"Chiffon Culture Bakery is filled with decadent and delicious baked goods. While the shop has two locations, this one was the first one to open in Winter Springs! The staff are friendly and will help you make the tough decision of what treats to choose from. They have mostly sweet items but there are some savory things as well. The garlic hot dog pasty was a savory favorite of mine, and the cookies and cream filled croissant was incredible. I washed them down with a Butterfly pea lemonade. It was pretty but the flavor tasted like basic lemonade. It's a quiet and airy space inside so it was perfect for my friend and I to meet and spend time catching up. I'd love to come back to try more yummy things!"

"My first time here. Service was great! I called before arriving to ask if they still have vegan cupcakes left. She told me they did and it was chocolate today (because it switches from that or vanilla). The 3 people I interacted with in person were very nice and helpful. I also saw they sell Kelly's Handmade Ice Cream there (8 different flavors, not sure if those rotate) & coffee and a dairy free option (cookies & cream)! They have a food truck (called Trixie =)) you can rent for events, too! Ambiance was clean and fun. All white with pops of pink. Some seating inside. The chocolate cupcakes with vanilla icing were pretty good. Wish there were more vegan cupcake options. However will definitely be back!"

"I had a cake emergency from the big apple and Scotchie's saved the day. I needed a same-day delivery for a custom cake outside the typical Scotchie's delivery zone, but with a quick call, they worked with me and the cake that was received exceeded all cuteness expectations. The team here really cares about the customer. They charged me a bit more for delivery, but you can't put a price on convenience. Honestly, I cannot say enough about this company. If you need cake delivery in Orlando, or if you need to deliver a cake from anywhere in America Scotchie's is who you want by your side. They make cake delivering an art and I'm their biggest fan."

"This. Place. Is. Awesome!!! The owner and his family emigrated from France to Florida 5 years ago, and have only been in Central Florida for about 6 months. Prior to opening this gem in Winter Park, they owned a Macaron shop in Delray Beach. In this quaint little space, they only offer 2-3 Troyes of French delicacies to choose from, their main one being la Choux. I am probably not doing them any justice with this description, but the pastry itself reminds me of a very well done Creme puff. There are a variety of 20+ flavors of filling, ranging from fruity, to nutty, and everything in between. Consistency is like the inside of a Boston cream doughnut. It is suggested that these are served about 20 minutes after being refrigerated, so brought to room temperature a little, but I prefer them cold so the custard is more firm.The owner let me sample one of these delectable pastries, cutting open and showing me how it was composed, and it was everything that pastry dreams are made of. I, of course, bought a half dozen more to bring home, along with another kind of shiny dome dessert that I don't know the name of. Everything was absolutely delicious! The customer service was amazing as well. The prices are a little steep, but the quality is there so it's worth it.I really really hope this local business succeeds!"

"I wanted to get the cutest owl cake for my like my own sister's baby shower. I started planning early since it was out of town and had to do some searching for a baker that was in the Orlando area. Most bakeries are not open on Sundays and I was actually going to pick Publix for a simple one. After not giving up, I found this bakery on Yelp. I contacted them and spoke with the owner Leia directly. Not only did she answer every question I may had, she exceeded all expectations and more. There were a few options that were in mind and finally narrowed it down to one 6" round cake with 24 cupcakes. I showed her pictures what I was aiming for and she recommended flavors that went well together when I was having a hard time picking just one. Let me tell you that the flavor choices are plentiful as found on the website and I was trusting her to do the best since I wasn't going to be in the area before hand to taste samples of each flavor that was available.The 6" cake had an almond flavor with buttercream frosting and half of the cupcakes had vanilla flavor with raspberry frosting and the other half had marble flavor with cookies and cream frosting. Leia delivered and set everything up. It was presented beautifully on the cake stand that was included and she even helped with some of the decorating of the shower. It was such a nice gesture to help without asking! There's a Yelp check-in offer of 20% off a purchase on the site that she said that wasn't valid for over a year and she still honored it on the purchase for me when I mentioned it. I'm still in awe of how the cake turned out and everyone complimented on how amazing the cake and cupcakes looked and tasted. The mom-to-be was in heaven over it and it was deliciously perfect! Thank you so much for topping the cake and making it one for all of us to remember for a lifetime :)"

"This place is amazing! They have a large selection of in-house made pastries, sweets, individual foodstuffs, and meals! The owners are super friendly and talented at both baking and cooking. They have a very cute outdoor seating area next to the lake that would be a nice spot for a lunch. I was impressed they had monsieur/madam croque which I haven't had in years but love. I ended up getting a chicken empanada and a dirty chai tea latte and both were yummy! The empanada was fresh, crispy, and full and the chai tea latte was really well balanced. I'm so glad I stopped by on a whim after getting tattooed by Sarah Doe at Hiram's Tattoo Collective."

"We were set up with this bakery through a special summer promo package with our wedding venue- the Luxmore Grande Estate. You never know what to expect when a vendor is chosen for you vs searching for yourself, but we couldn't be happier!We had our cake tasting with Bakers Cottage Cakes this week. Setting up the appointment via email was easy. We arrived a few minutes early for our appointment & rang the doorbell to get in. Eloise answered promptly and the whole team greeted us with big smiles and a warm welcome! They showed us to the private tasting room and gave us a "cheat sheet" so we knew what everything was and popular combos to try. They set up 12 cakes, 12 classic fillings, 13 premium fillings, and 2 buttercreams. Every cake was perfectly moist and delicious! The homemade premium fillings were incredible - silky, well-balanced flavors, and not overly sweet. And we loved how the Swiss meringue buttercream perfectly complemented every cake and filling combo we tried!After we tasted everything and made our selections, Eloise came back in and we discussed designs. She was great at explaining what was included in the package with our venue and showing us various designs we might like based on the vision we shared.Definitely recommend using Bakers Cottage for your wedding! I'm not sure if they do other events at this point, but it's worth an ask if you're looking for delicious desserts.A couple of tips as you look into them:*It seems as though their website is not up to date so may not have the info you want*When you turn into the plaza, their store is in the front. Our GPS took us to the back and it took us a few minutes to figure out where we were going!"
