"It was a great atmosphere for a first date (inside or outside dining). Friendly staff, great brisket tacos, and sports on all the tvs!"
"If you are in Mt Dora this is a must! All meals looked amazing we enjoyed both the Irish whiskey French onion and the crab bisque. Everything was fresh. The dirty Dahlia was spectacular. Don't forget to make reservations! All staff has great customer service."

"We really enjoyed Thanksgiving here. The ambience was really nice with the characters on the walls and old Hollywood vibes. I got the signature Shirley Temple, which came with the ice light up cube which was really cool. Then we all got the turkey platter for Thanksgiving, which was absolutely amazing. Came with all the fixings. For an appetizer, we got the crab and avocado, which was amazing. I will be back to try more things such as their signature Cobb salad, and grapefruit cheesecake which they are known for."
"We are visiting from California. My wife and I love Thai food. We ended our day at Universal Studios around 8:15pm and drove less then a mile away to Coco Thai. They were closing at 9pm so we felt kind of bad that we should've so late. But they were soo nice and did not rush us at all. Mey, our server was very friendly and talked us through some of the dishes. We ordered the Chicken Satay and Fried Wonton apps. It was 50% off one appetizer with the purchase of one entrée. And there was no limit to that combo. The chicken satay was great - 8/10. It came with peanut sauce and sweet fresh cucumbers. The Fried Wonton were a 10/10. Came with sweet n sour sauce, it was the right balance of crispy and soft. Definitely recommend! We had the Tom Kha Gai (soup) - creamy coconut and chicken soup. 9/10. A good amount of chicken and mushrooms and the taste was great. We got the Pad See Ewe with Beef. 7/10. Pretty good but it was a little dry, and the flavor was lacking just a tiny bit. Here are the bonus points.EVERYONE WAS SO NICE! Vy had her american pop, K-pop, J-Pop playlist that set a super chill vibe (New Jeans, XG, Sabrina Carpenter included). Liz was serving a giant group and graciously offered to take a pic of them, even when it was past closing time. Then when we were leaving, our rental car had a dead battery. So we asked if any of them could jump our car. Ming, the owner grabbed his jumper cables, and then Liz pulled her car up next to ours, and they jumped our car. And Ming, Vy, and Liz all stayed out there and talked to us until we left. So the food was a 4.5, but the staff was a 6 - hence the final score of 5 stars! We'll be back next time we're in Orlando!"
"Happy hour in mid October:We stopped by for happy hour and had such a great time. The food was seriously delicious, and we were especially into the crush puppies and the fish entree. We split a tray of the fish of the day, which was amazing--super tender, perfectly seasoned, and the sauce was light and just right. The fish melted in my mouth.I was so happy with my choice of cocktail. Their version of Aperol spritz is better than the original one if you're into mildly sweet cocktails. For dessert, we went with the deconstructed cheesecake, and it did not disappoint. It had this tangy, yogurt-like flavor (kind of like Chobani) with walnuts and cranberry jam, but way more elevated and refined. I loved it! Everything from start to finish was spot-on, including our extremely friendly waiter, Alejandro, making for a perfect happy hour."
"This restaurant provides class and beauty from start to finish. The table was ready at the time of our reservation although we were early so we went out to the boardwalk to wait and watched some jugglers performing. When they texted us and we returned, they remembered us and ushered us through the exquisite dining room to a lovely two top. The ceiling is adorned with glass balls and flying fish in a wave pattern and the colors of the walls are deep blue, giving a sense of being surrounded by water. The serving ware has handled slightly sculpted to give a sense of fish tails, with carved scales in them. Our server came immediately and provided the menus and cocktail lists. My husband ordered an old fashioned and I ordered a vanilla Manhattan. His old fashioned was perfect but I found the Manhattan too creamy and too strong. I think this was a "me-issue" rather than a problem with the drink. But I wish I'd ordered a glass of wine. We then had appetizers. He got a salad which he enjoyed and I ordered the hamachi, served raw. I love raw fish and it was excellent quality - extremely thinly sliced and so tender. However, I had not expected the black pepper flavor of the sauce it was on to be so pronounced. There was a strawberry verjus which I'd looked forward to but I felt the pepper overwhelmed the fruitiness and the fish. I also hadn't realized that verjus isn't just a fancy word (haha) but that it is a specific thing made from unripened grapes so it's more acidic. I'd expected something sweet and instead found it quite tangy and spiced. We both ordered the potato crusted red snapper with leeks. I'd never tasted anything quite like it before. Definitely a strong flavor of leeks but also of almost a cheesiness from the caramelization of the potatoes. The potatoes were crispy and delicious but unlike any potato dish I've had. And the fish was the moistest fish I've had, with a lovely flakiness that provided an excellent contrast to the crispy potato. Unfortunately, I found the dish very rich, which my belly didn't like so I couldn't eat all of it. My husband loved it and finished mine! We were too full for dessert but since we had anniversary pins, they gave us a free little chocolate dessert which was artistically displayed and just the perfect amount of sweetness"
"This place is so cute! They have good drinks and tasty food. The salad was delicious and I'd definitely come back just for that itself. Staff is kind and there's plenty of seating inside and outside. The only negative I would say is that the music is a bit loud since it has a coffee shop/food/bar. Many people come here to work, study or hang w a friend!"
"Family dinner of 14 came in over the past weekend and had a wonderful dinner hosted here. The interior was very nice and comfortable. The staff did a great job of providing privacy for our group. Our waiter was excellent at his job with providing us recommendations, laughing and joking along with us, and preformed his services well with no complaints of anything from our group all evening. Food was excellent and came in reasonable amount of time for how many people we had. The staff made sure we had plenty of drinks and bread while we waited. We ordered a couple apps and all shared as well as desserts. Everything was on point and nothing missed. I just can't say how much the service exceeded expectations though. It was a gift indeed and our family appreciated it. Would definitely recommend and more than likely return."
"Four of us decided to try the District Eatery after escaping the Halloween hordes and met up In Sanford last night. After watching the Halloween revelers and having drinks , we waited til 8:15 to go for dinner. Sadly, we learned as we reached The District that they close at 9:00 pm. However , they kindly welcomed us to enter and all I can say is WOW! I ordered the steak au poivre which was tender and sauced with a wine reduction. One friend ordered the crusted trout with orzo salad and green beans. Another ordered the"special" which was the roasted Sea bass with crawfish ina rich cream sauce. Hubby ordered the Ahi tuna steak seared and left not one speck on his plate. All four of us concurred these were the finest , perfectly prepared, dinners we have had in a long, long time in Any restaurant! The ambiance is quiet and comfy. The staff was so very accommodating despite of our late arrival and made us feel unhurried as we dined. We have decided to make the trip to Sanford- from Orlando- just to dine again at the District and I hope it's not a very long wait.Par Excellence and it shows! BRAVO!"
"Nomad used to be our favorite restaurant to visit. The food , service, and ambiance were outstanding. The last two visits the service was poor and the food while good was not up to their previous standards. On the positives the chicken wings were excellent on our most recent visit. But it took 45 minutes from being seated until we received our food. We had servers bring over orders meant for other tables twice. It took quite awhile to receive water, and the wine we ordered when seated took 20 minutes to arrive. We received the wrong drink for the kids meal which is not a big deal but it took two reminders and over 10 minutes to fix. The server was nice and also gave us a comped app, but really I just want a Disney quality meal and service not a comp. The host had mentioned outdoor table took a long time to become available. I think I know why if others have the same experience. On our visit before this we sat at the bar and the food we did receive was excellent but we didn't receive everything we ordered. And the bartender just dropped off the food and never checked back for 30 minutes afterwards. He was off to the side talking with other cast members and we were unable to make eye contact to flag him down or call him over. We finally had to leave for a lightning lane. After asking the host to get him he offered to get the appetizer which had been made and sitting out to be brought to the table to go. It isn't like you could eat what we ordered out of box while in line. They comped our drinks which was nice but I don't want a comp. Mistakes are fine just fix them in a reasonably timely manner. This really seems like a training and management issue. And not looking at the data from their POS system. We've had a number of outstanding experiences at Nomad and but the last two were not good. Hopefully they can return to their previously excellent service."
"Fresco's is located in downtown Lakeland and parking isn't hard to find on the weekends. There was plenty of parking around 10am. We were seated with a call in reservation but it's just really better to show up early and get a table before it gets busy for brunch. If you have Chase as your waiter, you're guaranteed to have a great time with great service. He made sure we were taken care of and even recommended a watermelon mojito when I didn't want the blackberry one and it was absolutely delicious!Turkey BLT: 5/5, it was loaded! Fries were really good! Steak bowl: 3/5, it was okay. Creme brulee: 1/5, I don't recommend at all. It was very bland and nothing close to a creme brulee. Food and drinks were good but Chase is the #1 reason we would go back, he was awesome and his vibe was very welcoming. Try out Fresco's if you're ever in Lakeland!"
"The Old Jailhouse in Sanford, with friends Virginie and Sisi, and it was such a great experience! I was impressed by the unique atmosphere--the building itself has so much character, with its historic charm blending perfectly with a modern, laid-back vibe. The food was outstanding. I started with the Jailhouse Nachos, which were piled high with all the right toppings and had just the perfect amount of spice. For my main, I had the Shrimp and Grits, which was packed with flavor, and the shrimp was perfectly cooked. Everything was fresh, well-seasoned, and nicely plated .The drink selection was also impressive, with a great range of craft beers, cocktails, and wines to complement the meal. The staff was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu, which really enhanced the experience. What really stood out was the overall vibe of the place--it had a great energy, with live music and delicious food. Whether you're there for a meal or just to grab a drink and relax, The Old Jailhouse is definitely a spot I'll return to.Highly recommend it for anyone in the Sanford area looking for great food, a fun scene, and a memorable time!"

Came to the Gnarly Barley one day. I had been hearing good things about this place for a long long time, and the proximity was very convenient for us, since we were right by all the Fringe Festival stuff. So we strolled in one day and had a seat. It was nice to get out of the sweltering heat for a while. Ambiance is definitely gnarly. Very skateboardy vibe, a nice little bar with some TV's, our sandwich came out on a little paper in a basket. It was just very chill and casual and comforting. Loved it. Service was about the same as the ambiance. Very nice, cool folks that came and checked on us regularly. They felt our water glasses full. No complaints. As for the food, we started off with Snack Attack Fries (waffle fries topped with house pulled pork, melty blue cheese, fresh pico de gallo, & tiger sauce). These were a lot of fun. It was a well-layered dish with just enough cheese to be cheesy, but not to make soggy, and plenty of fresh pico! Very nice.We also had a sandwich. I can't remember which sandwich we got, but I remember it was nice. Soft, hearty bread, a simple amount of tasty ingredients, and a giant pickle spear to set it all off the right way. Great sandwich. Overall, I got exactly what I expected out of this place, and it delivered at a five star level. I'm glad I know of this place now, for whenever I'm prowling around Ivanhoe next time.

The food was all delicious. From the enter Caesar salad to my filet Napoleon. The ambience is amazing. It feels like you're walking into an old bookstore. The only bad part was the service. Incredibly slow. It took us over an hour to get our entree and we didn't order any appetizers. Took forever for our server to take our order. The host stand was very accommodating though. Overall good. But be prepared to wait

Hollywood Studios isn't typically the go-to park for foodies, but the Brown Derby is doing their best to change that. This was one of our favorite on-property dining experiences during our recent Disney trip - and would absolutely be a restaurant I would re-visit in the future. We made a reservation through the My Disney Experience app 60 days in advance - although it appeared they were talking walk-ups when we checked in. We were seated right away, and anyone who's endured a summer in Florida will understand how grateful we were to get off of our feet and into some AC. Our server Charissa took excellent care of us, including offering several fun recommendations. The Brown Derby bread was one of the highlights of this meal - don't be afraid to ask for an extra basket with your meal! Between our group of five, we tried the Chorizo-stuffed Free-Range Chicken, the Root Beer-brined Pork, and the Grilled Ōra King Salmon, all of which were incredible. We also ordered the Famous Cobb Salad, which was tasty, although I was a little disappointed it wasn't dressed and mixed tableside as advertised. Maybe they were just busy? We shared a couple of desserts to commemorate our last day in the parks - the Decadent Chocolate Cake is enormous for the price, and definitely shareable. The Creme Brulee was also quite good - perfectly light and creamy.

Nice ambiance! Great server! I used my yelp app to find this Thai restaurant. Saw a movie nearby. Enjoyed our meals! Reasonable priced. Medium little spicy but excellent!

My friend has been urging me forever to try this place out and so I am glad I finally did. It will definitely be one of my top restaurant recs for my clients in the future. I had the beets for the app and knew I was in for a good night from that moment on. For my main course I had the Potato-wrapped Red Snapper and oh my goodnessss. I have to admit I have always strayed away from Red Snapper and I decided to take a leap of faith because anything wrapped in potatoes is worth a try. It was absolutely amazing and I wish I hadn't decided to split it with someone haha. Next time I would have that all to myself. Our waiter was fantastic and very socialable. He even helped us take some group photos...I want to say his name was Mike but now I am drawing blank. I am bringing my husband next time for a date night! I am a fan :)

Such an unexpectedly cute and delicious place! Located in a shopping center we weren't sure what to expect but wow it did not disappoint! It's pretty big on the inside with a bar as soon as you walk in. We went for our family christmas dinner and everyone truly enjoyed everything! Our server, Ranquel, was such a sweetheart...we'll definitely request him next time! The manager, Eric, was also sweet and checked on us twice while we dined to make sure everything was ok. Bread is brought to start, which is sooo good! I love a place with (good) bread to start:) We got the calamari as an app which were big pieces and tasted wonderful. The bruschetta was big, but just ok as it was a bit soggy from the oil/tomato mix. The drink menu is on point although we opted for wine, which were reasonably priced for bottles. So many delicious options for pasta that we didn't know what to get but stuck to the faves of carbonara, chicken parm, and penne a la vodka. The kids got pizza from the kids menu and then we all shared some tiramisu and creme brulee which were to die for! We did get the lobster bisque too which was ok, tasted more like tomato soup but it wasn't bad. We finished up with some dessert (tiramisu) cocktails to try and it was a little too chocolatey in my opinion but some may like that. All in all we had a wonderful time and will be back soon:)

"Visited this location to watch a boxing match and I had a good time. My server Shirley P took care of me and made wonderful suggestions to help me choose the most cost effective option based on my desires. She also stopped by and chatted with me regularly. She was into sports which made it even more interesting. She used to box. The appetizer sampler was a good choice and was tasty. The yard model draft was priced pretty decent for the location. The music after the fight ended was good. They had staff in the bathroom to give you cologne or whatever else you may need. I enjoyed my time at this place but definitely ask for Shirley P if you go here."
"Been here a few times for drinks but never for brunch! We decided to stop in after the farmers market on a Saturday and luckily were able to sit relatively quick. We ordered the sangria pitcher for $24 and were able to get about 4 glasses out of it! It was slightly sweet and fruity, but not overly sweet - just how I like it. We both ordered a chicken dish for entrees lol. For him - the Chicken Sammy. A fried chicken breast between two waffle "buns" and a honey drizzle. It was pretty basic, wish there was more to the sandwhich, but I will say the chicken was really good. For me - the Mother Clucker. Fried chicken, slaw, pickles, and a spicy sauce with a sesame bun. My only complaint - the bun wasn't toasted. :( feel like it could have really pulled it all together if it was. But! It was a little spicy. So if that's not your thing, don't get the sauce it comes with. It came with a side of kettle chips, but they definitely needed some sort of aioli for dipping them into. They were a little unseasoned, it just needed a littttle something more. Overall, the service was fast, attentive, and friendly. Would recommend stopping in and giving them a try!"
"The ambiance was nice. My server Jelianie was super sweet and helpful. My food, unfortunately, didn't come out great. The salad was fine (Cukes of Hazard) but the boneless Mochi Wangz were hard and dry. It's dark meat and drying out thighs is hard to do. They were also way too salty. Everyone has off days and I heard good things about the place, it's just unfortunate my wings were not edible."
"Everything, and I do mean EVERYTHING we ordered was delicious, fresh and perfectly balanced in flavors. All the dishes were beautifully presented; from the fresh Burrata Cheese Salad, Mango Corvina Ceviche, Truffle Fries, Pork Chicharrones in a chipotle tamarind sauce that's and the Poke Tuna Tacos Kevin was an amazing host, server & bartender who made sure we were happy and satisfied throughout our time there. He made my mother a beautiful the spicy mango margarita and I had a virgin Caribbean Crush (think of it as a watermelon lemonade ).The space was decorated with a sophisticated rustic feel, that makes you forget where you are. Although "small" it has more of an intimate feel with enough space for live music/Dj area."
"This spot is definitely hit or miss when it comes to the food. When they get the fried green tomatoes right, they're amazing--but that's not always the case. The gator tail, on the other hand, is consistently great. You can skip the Cajun meatballs--not bad, just nothing special. The watermelon and apple salad is a standout: fresh, flavorful, and beautifully balanced. However, avoid the mushroom bolognese at all costs--it was dry and completely lacking in flavor. The Cajun carbonara is delicious, especially if you add steak (highly recommend that upgrade). Unfortunately, the chicken and waffles were a letdown--bland and forgettable--but the fried chicken sandwich is a winner. For drinks, the Lavender Love Spell is my favorite. They also have a separate area they call a speakeasy. While I wouldn't exactly call it that, it is a cute space with great food and drinks. The Roka Hula menu is definitely worth checking out.For dessert, the monkey bread with the ice cream was so good but also sometimes hit or miss. Service has always been solid, the pricing is fair for the area, and the decor is perfectly on theme with the restaurant's name. All the food and drink presentations are beautiful and well thought out. Overall, some dishes shine while others fall flat, but there are definitely some gems worth coming back for!"
"This afternoon I got to experience this restaurant. It was a great time to try this place out. The food that I ordered was a Blackberry Mint alcoholic drink and Nachos Supremos. It was delicious! They also give you complimentary chips and salsa. The service was good and the waitress was very patient and knowledgeable about the menu. The atmosphere was very pleasant there was also an outside patio area which was very spacious and had a lot of seating. Overall it was a wonderful lunch choice and I plan on returning. That's all."
"What a neat bar! If you like tiki drinks (aka island drinks, fruity drinks, foo foo drinks, girly drinks), then make sure you stop in here. The prices aren't bad either considering the work that goes into some of these drinks. The staff was amazing and was slinging up some great cocktails. They make a great Painkiller, Mai Tai and Tiki Swizzle (for shizzle). The vibe is dark and festive, but not in a clown funeral type of way. Think nighttime Island with little lighting and music at a comfortable volume.Great decor, great drinks, and great staff make for a great night of drinking!"
"We brought friends here for the first time and we have an amazing dining experience with Elvis. The vibe of the atmosphere was great to reconnect with friends. I appreciate the hospitality and as a returning customer it has been another successful experience. We will return for another great visit"
"Last night, my partner, and I came here for the first time and were very impressed. The restaurant is very cozy and clean, and it was clear that the staff, despite it being closer to the end of the night, were on top of their game. Our waitress was lovely and gave great recommendations for drinks and food. We ended up ordering the Queso Fundido, which they fire up tableside. I have not had better queso in years! It was so good and the presentation of the food was wonderful. We also ordered the taco Tuesday deal, six tacos for $15. We had so much food, that we had leftovers for today! The only downside is that it takes a little bit of time to prepare the food, so if you're in a rush, this might not be the place for you. But for us, it being date night, we were taking our time and really enjoying the experience. I would say the other "con" was that the frozen margarita had a strange taste to it, and I'm usually a frozen marg kind of gal. It wasn't a huge deal, I was just going to order a different drink if I got another. The waitress was so kind as to switch my drink after she noticed my partner gave me his, which I really appreciated! I ended up with a guava margarita and that was one of THE best drinks I've ever had. I really appreciated her understanding, and I couldn't have asked for a better drink than that guava one! My partner and I both ordered it and were in heaven! The food quality is wonderful, the staff are very attentive, and I would recommend this restaurant."
"Fun breakfast spot! Make sure you are hungry as the portions are out of control! Our server was so sweet and attentive, This was right by our hotel we were staying at so figure we give it a try! We had the veggie hash, kids size pancake and side of bacon! Overall very yummy, lots of options, spacious inside, would dine again!"
"Consistently one of the best pizza spots around. The staff is friendly and if you don't like to be bothered 30 times while eating, you will enjoy the type of service they offer here! The inside of the restaurant is charming and clean. Plus, the lunch specials are a great deal making this the perfect spot for a delicious meal! (P.S. they have some of the best salads around)"
"Great service! At the end of the meal, Chef Gabriel even came over to check in. However, the food was lacking. Codfish pastels- delicious and piping hot! I wish there were no olives, but these were goodFried pork- PASS! Way overcooked and little meat. My jaws hurt from chewing on these.Picanha- overcooked (I ordered medium and got well done) and a bit under seasoned Rice and beans- the best part of the meal in my opinion A nicer option for a meal after a shopping day at the mall, but the food wasn't great on this day."
"Such a cute plant themed coffee/brunch spot. We opted for the bacon egg and cheese croissants and they were perfectly crisp and hot. Bottomless mimosas is always a favorite! Service was great."
"This is our go-to spot for Mexican in St. Cloud. Service has gotten tremendously better, more attentive, and friendly. Food is always great and consistent, prices are fair for the portions. The restaurant is pleasantly decorated and always clean. We enjoy our meal every time. Worth the 5-star rating and a trip. Two recommendations... cell service isn't great in there which makes it hard to skip in for lunch and have terrible cell service. **They NEED guest Wi-Fi!!** Second, hot melted butter with the Lobster enchilada would be the "icing on the cake"."
"The dancing crab is one of my favorite seafood spots. Great music, quick and accurate service, delicious food (oysters are the best!) and did I mention, they have 2 for 1 margaritas and other drink specials. They also do a karaoke night (I'm not sure what day) but I've never been. I go on lunch break often and it's honestly so nice because they get it right every time. Don't take my word for it though, try it for yourself!"
"This is quite possibly the best craft cocktail bar AND experience I've had. Ever. Full stop. This cocktail bar is truly the Hope Diamond of bars. Yes, I mean that. Not only is the vibe perfect, the talent they employ levels up the entire experience. Brown is one of the cocktail crafters at this bar and he absolutely blew me away with drink profiles. Everything from a jäger margarita to an double amaro cocktail. He will merely asks you for a main spirit and a descriptor before he's developing liquid art. Everything was exceptional! If you visit Orlando, visit this bar"
"If you are looking for something close to home then this place is for you! Fine Egyptian/Middle Eastern/Palestinian food! Service was amazing! Ambience was great with music you can enjoy and know while dining. I didn't do hookah but from the looks of what the others weee having they looked very EXOTIC, not your average!"
"I love this place. Matteo is great, the manager is great... I always have a great experience here. The food is super and I always get a table because the bar is a bit rushed. This place is a hidden gem and it seems nobody knows about it."
"This place is a hidden gem!!! We had a gift card and decided to try this gem. We went a week before vday and the restaurant person Valentino texted the day of asking if there was anything they could do for us or if it was a special occasion. I mentioned it would be me and my husband for an early vday. When we arrived we had a choice of dining indoors or outdoors - we chose outdoors. It was quiet and quaint near the hotel pool. Beautiful outdoor area with a large screen tv and other TVs as well. Dogs are very welcomed here - even have a doggie menu. We were greeted by our waitress Sara. She couldn't have been more enjoyable. Next thing we know we are greeted with 2 glasses of champagne from Valentino. How nice was that! We ordered the homemade bread with Mediterranean spices - so good! We ordered a wood fire flatbread and the lobster BLT. All were delicious! The manager came to our table just to chat - his name was Martin. Very nice and personal like we've been friends for a long time. They made us feel very welcomed. We will definitely return in the future for the best food and service we've experienced in a long time."
"This is a hidden treasure. This historic hotel is tucked away on New York Avenue, several blocks east of Woodland Blvd. and has indoor and outdoor patio seating for dining but check the hours before heading there. However the newly modeled bar has a classic, spacious and luxurious feel. They have top shelf liquors and make excellent cocktails. Check it out!"
"This is my FAVORITE place for Italian food in Lake Mary and Orlando. The owner will remember not only your name but what your favorite dish is. Will recommend even if it's a drive for anyone in central Florida."
"i was told they had all you can eat lobster and crab legs so just know i came i saw i conquered....- shannon was my server great guy - desserts could be better but no complaints nonetheless !"
"Seafood was good and so was the service. You can get oysters on the half shell by the half dozen or dozen"
