spot in Orlando. I talk about this place so often that it may even be borderline embarrassing. Regardless, I will never stop talking about Pickles. You can tell that Pickles is a regular spot for many in the community! They always have customers and orders coming in. I usually stop in on the weekends - definitely the busier time of the week for them - but never have an issue with finding a table. I'm happy to sit outside and bask in the Florida sun and see all the cute dogs that come to visit the outdoor seating space. Service is attentive and friendly. The food is always great and comes out pretty quick . There is so much on the menu to choose from too! Pickles is a wonderful, family friendly spot and is highly recommended."
"La Luce at Signia by Hilton Bonnet Creek - A Decade of Excellence It's been a while since I last reviewed La Luce, but let me set the record straight--it remains just as phenomenal as when I first dined there 10 years ago. The quality, service, and ambiance have stood the test of time, making it one of the best Italian restaurants in Orlando.I've been a loyal guest ever since, and no matter how many times I visit, the team treats every guest with the same warm hospitality--whether it's your first time or your 50th. That says a lot. Ambiance & ExperienceLa Luce underwent a renovation about a year ago, and the refreshed setup is spacious, elegant, and inviting. There's a comfortable entry area for walk-ins, a well-stocked bar, and private dining rooms for events of 30-40 guests. Plus, the views? Spectacular. You get a glimpse of the lazy river, golf course, and even fireworks around 9 PM.Valentine's Day Dinner I dined at La Luce on February 14th for a Valentine's Day dinner. I made the mistake of not booking a reservation, but they kindly held a walk-in table for me. That's the kind of service that keeps me coming back!Food Highlights La Luce's menu never disappoints, and our meal was no exception: Fried Olives - A must-try! Crispy, lightly breaded, perfectly seasoned with just the right kick. If you're an olive fan, this is for you. Margherita Pizza - Wood-fired to perfection. Thin crust, balanced sauce (not too acidic, not too sweet), and fresh basil. Tomato Basil Soup - Delicious, though I would have preferred it a bit hotter. Pork Chop - A standout dish! Their recipe seems to have changed recently--more flavorful, juicy, and tender, paired beautifully with sweet potato mash & roasted dates. Crab & Lobster Mascarpone - Absolute perfection. Rich, creamy, and indulgent. Ribeye Steak - Cooked medium rare to perfection. Special Valentine's Dessert - We were so full but had to end on a sweet note!Drinks & Spirits Their wine selection is extensive, featuring incredible Italian, Argentinian, Chilean, and American wines. For bourbon and whiskey lovers, their selection is top-notch. And for my fellow tequila enthusiasts, you won't find the typical celebrity additive-filled brands here. Instead, you'll find Fortaleza (Los Abuelos) and other high-quality options.I always order their Margarita--crafted with freshly squeezed lime, quality tequila, agave, and orange liqueur. No mixers, no shortcuts--just a perfectly balanced cocktail.Shoutout to the Amazing Staff The heart of La Luce is its incredible team. Special thanks to Luque, Nella, Cesar, Stephano, Ricardo, Jeff, and Alberto for always providing exceptional service. And a heartfelt mention to Shirley, who always greeted my son and me with a warm smile at the pizza-making station.Final Thoughts La Luce at Signia by Hilton Bonnet Creek is a gem that never loses its shine. Whether you're a local or visiting Disney Springs, it's a must-visit for a refined yet welcoming dining experience. "During a business trip to Orlando, we were on the lookout for a nice spot to enjoy a salad for lunch before an event. By chance, we stumbled upon this gem, and we couldn't have been luckier! The outdoor patio offered a wonderful atmosphere with just the right amount of shade on a sunny day. My salad was absolutely perfect! Although I can't recall its name, it featured beets, goat cheese, shredded chicken, arugula, and the most delightful dressing. The portion was so generous that I only managed to eat half for lunch, saving the rest for a tasty snack later.I will definitely return to North Italia the next time I'm in the area!"
"Visited a few months ago with my wife for a date night. Customer service is excellent, they all make you feel very welcomed. We ordered the charcuterie ahead of our meal and gave it a 10/10. My wife ordered the ravioli and I ordered the lasagna. I personally did not finish my meal, but all for good reason. The portions are very generous. The night we went they had a gentleman singing Italian songs, made for a very romantic atmosphere. Lights are dim, very homey. Highly recommended."
"The pizza was one of the best and closest to New York pizza out here in Florida! The employees were so welcoming."
"Small place but great food and service. Sauce flavors were outstanding. Garlic knots you get served for free were great. Eggplant Parmesan was fantastic. Will be back!"
"I love how friendly they are when you walk in everything so clean the bar is pretty they serve you garlic bread with herb butter when you sit down and the food is fresh and delicious. They make you feel like family here definitely recommend"
"I was in Lake Mary for a conference and this restaurant was close by my hotel! My friend and I decided to check it out and it was a great decision! It is a small Italian restaurant with a few indoor seafaring and a few outside. It is definitely authentic as most of the servers and staff were speaking Italian. They also speak English! Our server Holly was amazing! They give you complimentary bread and olive oil dip which was great! We had a bottle of Pinot Noir and for my entree I had a tomato based pasta dish with pork pieces which is imported from Italy! Wow it was so flavorful, fresh, and delicious! This meal truly touched my soul! My friend had a spaghetti dish with salmon and she enjoyed it as well. For dessert I got a chocolate dessert with ice cream the sheep was hard chocolate and the ice cream was delicious! If I am ever back in Lake Mary I will return!"
"Great food and service all at a reasonable price. Melanie the manager is awesome, any time I have a special request it's never a problem.... Great neighborhood spot!"
"We decided to try out this spot for my bf's birthday as he was craving seafood, and specifically gator tail. The place has a casual vibe and generous amount of seating. Our server was pleasant and checked on us regularly. We started with the fried Gator tail. It was pretty good, not overly battered or greasy. Some pieces were a bit rubbery, but overall good gator tail. I will ask if they have alternative dipping sauce next time since I'm not a huge honey mustard fan, but obviously that's just personal preference! For our meals, we both got the pick two seafood combos. I chose blackened mahi mahi and deviled crab bites and my bf chose fried shrimp and clam strips. I loved my mahi mahi. The blackened seasoning was on point with a nice kick of spice and the fish was flaky and tender. I did not care for the deviled crab bites, but I honestly was taking a gamble and wasn't really sure what they were, so I do not blame the restaurant for this since I should have asked to clarify. My bf liked them. I tried his fried shrimp and clams which were good. Prices were reasonable with good portion sizes. Overall, we enjoyed our meal here and I'd definitely go back. I'd like to try the Italian side of their menu next time!"
"OMG1st time here....My 1st question when in any Italian restaurant is...Are your meatballs homemade...YES these are and they melt in your mouth. The pasta dishes we had were outstanding. I will return and try their pizza , Becka( waitress) told us some of her Favs and suggestions."
"A group of 5 of us came to this location on Christmas Eve. I had heard great things from a friend so I was eager to try it. We started with some wine and drinks. The wine was delicious and the sever, extremely attentive to our table. Next we got the bruschetta as an appetizer which I thought as really really good. That along with the bread could have been my main meal. But I decided to get one of their seafood hot plate specials. I didn't love everything on my plate, but appreciated the things that were not fried. It just didn't taste as fresh as I would have liked. I think next time I'll stick to the pizza. We then shared a delicious desert that was a special at the time as well (I think?)Overall, come check this place out ! Maybe stay away from the seafood dishes and try the pasta and pizza. That will be my next choices!"
"I tend to eat here often with family and friends, always a great atmosphere and customer service. The Bake Rigatoni was pretty good. It was my first time getting it. I usually get the spaghetti (which is amazing to me)"
"This has been the BEST Italian food I've put in my mouth. Everything is made fresh and made to order. All my food came out super hot. Everything tasted authentic and I'm complete blown away. We started off with the cheesy dip which I Highly recommend! Their small salads are huge and definitely filled high. We ended up with the chef special sausage and mushroom stuffed shells which came out piping hot straight from the oven. We Wil be back to try more food because we left super stuffed. They were busy on a Monday night for dinner so keep that in mind. Everyone see happy and extremely nice"
"Urban Brick is one of downtown DeLand's delightful culinary standouts. From their pasta choices to their pizzas they offer tasty and well balanced dishes. Our preference are their pasta dishes, with their fiocchi and lasagna being top choices. If you love to bring your four legged canine out to dinner with you, Urban Brick offers a spacious outdoor dining area that is covered. Zach, our 16 year old Maltese gives Urban Brick a 4 Paw Rating. The service is consistent, the servers friendly and able to answer any question about their food choices. Visiting DeLand for a daycation or a weekend? Be sure to add a stop at Urban Brick!"
"We have been away for ten years and our return to the area was crowned by our first time back at Angelina's. My wife and I went with our daughter and her husband. Everything we had was as always amazing. From garlic knots to the antipasto salad and pasta and pizza everything was delicious. The service was like being with family as every request was met with a smile and quick response. The restaurant took us all the way to New York at a pizzeria that was a well oiled machine. The smells, sounds and performance of the cooking staff provided a complete dinning experience. We will once again be regulars to the best Italian food in the county."
"Armando's is one of the only Italian restaurants I really love in Orlando. My family and I have been coming here for years. The outside seating is really nice and inside the restaurant it is loud but you can see the chefs at work in the kitchen. We went here recently to celebrate my mom's birthday and enjoyed the magical dining menu for $40 including an appetizer, entree and dessert. Everything was so good! Calamari fritti, shrimp cocktail, spaghetti Alla vongole, veal piccata, and pumpkin ravioli. For dessert we had the tiramisu and a limoncello cake that were both to die for! I've been nonstop thinking about the meal the last few days and had to give them a good review. If you're reading this, go get yourself some delicious Italian food and enjoy their magical dining special!"
"This family owned and operated restaurant is where it's at. I love that you can go casual and order just a pizza or you can order lovely meals. My personal favorites are chicken Marsala & chicken Parmesan. They have premade meals you can purchase and take home as well. Service is impeccable. All employees are eager to serve and answer any questions you may have. If you're over in this area, definitely stop by and show them some love!"
"The Fettuccine Alfredo and Chicken Parmesan was delicious, the bread was nothing special. It's close by and had a nice menu. We did take out. It's a bit pricey but was delicious."
"Looking for some incredible Italian food in Sanford, look no further than Chianti's. We have visited several times as a group and the food has been wonderful each time. The dining room is small with little space between tables. Definitely not what I expected during a pandemic. The waiters are friendly although not very attentive.Be forewarned, the wine is very expensive and two glasses will run you close to twenty dollars. We had a long wait for food so we drank & debated for several glasses, surprise!Dessert is a dream. You can get the world's best cannolli here. I'm not kidding. The richest creamiest mind blowing treat around! I guarantee we will be back again!"
"This caesar salad had to be one of the best ones i've ever had, so flavorful. The service at this location was very respectful and the ambiance was so calming, definitely perfect for #datenight !!"
